Abstract
一种一体式夹持件(100)的制造方法以及利用制造方法制造的一体式夹持件(100),方法中利用激光在一筒状的基材上,切割出具有至少两个夹持臂(111)的一体式夹持件(100),夹持臂(111)中具有夹持头(1111)以及沿基材轴向分布的第一收缩缝(1113)。通过第一收缩缝(1113),可弯曲部(1112)具有能够向夹持件(100)的闭合方向弯曲和/或向夹持件(100)的张开方向弯曲的变形结构。结构中,省略了现有结构中的套筒,结合可弯曲部(1112)的形变状态,从而实现夹持臂(111)的张开和闭合。采用了一体成型制造的夹持件(100)后,整个夹持结构的零件更少,结构更加简单,装配要求更低,成本得到极大的缩减。
