Abstract

图1至4展示了包装香烟11的盒10。该盒具有内框架12，在其中安放看一包用箔包裹着的香烟11。图3和4中所示的箔13被部分卸去以便展示香烟11。内框架12具有切去部分14以易于获取香烟11。
盒还具有外纸板盒15，该外纸板盒15包括上部份16和下部份17，它们沿铰接线18连接在一起，而铰接线18则是由盒的后面板上的褶痕构成的。盒的所有面板通常是矩形的。

还能看到，上部分的下边缘20是由折叠的底部分29构成的。这使边缘20具有更光滑、更坚固的面层，它比较不易受损坏和磨损。
假如希望对该盒有一个简单的修正，可使下部份17的上边缘24提高成，在盒为关闭情况时，它紧挨上部分16的下边缘。
在图5至9所示的装置中，许多特点都与图1至4中的相对应，因此给它们以相同的标号。主要的不同是，上部分16的下边缘20和下部分17的上边缘24是紧挨的，且边缘20，24在一侧是于30处向上弯曲的。曲线30平滑地引导进入侧面板的相应边缘，并力图使盒的外观柔和。
应体会到，边缘20，24，还有21，25，甚至边缘27的实际形状是设计选择的事，而唯一的要求是盒的开、关。边缘通常不一定如上述实施例中那样的是直线的，也不一定是紧挨的。

Claims (10)

1.一种烟品盒，它包括内框架和外纸板盒，该外纸板盒通常具有矩形的前、后、顶、底和侧面板，并具有可绕铰接线相互相对运动的上、下部分，该铰接线基本横越后面板而延伸，并通常与后面板的顶部和底部边缘平行，从而构成关闭和打开位置，上部分的前面板区域的下边缘至少具有一个部分，它是与铰接线不平行的。
2.如权利要求1所述的盒，其中内框架保持在外壳的下部分中，并至少有部分延伸至外纸板盒的上部分中。

8.如权利要求1至7中任一条所述的盒，其中前面板区域的大部分下边缘包含向对边折叠的纸板片。
