Abstract

Description

用于搅拌容器的驱动头
本发明涉及放搅拌容器的柜子，它用于在搅拌下存放装有油漆或其同类物的容器。
当前使用的柜子由一系列应相叠放的架子组成，并且具有带小叶片型的驱动头的底部，该驱动头与布置于每一容器盖上的钩爪相配合，用来驱动穿过容器盖并支承搅拌螺旋或其类似物的轴。
为防止置于架子上的容器转动，设有固定或可动的凸销，它用于紧紧地卡住容器子的底部。这些凸销常常是有害的，且会对容器引起损害，尤其是它们由合成材料制成的时候。
凸销或其它锁定装置还具有更突出的缺陷，它使与之互相固连的架子非常难以清扫。此外，如果发生容器的泄漏，架子上用于固定凸销的孔口会造成油漆从一层架子流向另一层架子。
本发明涉及一种新的搅拌容器驱动头，它可使用没有在架子上设置任何特种部件的平整的架子。
按照本发明，每一搅拌器驱动头包括由第一轴驱动的一小叶片，该小叶片与钩爪配合，用于驱动位于容器中搅拌器的第二轴，其特征在于，钩爪从配合于一夹子中的平板凸出，该夹子为具有鹅颈形并置于架子下方的支架的一部分，该支架具有由第一轴横穿过的上部以及防止每一搅拌容器转动的装置，该轴携带并驱动小叶片。

现参看附图，图1表示一柜子，它包括直立部件1和2以及架子3，架子3位于直立元件1和2之间且竖直部件由图2所示的中空支架形成。
搅拌头4在架子3的下方凸出。
每一搅拌头4由安装在架子3中的带轮5驱动，如，与每一搅拌头对应的各个带轮各自例如由共同的皮带6驱动。
带轮5安装于轴7上，轴7由安装在包括轴套9的搅拌头中的轴承元件8支承。
特别是如图2和3所示，搅拌头最好由塑料或金属材料模件形成，其支架10具有常见的鹅颈形状，它端接于具有与支架10一起制成或附加其上的外套圈形夹子上。夹子11为一弹性，经延伸为一角状开口并略大于180°，该夹子最好用耐磨材料制成，，或者其上涂履一种耐磨材料。
支架10限定出轴承元件10a，10a由模压形成的小管套制成，它用于铰接U形架12；U形架12最好用模压材料制成，它用于限定出带臂的叉架12a，所述臂具有凸柱或凸部(未表示出)，以形成一铰接于轴承元件10a中的销子。
本实施例可由夹紧而定位U形架12，U形架须能够绕销子转动，如下列描述所示。
在所示实施例中，U形架12包括2个臂12b。然而U形架可仅由一个臂组成，或者由防止容器转动的另一种装置制成，如后面要讨论的。
尤其在附图2中所示，轴7上有附带轴13的底部，其上铰接有小叶片14，该小叶片最好由塑料制成但也可由金属制成，小叶片14卡在主轴13上，以便在需要换时很容易的装拆。在任何情况下，小叶片14的安装都能使其绕轴13旋转。此外，叶片14在其底部上具有凹部14a，以防止如下所述可能产生的与钩爪的楔紧(Wedging)。
图2和3所示，驱动头的支架10最好在上述小叶片14之上限定出毂盘15，毂盘15近似为圆形，其半径大于小叶片14的宽度。
这种布置无法使操作者把手指插进小叶片14上部与支架10之间，尤其是小叶片14与毂盘15之间，这是一种防止任何伤害的安全装置。此外，毂盘15用于把支架10以铆钉方式或其它同等方式固定于架子3下部。
搅拌容器，如容器16，带有被轴18穿过的盖子17，盖子17的顶部上设有各种凸部，特别是一出口19以及一工作把手20。
轴18的上部设有圆盘22，它由拧紧螺丝22a固定并有一定心环21。定心环为环状，且其直径与夹子11所限定的直径相对应。定心环11转动自由并由耐磨材料制成，或由耐磨材料涂覆。
圆盘22上有2个凸出钩爪23以及凸轮或斜面24。
如图所示，特别是在图3-9中，具有盖子17的容器16置于架子3之一上，例如架子3a，并如图5和6中所示逐渐推进，以便定心环进入夹子11中。
当容器16定位后，由轴7驱动的小叶片14的转动，将引起小叶片14的二端部承受两凸出钩爪23，这将引起其驱动圆盘22以及相应容器的转轴18。小叶片14的凹部14a可防止与钩爪23靠接所产生的楔紧危险。此外，沿圆盘22转动方向倾斜的凸轮或斜面24的存在，可帮助连续转动的小叶片14的升起。
图5所示，在定心环与夹子11相配合之前，U形架12保持为垂直，向前推进在架子3上滑动的容器16将引起U形架12转动，如图6中所示。一旦圆盘22由小叶片14及钩爪23引起转动，这可引起容器16微小量转动，但在任何情况下，附件19之一、如出口将限制容器子的可能旋转，仅转轴18继续被驱动，如图6及7中所示。
此外如图7中所示，本发明可使具有各种各样的高度的容器由任一搅拌头4驱动，这仅需将提升元件25放置在架子3a上即可。
图10表示一改进型，它表示架子3b的底部可由位于各种水平面上的二搅拌头4组成，这些错位的搅拌头可驱动各种高度的容器16a、16b的搅拌轴，最好把一个定位于另一个之后，且相对于一个搅拌头移动另一个，以便于接近后排。
图11所示为本发明的一改进型，按本发明，夹子11内部在位于其较底部设有向内凸出的凸耳或其它支承部分26。凸部26用于承受盖子17凸出部分的底部，或如所示承受定心环11的底部。封盖容器16的盖子17位于夹子11中，如上所述。
在该实施例中，由容器、盖子以及驱动机构所形成的部件吊于夹子11上，无需把容器16置于架子3上。如前所述，容器16由U形架12防止转动，架子3可以制成具有平整且容易清扫的顶部。
为了防止驱动搅拌螺旋18a的轴18的轴向偏移，比较有利的是把位于轴18及轴承上的弹簧27一方面定位在盖子17的底部，另一方面定位于搅拌螺旋18a上。弹簧27强度的选择应能满足平衡容器16及其内容物重量的要求。
图12表示另一变种，架子3的底部界定出用于夹子支架29的弯曲边缘28，它借助支承于盖子17的底部而压于容器16上。
比较有利的是，弹性材料制成的夹子支架29将由弹胶物材料或其类似物覆盖，这样一方面可以形成保护，另一方面可形成端凸部30以用于夹持容器16。夹子支架29为弓形且延伸为大于180°的角度开口。
此外，可把定心环21安于圆盘22上，在此情况下，它们将由球轴承或同类轴承分开，以使圆盘22与夹子11之间无摩擦。
在没有离开下列权利要求中所述的本发明范围内，本发明可产生各种变形，故本发明不由所述的实施例及详细描述所限定。

