Claims (10)

1. A satellite remote sensing data resource customization service method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Each satellite resource unit performs satellite source registration and satellite source maintenance on satellite resources to form a satellite resource system to construct a virtual constellation, and registers orbit information and service information of the satellite to form a satellite service capacity file;
(2) Establishing a data and application resource pool, receiving and storing data acquired by the virtual constellation, and registering and managing data resources and application resources;
(3) The demanding party selects data service or/and application service according to the demand of the demanding party and issues corresponding demand;
(4) Matching corresponding data resources from the data and application resource pool according to the requirements, and entering the step (7) if the matching exists; if the current data and the data resources which are not matched in the application resource pool do not need to be acquired by the satellite, carrying out intelligent orbit analysis based on the virtual constellation, and matching the appropriate satellite resources according to the type, the region and the time frequency requirement of the needed data;
(5) Carrying out order docking facing to the matched satellite resources, feeding back whether order tasks can be executed or not by a satellite resource unit according to task execution contents and the running state condition of the satellite, bringing the order tasks into task management resources which can be executed, and carrying out dynamic networking according to the feedback;
(6) According to the finally determined networking satellite, a data acquisition and processing order is issued to the relevant resource unit, the relevant unit executes the satellite data acquisition and data processing tasks according to the content of the order, and the data result is imported into a data and application resource pool;
(7) The related resource units carry out data authorization on the imported data and the data result of the application resource pool;
(8) The demander receives, checks and downloads the authorization data and authorizes the resource application in the workbench;
(9) And carrying out order settlement according to the order content, the resource usage and the determined settlement rule.
2. The method for customizing the service of the satellite remote sensing data resources as claimed in claim 1, further comprising the step of performing resource and demand matching and providing intelligent resource recommendation by using a satellite-data-application model established based on the satellite resources, the data achievement and the business application according to the demand and comprehensively evaluating the service capability and the business demand according to the model in the step (4).

The method for customizing the service of the satellite remote sensing data resource as claimed in claim 1, wherein the application service in the step (3) can be synchronously expanded to a data service to generate a correlation order, the correlation order refers to the correlation between the data and the application, the data authorization is correlated with the application authorization, the data is authorized for the application, and the application automatically acquires and calls the data after the data is updated.

The customized service method for satellite remote sensing data resource as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a quality inspection step, wherein in step (6), a qualified quality inspection/supervision unit service is provided for a third party, or a platform with a quality inspection tool realizes quality inspection through an automatic program, and a quality inspection result is reported.
5. A satellite remote sensing data resource customization service system is characterized by comprising three parts, namely a virtual constellation and a management system thereof, a remote sensing data and application resource pool and a remote sensing data resource customization and service platform;
the virtual constellation is a satellite resource system, the virtual constellation realizes unified management through a virtual constellation management system, and the virtual constellation management system is used for enabling each satellite resource unit to register satellite resources and maintain the satellite resources and registering orbit information and service information of the satellites to form a satellite service capacity file; when the satellite is required to acquire data, performing orbit analysis based on a virtual constellation, matching appropriate satellite resources according to the type, area and time frequency requirements of the required data, performing order docking for the matched satellite resources, dynamically networking the satellite resources according to the feedback condition, and performing task management by a networking resource unit according to an order task;
the remote sensing data and application resource pool comprises a data resource pool and an application resource pool, and is used for receiving and storing data acquired by the virtual constellation and registering and managing the data resources and the application resources;
the remote sensing data resource customization and service platform comprises three modules, namely a service market, a workbench and platform operation and maintenance management, and provides functions of supply and demand docking and platform service.

The system according to claim 5, wherein the virtual constellation management system comprises main functional modules of satellite source registration, satellite source maintenance, orbit analysis, dynamic networking, order docking and task management, and the modules have the following specific functions:
registering a satellite source: the satellite resource unit registers the satellite resource after protocol authorization to construct a satellite resource directory; the registration content comprises a satellite name, an operation/management unit, a transmission date, a service life, an orbit parameter, a sensor parameter, a scheduling interface, a platform interface and a data interface to form a satellite service capability file;
maintenance of a satellite source: a satellite resource unit dynamically maintains a satellite resource directory, dynamically revises satellite source registration content according to the actual running condition of a satellite, and a system records revision history;
and (3) analyzing the track: simulating the satellite orbit according to the satellite orbit parameter information, inputting an observation service range including time and space ranges, dynamically analyzing and calculating the satellite transit condition including transit time, transit frequency and satellite attitude, and analyzing whether the satellite observation requirement of specific time and specific space can be met or not;
dynamic networking: dynamically calling satellite resources according to the requirements to carry out networking observation, and dynamically adjusting according to the satellite state and the task load condition to ensure stable service;
order docking: docking a transaction order, and performing order resource matching to form a satellite task;
task management: tracking the progress of the task, configuring relevant parameters of the task, and receiving, storing and managing satellite remote sensing monitoring data by connecting a data resource pool.

The system according to claim 5, wherein the data resource pool is managed by a data receiving function, a data warehouse function and a data order function module, and provides corresponding data content services according to order requirements; the specific functions of each functional module are as follows:
data reception: the system is used for realizing the function of recording data into a resource pool according to a catalog, a special topic and an order form, and realizing the receiving of satellite observation data and the uploading management of special result data;
a data warehouse: the system is used for realizing classified storage management of data resources, performing directory coding management on data according to a management rule, facilitating retrieval and calling, wherein the classified storage management data comprises satellite observation data, processing data, thematic information data and fusion application data and has data resource type expansion capability;
data order form: the system is used for receiving and authorizing data according to an order, and authorized users and application programs can use the data within an authorized range;
the application resource pool is managed by an application registration function module, an application warehouse function module and an application order function module, and provides application and data service contents according to order requirements; the specific functions of each functional module are as follows:
application registration: the system is used for registering the application resource to an application resource pool for retrieval and calling;
an application warehouse: the system comprises a data processing module, a data processing module and a data processing module, wherein the data processing module is used for managing registered application resources, and comprises application resource upgrading, starting, stopping, releasing, withdrawing and data configuration operations;
application order form: and the authorization server is used for authorizing the application resources according to the order, and the authorized user can use the application resources within the authorization range.

The system according to claim 5, wherein the application resource pool and the data resource pool are associated as needed to provide data plus application services; and the association between the data and the application is realized by creating an associated order, the data is authorized to the application, and the application automatically acquires and calls the data after the data is updated.

The satellite remote sensing data resource customization service system according to claim 5, wherein the service market comprises a data market, an application market, an ecological laboratory; the workbench provides support for the service process and tracks and manages the service process and the service result, and the functional units of the workbench comprise my data, my application, my experiment and my order; the platform operation and maintenance management faces to a platform manager, and the functional units comprise registration management, authorization management, order management, settlement management and statistical analysis.

The system according to claim 9, wherein the functional unit for platform operation and maintenance management further comprises model management and intelligent service, the model management comprises a satellite-data-application association model, a data resource management model, an intelligent reminding model and an intelligent contract model, so as to support the platform to provide the intelligent service; the intelligent service is one or more intelligent services of intelligent contracts, intelligent reminders and intelligent recommendations.
