Abstract

本发明是为了提供一种冰箱用饮料自动补充装置,它是由用于检测冷水容器内贮存的冷却水水位的水位检测机构;连接在设在冰箱外部的给水源上用于向冷水容器供水的给水管;根据安装在给水管一侧的开闭阀及上述水位检测机构所提供的检测信号来判断冷水容器内的冷却水水位的控制机构组成的,目的在于检测冷水容器内贮存的冷却水的水位,在冷却水不足的情况下自动补充自来水,以保证经常供给清凉的冷却水。

Description

冰箱用饮料自动补充装置
本发明是关于冰箱用饮料自动补充装置,特别是关于在检测到冷水容器内贮藏的冷却水的水位不足时,可以将其自动补充的冰箱用饮料自动补充装置。
最近,有这样一种结构的冰箱,它可以从冰箱外侧取出在冰箱内经过冷却的冷却水,这种冰箱如图1所示,在冰箱本体1的前面设有冷冻室门2及冷藏室门3,并可自由开闭。此外,在上述冷藏室门3的一侧设有水分配器4。
上述水分配器4的结构如图2所示,在冷藏室门3的内侧设有可排出冷却水的取水口5a,并且在其上侧设有形成放置部5b的气缸(Cylinder)5,通过弹簧而有弹性地设置滑动构件7,操作取水柄6(该取水柄以铰链方式结合在气缸5的内侧前面)可使滑动构件在横向上滑动。此外,在上述放置部5b内放置着冷水容器9,该冷水容器内贮留有冷却水W。
上述冷水容器9是由在其上下侧结合的盖10和下部罩11及阀体12构成的,该阀体是利用弹簧8b而有弹性地设置的,以便在下部罩11内随着滑动构件7的动作而升降。在上述阀体12的上端设有阀板13,该阀板随着升降运动而打开及关闭下部罩11的上端,控制冷却水W的流通。
因此,一旦将内部贮留有规定量冷却水W的冷水容器9放在放置部5b(该放置部设在气缸5的上侧)内时,由于设在下部罩11内侧的阀体12通过弹簧8a的弹力作用而向下运动,这样,阀板13便将下部罩11的上端关闭,于是冷水容器9内的冷却水W就不会排出。
在这种情况下,在两点点划线所示位置上将杯子之类的容器C移到取水口5a的下侧,并转动取水柄6,随着取水柄6的转动,滑动构件7后退,与此同时,阀体12上升。
这样,结合在上述阀体12上端的阀板13便一边上升一边打开下部罩11的上端,于是冷却水W便通过下部罩11、气缸5以及取水口5a排到容器C内。
但是,具有这种结构的上述现有冰箱用饮料自动供给装置存在着下述问题,即,由于没有设置确认冷水容器内是否干涸的机构,所以在想喝冷饮时,不能供给清凉饮料的情况时有发生。而且,必须打开冰箱门才能往冷水容器内补充冷却水,这样,冰箱内的冷气便会外流。
因此,本发明是为了解决上述各种问题而开发的,其目的是为了提供一种冰箱用饮料自动补充装置。该装置可检测冷水容器内贮藏的冷却水的水位,当冷却水不足时,便自动补充冷却水,可使冰箱能经常供给清凉的冷却水,而且还可防止冰箱内的冷气外流。
为了达到上述目的,本发明涉及的冰箱用饮料自动补充装置的特征是它是由以下几部分构成的:水位传感机构,该机构用于检查冷水容器内贮存的冷却水的水位;给水管,该给水管连接在设在冰箱外部的给水源上,用于向上述冷水容器供水;控制机构,该控制机构根据传感信号来判断冷水容器内的冷却水的水位,传感信号是由安装在给水管一侧的开闭阀及上述水位传感机构提供的。
附图的详细说明如下:
图1是表示具有现有水分配器的冰箱之概略正视图。
图2是表示现有冰箱用饮料自动供给装置之断面图。
图3是表示具有本发明涉及的饮料补充装置的冰箱之概略轴测图。
图4是表示冰箱门在关闭状态下本发明涉及的饮料补充装置之概略断面图。
图5是采用了本发明涉及的饮料自动补充装置的冰箱的饮料补充装置之控制方框图。
以下按照附图详细说明本发明涉及的冰箱用饮料自动补充装置的一个实施例。
