Abstract
在轴承装置中,同时实现抗蠕变性与耐电蚀性能双方。内圈(11)的内径面(11b)与外圈(12)的外径面(12b)的至少一方被涂层(30)覆盖。涂层(30)由多层构成。多层中的表面层由具有润滑性的抗蠕变被膜(31)构成,除表面层之外的至少一层由具有绝缘性的绝缘被膜(32)构成。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及滚动轴承。
背景技术
当在轴与壳体之间配置滚动轴承的情况下,滚动轴承的内圈嵌合于轴,外圈嵌合于壳体的内周。内圈或外圈与对应的轴或壳体的嵌合考虑载荷条件、装置的组装性等而从过盈配合、普通配合、间隙配合中进行选择。间隙配合状态下的内圈或外圈存在进行蠕变,即相对于作为其嵌合的对象部件的轴或壳体在圆周方向进行相对旋转的情况。
例如,在将汽车的变速器、EV(电动汽车)的马达等所具备的轴经由滚动轴承支承于壳体的轴承装置中,为了使向壳体的组装变得容易,而将滚动轴承的外圈间隙配合于壳体。因此,因载荷负载时或高速旋转时的轴的不平衡载荷等,存在外圈进行蠕变的情况。
对此,在专利文献1中,提出了稳定地维持优异的抗蠕变性能的滚动轴承。该滚动轴承在作为与壳体的嵌合面的外圈的外径面或作为与轴的嵌合面的内圈的内径面具有烧成膜。该烧成膜包含有机粘合剂、二硫化钼粉末等固体润滑剂粉末、和氧化锑粉末等摩擦磨损调整剂。
另一方面,在EV马达支承用轴承中,存在因来自马达的漏电流而在滚动体与滚道面之间引起放电的情况。因该放电,存在在内圈、外圈或滚动体产生电蚀损伤的情况。
对此,在专利文献2中,提出了防止滚动轴承的电蚀的构造。针对该滚动轴承,记载了在内圈的内径面与端面、以及外圈的外径面与端面分别形成陶瓷被膜,并使该陶瓷被膜浸渍绝缘性的合成树脂而成的滚动轴承。

然而,在专利文献1的滚动轴承中,虽含有固体润滑剂粉末或摩擦磨损调整剂,但在将其使用于EV马达的轴支承的情况下,存在因来自马达的漏电流而通电,从而在滚动体与滚道面之间引起放电,进而引起电蚀损伤的可能性。
另一方面,在专利文献2的滚动轴承中,虽为了具有耐电蚀性能而涂敷了陶瓷,但在产生了外圈或内圈的蠕变的情况下,由于在相对于壳体或轴的嵌合面没有润滑性,所以存在在进行了蠕变的套圈与对应的壳体或轴的嵌合面上产生对轴支承功能造成影响的程度的摩擦、磨损的担忧。
发明内容
鉴于上述背景,本发明想要解决的课题在于,提供一种滚动轴承,能够在漏电流向内圈或外圈传递,且内圈或外圈与对应的轴或壳体间隙配合的使用条件下,同时实现抗蠕变性以及耐电蚀性双方。
为了解决上述课题,本发明采用了如下结构:一种滚动轴承,其具备内圈、外圈、和配置在上述内圈与上述外圈之间的滚动体,上述内圈的内径面与上述外圈的外径面的至少一方被涂层覆盖,上述滚动轴承的特征在于,上述涂层由多层构成,上述多层中的表面层由具有润滑性的抗蠕变被膜构成,上述多层中的除上述表面层之外的至少一层由具有绝缘性的绝缘被膜构成。
根据上述结构,作为覆盖内圈的内径面或外圈的外径面的多层的表面层的抗蠕变被膜成为与轴或壳体的嵌合面,因此在产生蠕变时发挥润滑性,从而能够防止内圈的内径面或外圈的外径面与对应的轴或壳体的嵌合面处的摩擦或磨损。另外,由于该多层的除表面层之外的至少一层由具有绝缘性的绝缘被膜构成,所以能够通过绝缘被膜使漏电流流动的电路断开,从而防止内圈或外圈与滚动体之间的放电,来防止内圈、外圈、滚动体的电蚀损伤。即,具有上述结构的滚动轴承能够同时实现上述效果双方。
