Abstract
一种组织夹闭装置的一体式拉杆的制造方法以及利用该制造方法制造的一体式拉杆,该方法中利用激光在管状或片状的基材上切割出保留段(220)和分离段(230),在保留段(220)的一端切割出用于连接夹持件(100)的连接部;整个保留段(220)、分离段(230)为一体成型结构,两者从第一撕裂部(240)处断裂。整个结构加工简单,零件更少,无需二次装配。而且,该保留段(220)和分离段(230)能够形成筒状结构,两者只依靠筒壁上的一处或多处第一撕裂部(240)连接,更容易拉断。