Claims (14)

1.用于搅拌容器的驱动头，每一驱动头包括由第一轴(7)驱动的小叶片(14)，该小叶片(14)与钩爪(23)配合以驱动位于容器(16)内的搅拌器的第二轴(18)，其中，该钩爪(23)自嵌合于夹子(11)中的圆盘(22)上凸出，所述夹子(11)为支架(10)的一部分，支架(10)具有鹅颈形状并置于架子(3)的下方，该支架(10)具有由第一转轴(7)穿过的上部以及用于防止每一搅拌容器(16)转动的装置，第一转轴(7)连接并驱动该小叶片(14)。
2.如权利要求1中所述的驱动头，在上述圆盘(22)和该夹子(11)之间设有耐磨装置。
3.如权利要求1中所述的驱动头，该支架(10)在小叶片(14)上方以及在其附近限定出一般为圆形的保护毂盘(15)。
4.如权利要求3中所述的驱动头，该第一轴(7)装进轴承元件(8)中，轴承元件(8)安装于该保护毂盘(15)的轴套(9)中，毂盘(15)直接固定于架子的下方，该架子为中空形状以容纳驱动带轮(5)。
5.权利要求3中的驱动头，其中该小叶片(14)可转动地安装在位于紧靠该保护毂盘(15)附近的轴(13)上，且具有凹形面(14a)的底部以防止与该钩爪(23)的靠接而产生的楔紧。
6.如权利要求1中所述的驱动头，每一容器上设有盖子，用于防止该容器转动的装置由该支架(10)支承，该防止转动装置为一U形架(12)，该U形架与该盖子(17)的一部分(19)接触，以限制装有该容器的架子(3a)上的该容器(16)的转动。
7.如权利要求1中所述的驱动头，U形架(12)由轴承元件(10a)铰接于该支架(10)上，该U形架具有叉架(13)，并用销子(13a)把该U形架(12)卡于轴承元件(10a)中。
8.如权利要求1中所述的驱动头，其中每一容器带有盖子，该夹子(11)具有用于支承盖子(1)和容器(16)的装置(26)。
9.如权利要求1中所述的驱动头，其中该支承装置由凸耳(26)形成，该凸耳(26)在夹子(11)底部的内部凸出。
10.如权利要求1中所述的驱动头，每一容器上提供有盖子，弹簧(27)用于平衡容器(16)和盖子(17)，该弹簧置于盖子底部与第二轴(18)驱动的搅拌螺旋(18a)之间。
11.如权利要求1中所述的驱动头，容器(16)设有底部与其形成一体的盖子(17)，该整体由弹性夹子支架(29)支承，支架(29)固定于由架子(3)支承的弯曲边缘28，每一夹子支架(29)支承于该盖子(17)的底部。
12.用于权利要求1中所述的驱动头的柜子，具有平整的架子(3，3a，…)。