例如,上述绝缘被膜是含有陶瓷、环氧系树脂以及聚酰胺酰亚胺系树脂的至少一方的烧成膜。
例如,上述抗蠕变被膜是含有树脂粘合剂与固体润滑剂的粉末的烧成膜。
上述涂层的绝缘被膜也可以具有覆盖上述内圈的宽度面或上述外圈的宽度面的侧方被覆部。
上述涂层的抗蠕变被膜也可以具有扩展被覆部,上述扩展被覆部覆盖与上述内圈的内径面或上述外圈的外径面不同的套圈部分,且成为与轴或壳体接触的部位。
本发明通过采用上述结构,能够提供一种滚动轴承,能够在漏电流向内圈或外圈传递,且内圈或外圈与对应的轴或壳体间隙配合的使用条件下,同时实现防止嵌合面的摩擦、磨损的抗蠕变性、和防止套圈、滚动体的电蚀的耐电蚀性双方。

具体实施方式
基于附图,对作为本发明的一个例子的第一实施方式进行说明。
如图1、图2所示,第一实施方式的滚动轴承10夹设于轴1与包围轴1的壳体2之间。
以下,在滚动轴承10的设计上的旋转中心线与轴1的旋转中心线一致的理想状态下,将沿着该旋转中心的方向称为“轴向”。另外,将沿着绕该旋转中心线一周的圆周的方向称为“圆周方向”。另外,将与该旋转中心线正交的方向称为“径向”。
轴1相对于壳体2相对地旋转。轴1例如是电动汽车(EV)的马达所具备的旋转轴。轴1具有形成为沿圆周方向延伸的圆筒面状的嵌合面1a。
壳体2相对于轴1静止,并经由滚动轴承10支承轴1。壳体2例如是形成为上述马达的外壳的一部分的隔壁。壳体2具有形成为沿圆周方向延伸的圆筒面状的嵌合面2a。该嵌合面2a被设定为与轴1的嵌合面1a同心。
滚动轴承10相对于壳体2将轴1支承为自如旋转,并承受在轴1与壳体2之间作用的径向载荷等。
图2所例示的EV马达在构成马达的外周的壳体2插入有轴1,在轴1的周围安装有与轴1一体地旋转的转子5。在壳体2的内侧以位于转子5的外侧的方式固定有定子6。在定子6的内部安装有线圈,从导线7被供给电源。在壳体2的开口部安装有凸缘托架3。轴1贯通凸缘托架3的中心孔。凸缘托架3具有形成为沿圆周方向延伸的圆筒面状的嵌合面3a。该嵌合面3a也被设定为与轴1的嵌合面1a同心。在图1中成为右侧的壳体2的底侧的嵌合面2a与轴1的嵌合面1a之间配置有第一滚动轴承10。在凸缘托架3的嵌合面3a与轴1的嵌合面1a之间配置有第二滚动轴承10。
滚动轴承10具备:安装于轴1的内圈11、安装于壳体2或凸缘托架3的外圈12、夹设于这些内圈11与外圈12之间的多个滚动体13、以及保持这些滚动体13之间的圆周方向的间隔的保持器14。作为滚动轴承10,例示了深沟球轴承。
内圈11是在外周侧具有沿圆周方向延伸的滚道面11a,并在内周侧具有沿圆周方向延伸的内径面11b的环状的轴承部件。内径面11b被形成为与轴1的嵌合面1a同心的圆筒面状。内圈11的内径面11b嵌合于轴1的嵌合面1a。
内圈11的内径面11b与轴1的嵌合面1a之间的嵌合被设定为具有过盈量的过盈配合。内圈11通过该过盈配合被固定为与轴1一体地旋转。
外圈12是在内周侧具有沿圆周方向延伸的滚道面12a,并在外周侧具有沿圆周方向延伸的外径面12b的环状的轴承部件。外径面12b被形成为与内圈11的内径面11b同心的圆筒面状。
外圈12与壳体2间隙配合。
内圈11及外圈12分别由钢形成。该金属例如是SUJ2、SCM420、SCr420、SCR420、SUS440等。对内圈11、外圈12适当地实施淬火及回火处理、渗碳或渗碳氮化处理等。
