Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a transparent massage cream with high oil content and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The massage cream is mainly used for promoting blood circulation and metabolism of skin, and is used for massaging to prevent skin aging and relaxation. Can deeply clean skin, promote blood circulation of face and body, and help nutrition penetration and absorption; moisten skin, provide moisture and nutrition to skin.
At present, the massage cream on the market adopts the following components: the grease type massage cream is prepared from polymer, emulsifier, grease, water, polyalcohol, thickener, chelating agent, neutralizer, perfuming agent, antiseptic, and auxiliary skin conditioner as raw materials, and has uniform and glossy milky appearance due to the addition of the grease. The advantages are that: the addition of the grease can greatly increase the durability of the massage. The disadvantages are as follows: the oil content of the system is generally lower than 70%, and in order to stabilize a large amount of oil, a polymer and an emulsifier are excessively added. But also sacrifice a certain skin feel, and the sticky feeling is better when the mask is used. 2, the water-soluble massage cream adopts water-soluble thickening agent, polyhydric alcohol and modified water-soluble grease as raw materials, as well as chelating agent, neutralizing agent, aromatizing agent, preservative and auxiliary skin conditioning agent. The advantages are that: the skin feeling can be made transparent, and the skin feeling can be well adjusted to keep the appearance transparent, so that the massage time is prolonged, a large amount of polyhydric alcohol is added, the polyhydric alcohol has certain hygroscopicity, and the added amount is too high to absorb the moisture and the heat of the skin, and has certain irritation.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to realize commodity differentiation, the transparent massage cream with high oil content is prepared by adopting a D-phase emulsification method, and belongs to an oil-in-water type massage cream. A transparent massage cream with high oil content is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight as shown in Table 1.
Table 1 examples 1 to 5
The preparation method of the transparent massage cream with high oil content comprises the following steps:
1) Dividing each raw material into an A phase, a B phase and a C phase respectively, and weighing each raw material of the three phases for later use; wherein, the phase A is: water, polyglycerol-10 myristate, glycerol, erythritol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, herba Portulacae (Portulaca OLERACEA) extract, herba Dendrobii (Dendrobium NOBILE) extract, 1,2-hexanediol, and Sambucus NIGRA (SAMBUCUS NIGRA) flower extract. The phase B is as follows: caprylic/capric triglyceride dimethicone, pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), hydrogenated polyisobutene, and glycerol tri (ethyl hexanoate).
2) Adding phase A raw materials into a container, heating to 45 deg.C, stirring, and keeping the temperature for use
3) Mixing the raw materials of phase B, and stirring uniformly. Slowly adding the raw material of the phase B (the dropping speed is controlled to be 20-25 drops per minute) into the A under stirring.
4) After being stirred evenly, the mixture is homogenized for 3 to 5 minutes by a homogenizer, and the transparent massage cream with high oil content can be obtained.
Comparative example 1
A transparent massage cream is different from the massage cream of example 5 in that:
the comparative example comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
polyglycerol-10 myristate 4%, carbomer 0.4%, glycerol 10%, caprylic/capric triglyceride 10%, polydimethylsiloxane 10%, pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate) 10%, hydrogenated polyisobutene 10%, glycerol tri (ethyl hexanoate) 10%, cetostearyl alcohol 2%, erythritol 0.5%, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.05%, purslane (PORTULACA OLERACEA) extract 0.5%, DENDROBIUM NOBILE (dendrobiule) extract 0.5%, p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.15%,1,2-hexanediol 0.15%, SAMBUCUS NIGRA (SAMBUCUS NIGRA) flower extract 0.1%, triethanolamine 0.4%, and water in balance.
Comparative example 2
The difference between the comparative example and the example 5 is that: the preparation method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
heating the phase A and the phase B to 45 ℃, and stirring uniformly. Then phase B material was added to phase A with rapid stirring of phase A material. Homogenizing for 3-5 min with homogenizer after stirring to obtain massage cream.
Performance testing
1. Stability test
Following the formulation implementation in table 1, the addition of a commercial product gave the following stability-related results.
The emulsions of examples 1 to 5 and commercial product 1 were tested for centrifugal stability, high temperature stability and low temperature stability under the following conditions: centrifuging at 2000r/min for 30min; the conditions for the high temperature stability test were: keeping the temperature at 45 +/-1 ℃ for 48 hours, and recovering the temperature to room temperature; the conditions for the low temperature stability test were: keeping at-15 + -1 deg.C for 48 hr, and recovering to room temperature. After the test is completed, it is observed whether there is demulsification or stratification, and if not, it is considered stable. The results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
As shown in table 1, examples 1, 4, 5 and comparative example 1 and the commercial product passed the stability test. In examples 2 and 3, the stability is reduced due to less emulsifier, and the delamination phenomenon occurs under centrifugation and high temperature, but the stability is still good at normal temperature and low temperature. Comparative example 2 a conventional oil-in-water process was used, and the oil phase was rapidly added to the water phase, resulting in a larger emulsion particle and oil droplet aggregation, which eventually led to sample delamination. The D-phase emulsification method is proved to be more stable in emulsification.
2. Skin feel test
The skin feel of examples 1, 4, 5 and the commercial products according to the stability test formula was tested by the recruited volunteers in eight dimensions (appearance, firmness, melting feel, massage time, gloss after use, softness after use, residual film feel, sliminess). According to the grade of the like degree, the total of the single items is 10, and the like degree is larger as the grade is higher. The specific data are shown in Table 2.
Table 2 test data for skin feel of each group
Test items | Example 1 | Example 4 | Example 5 | Commercial product 1 | Comparative example 1 |
Appearance of the product | Transparent gel | Transparent gel | Transparent gel | Milky white paste | Milky white paste |
Texture of | 8 | 8 | 9 | 5 | 5 |
Feeling of melting | 8 | 8 | 8 | 4 | 5 |
Time of massage | 9 | 9 | 8 | 6 | 4 |
Gloss after use | 8 | 8 | 9 | 5 | 5 |
Softness after use | 8 | 8 | 9 | 5 | 5 |
Film feeling residue | 9 | 9 | 9 | 6 | 5 |
Sticky feeling | 7 | 9 | 8 | 5 | 5 |
As can be seen from table 2, comparative example 1 contains a certain amount of thickening component, and experiences poor feeling in use; example 1 and examples 4-5 the skin feel was lighter without the addition of a thickening agent (carbomer, fatty alcohol); the D-phase emulsification method is adopted to emulsify more grease, so that the massage time is longer, and a proper amount of emulsifier has good soft feeling and does not stick greasy after being used. The results were combined to determine the score for each of the examples 5 to be optimal for the experiment.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.