如图1所示,在第一实施方式中,外圈12的外径面12b被涂层30覆盖。涂层30由多层构成。构成涂层30的多层中的位于径向最外侧的表面层由具有润滑性的抗蠕变被膜31构成。该抗蠕变被膜31的外径面成为与壳体2的嵌合面2a或凸缘托架3的嵌合面3a间隙配合的嵌合面。
作为抗蠕变被膜31,例如能够采用含有树脂粘合剂与固体润滑剂的烧成膜。该树脂粘合剂是通过将基材与固化剂调配并使固化剂反应来固化而成的。通过用树脂粘合剂来加固固体润滑剂的周围,而发挥较高的紧贴性与耐磨性。另外,也能够减少壳体2或凸缘托架3的磨损。作为该基材,从耐久性方面来看,例如优选聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂。另外,作为该固化剂,若将环氧树脂与使该环氧树脂反应的反应性的化合物一并使用,则容易固化,因此优选。
作为上述环氧树脂,只要能够作为固化剂发挥作用,则不特别限定。例如能够举出双酚A型环氧树脂、甲酚酚醛清漆型环氧树脂、联苯型环氧树脂、溴化环氧树脂、脂环式环氧树脂等。作为上述反应性的化合物,能够举出脂肪族多胺、聚氨基酰胺、聚硫醇类、芳香族多胺、酸酐、双氰胺等。另外,除这些成分以外,还可以添加用于提高反应性的固化促进剂。作为上述固化促进剂,能够使用叔胺、叔胺盐、咪唑、膦、鏻盐、锍盐等。
作为上述固体润滑剂,为了发挥润滑性能,优选是比壳体2的材料软质的材料,具体而言,优选是Hv50~150。例如,举出二硫化钼粉末、石墨粉末、二硫化钨、聚四氟乙烯等。其中,也可以单独使用二硫化钼,或将二硫化钼与其他材料混合来使用。
作为抗蠕变被膜31的材料,也可以进一步含有摩擦磨损调整剂。摩擦磨损调整剂是提高烧成膜的耐磨性的材料,优选使用比壳体2的材料软质的材料。例如,举出氧化锑、滑石、云母、钛酸钾、锡、铜、锌、镍等。其中,特别优选氧化锑。
为了将抗蠕变被膜31形成为烧成膜,例如,对将树脂粘合剂溶解于溶剂中所得的物质加上固体润滑剂的粉末或摩擦磨损调整剂的粉末等来调制涂布液。在将该涂布液涂布于后述的绝缘被膜、其他中间膜的表面之后,进行加热使溶剂蒸发来形成被膜。
构成涂层30的层中的除抗蠕变被膜31之外的至少一层由具有绝缘性的绝缘被膜32构成。在外径面12b的外周形成有绝缘被膜32,在绝缘被膜32的外侧形成有抗蠕变被膜31。
绝缘被膜32由具有绝缘性的材料构成。绝缘被膜32形成为将外径面12b与嵌合面2a之间绝缘,以使漏电流不会从壳体2或凸缘托架3的嵌合面2a、3a到达至外圈12的外径面12b。
作为绝缘被膜32的材料,例如举出陶瓷、环氧树脂、聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂等。在是陶瓷、环氧树脂、聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂的情况下,也可以对所涂布的材料进行加热来形成烧成膜。在是环氧树脂或聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂的情况下,也可以含有固化剂进行烧成来形成。
为了使漏电流在外圈12与内圈11之间流动的电路断开来防止滚动体13与滚道面11a、12a之间的放电,外圈12的外径面12b与内圈11的内径面11b的至少一方需要由含有绝缘被膜32的涂层30进行被覆。通过防止滚动体13与滚道面11a、12a之间的放电,能够防止滚动体13、滚道面11a、12a的电蚀。
图示的绝缘被膜32具有覆盖外圈12的外径面12b的中央被覆部32a、和覆盖外圈12的宽度面12c的侧方被覆部32b。这里,外圈12的宽度面12c是规定外圈12的宽度的两个侧面之一。宽度面12c在轴向与壳体2、凸缘托架3的侧面对置。
中央被覆部32a与侧方被覆部32b是形成为一体的被膜。侧方被覆部32b用于使壳体2、凸缘托架3与外圈12的宽度面12c之间绝缘,通过防止这之间的放电,能够防止壳体2、凸缘托架3、宽度面12c的电蚀。
第一实施方式的滚动轴承10是如上述那样的轴承,构成覆盖外圈12的外径面12b的涂层30的多层中的作为表面层的抗蠕变被膜31成为与壳体2、凸缘托架3的嵌合面,因此在产生蠕变时发挥润滑性,从而能够防止外圈12的外径面12b与对应的壳体2、凸缘托架3的嵌合面2a、3a处的摩擦或磨损。另外,构成涂层30的多层中的除作为表面层的抗蠕变被膜31之外的至少一层由具有绝缘性的绝缘被膜32构成,因此能够通过绝缘被膜32将漏电流流动的电路断开,从而防止内圈11或外圈12与滚动体13之间的放电,来防止内圈11、外圈12、滚动体13的电蚀损伤。因此,滚动轴承10能够在漏电流向内圈11或外圈12传递,且内圈11或外圈12与对应的轴1或壳体2、凸缘托架3间隙配合的使用条件下,同时实现抗蠕变性以及耐电蚀性双方。
另外,由于涂层30的绝缘被膜32具有覆盖外圈12的宽度面12c的侧方被覆部32b,所以能够防止宽度面12c与对置的壳体2或凸缘托架3之间的放电,从而防止宽度面12c等的电蚀。
涂层30不限定于图示那样的双层,可以将具有其他作用的被膜夹设于外径面12b与抗蠕变被膜31之间,另外,也可以在绝缘被膜32与抗蠕变被膜31之间进一步层叠其他的绝缘被膜与其他的抗蠕变被膜。此外,在交流电流流动的情况下,耐电蚀性能与静电电容有关,因此需要是具有某恒定静电电容的被膜。所需的静电电容由部件的结构、膜材料、膜厚等来决定,因此根据使用条件来适当地设定。
基于图3,对第二实施方式进行说明。以下,仅叙述与第一实施方式的不同点。
在第二实施方式的滚动轴承中,内圈11的内径面11b被由多层构成的涂层40覆盖。涂层40的绝缘被膜41具有覆盖内圈11的内径面11b的中央被覆部41a、和覆盖内圈11的宽度面11c的侧方被覆部41b。内圈11的宽度面11c是规定内圈11的宽度的两个侧面之一。宽度面11c在轴向与壳体2或凸缘托架3的侧面对置。
另外,涂层40的成为表面层的抗蠕变被膜42成为与轴1的嵌合面1a嵌合的嵌合面。在该实施方式中,抗蠕变被膜42相对于轴1发挥抗蠕变性。
此外,作为绝缘被膜41、抗蠕变被膜42的材料上的结构、形成方法,能够采用与第一实施方式中的绝缘被膜、抗蠕变被膜相同的结构和形成方法。
涂层40在绝缘被膜41与抗蠕变被膜42之间进一步具有中间层43。在中间层43的靠表面侧形成有成为表面层的抗蠕变被膜42。
中间层43的结构只要不阻碍绝缘被膜41与抗蠕变被膜42的性能,则不特别限定。例如,可以是提高绝缘性能的结构,也可以是将抗蠕变被膜42稳固地固定的结构,还可以是具有其他性质的结构。例如,当在绝缘被膜41直接层叠抗蠕变被膜42时两者的紧贴性不足的情况下,也可以采用比两者中的任一个均具有良好的紧贴性的中间层43。另外,在未成为绝缘被膜41与抗蠕变被膜42中所需的静电电容的情况下,也可以通过中间层43来实现所需的静电电容。此外,虽未图示,但中间层43也可以不仅形成在绝缘被膜41与抗蠕变被膜42之间,还形成在绝缘被膜41与内圈11之间。另外,中间层43不仅可以是单层,也可以由多层形成。
根据第二实施方式,通过绝缘被膜41使漏电流流动的电路断开,从而能够防止内圈11或外圈12与滚动体13之间的放电,来防止内圈11、外圈12、滚动体13的电蚀损伤,并且防止内圈11的宽度面11c与对置的壳体2或凸缘托架3之间的放电,来防止宽度面11c等的电蚀。
基于图4,对第三实施方式进行说明。
第三实施方式的滚动轴承与第二实施方式的滚动轴承的不同点在于,其抗蠕变被膜42进一步具有覆盖与内圈11的内径面11b不同的套圈部分且成为与壳体2接触的部位的扩展被覆部42b。中间层43的中央被覆部43a与绝缘被膜41的中央被覆部41a重叠,抗蠕变被膜42的中央被覆部42a与中间层43的中央被覆部43a重叠。中间层43的侧方被覆部43b与绝缘被膜41的侧方被覆部41b重叠,抗蠕变被膜42的扩展被覆部42b与中间层43的侧方被覆部43b重叠。
若内圈11产生蠕变,则抗蠕变被膜42的扩展被覆部42b与壳体2的侧面在圆周方向滑动。因此,通过设置扩展被覆部42b,能够防止内圈11的宽度面11c、壳体2之间的摩擦、磨损。
这样,根据第三实施方式,由于涂层40的抗蠕变被膜42具有覆盖与内圈11的内径面11b不同的套圈部分(宽度面11c)且成为与壳体2接触的部位的扩展被覆部42b,所以能够防止该套圈部分(宽度面11c)与壳体2之间的摩擦、磨损。
此外,由于通过壳体2将内圈11在轴向进行支承,所以通过扩展被覆部42b将内圈11的宽度面11c相对于壳体2进行了保护,但当在内圈11的外周侧(肩部、倒角部等)存在由壳体2进行支承的部分的情况下,只要在该外周侧部分重叠扩展被覆部即可。
另外,在如第一实施方式那样在外圈12形成涂层的情况下,也可以在该涂层中包含与扩展被覆部相当的部位,来防止外圈的宽度面与轴之间的摩擦、磨损。
另外,在第二、第三实施方式中,可以采用第一实施方式的外圈,也可以采用不被涂层被覆的外圈。
本次公开的实施方式应认为全部的点为例示,并不进行限制。本发明的范围不由上述说明表示,而由权利要求书表示,意图在于包含与权利要求书等同的意思以及范围内的全部变更。

1.一种滚动轴承,其具备内圈、外圈以及配置在所述内圈与所述外圈之间的滚动体,
所述内圈的内径面与所述外圈的外径面的至少一方被涂层覆盖,
所述滚动轴承的特征在于,
所述涂层由多层构成,
所述多层中的表面层由具有润滑性的抗蠕变被膜构成,
所述多层中的除所述表面层之外的至少一层由具有绝缘性的绝缘被膜构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,
所述绝缘被膜是含有陶瓷、环氧系树脂以及聚酰胺酰亚胺系树脂的至少一方的烧成膜。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,
所述抗蠕变被膜是含有树脂粘合剂与固体润滑剂的粉末的烧成膜。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,
所述涂层的绝缘被膜具有覆盖所述内圈的宽度面或所述外圈的宽度面的侧方被覆部。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的滚动轴承,其特征在于,
所述涂层的抗蠕变被膜具有扩展被覆部,所述扩展被覆部覆盖与所述内圈的内径面或所述外圈的外径面不同的套圈部分,且成为与轴或壳体接触的部位。