图3是本发明涉及的冰箱用饮料补充装置之概略轴测图。如图3所示,本发明涉及的饮料补充装置的冷水容器50被配置在空间30(下称冷水容器存放室)内,该空间30是从冷藏室20(该冷藏室是在稍稍高于食物冰点的温度下贮藏食物的)隔出的一部分空间,从该空间内又隔出一部分作为特选室21,其温度保持相对较低的温度。在上述冷水容器存放室30入口处的规定位置上形成有档块突起31(参照图4),通过该档块突起31使放置在里面的冷水容器50位于规定的位置上。第1排出管44的自由端44a被引出到隔断冷冻室与冷藏室20的横隔壁22的下侧,另一端连接在电动泵43的排出口上。
另外,在冷藏室门60的内侧安装有集水用漏斗61,当冷藏室门60关闭时,该集水用漏斗正好位于第1排出管44的自由端44a的垂直下方。在冷藏室门60的外侧,设有从门表面卷入而形成的饮料取出空间70。集水用漏斗61与饮料取出空间70,通过贯通冷藏室门60的第2排出管62(参照图4)而相互连接起来。
图4表示在冷藏室门关闭状态下的本发明涉及的饮料补充装置之概略断面图。
如图4所示,本发明涉及的冰箱用饮料自动补充装置所使用的冷水容器50呈上部敞开的箱形,该冷水容器50被组装在冷水容器存放室30内,而且可以开闭。在冷水容器50内的后侧设有吸入管52,该吸入管的一端延伸到冷水容器50的底面,另一端贯通冷水容器50的后壁53的上端而被引到外部。上述吸入管52最好与冷水容器50形成一体。
在冷水容器存放室30的后方,通过竖壁32形成饮料排出机具室40,在上述竖壁32的上侧形成有连接部32a,该连接部朝排出机具室40突出。当冷水容器50安放在冷水容器存放室30的正常位置上时,冷水容器侧吸入管52的外径便以强制嵌入方式与上述连接部32a的内径紧密接触。为了防止冷却水漏出,在上述连接部位(即吸入管52的外径与连接部32a的内径)上最好设置图中未表示出的合适的密封构件。在冷水容器50的后壁53的规定部位上,安装有永久性磁铁54,在与该永久性磁铁54相对位置的竖壁32上设有衔铁接片37,当冷水容器50安放在规定位置上时,由于永久性磁铁54的磁力而使上述接点闭合(或开放)。可用微动开关作为冷水容器安放传感器。
在排出机具室40的规定部位上,设有作为饮料排出机器的电动泵43,连接在该泵流入口上的流入管42通过连接管41被连接在上述竖壁侧连接部32a的另一侧上。连接在电动泵43的排出口上的排出管44(下称第1排出管)经过隔断冷冻室20的横隔壁22的内部,其自由端部44a位于集水用漏斗61的垂直上部。
在上述冷水容器存放室30的上部,引出自来水供给管33(该管的一端连接在外部的、图中未示出的水龙头上)的自由端部,在该自来水供给管的另一侧,设有开关用的电磁阀34。此外,在引到冰箱本体外侧的自来水供给管33的规定部位上设有净水器35,以便滤去所供自来水中的异物。在冷水容器存放室30的上部侧,最好使用检查冷水容器50内贮藏水水位的传感器。但,也可采用超声波传感器,隔一定的时间间隔发射超声波,测定所发射的超声波从冷却水面反射后到接收时为止的时间,以此来检测水位的高低。
在冷藏室门60内侧的规定部位上安装有漏斗状集水构件61。该集水构件61在冷藏室门60关闭时,位于第1排出管44的自由端44a的垂直下方位置上,把通过第1排出管44而自由落下的冷却水收集起来。在集水构件61的排出口上连接有第2排出管62,该排出管贯通于冷藏室门60的隔热壁63而引出到饮料取出空间70内。在第2排出管62的规定位置上安装有开关构件即电磁阀64,用于防止在不进行冷却水排出动作时外部较热的热气流入冷藏室20内。
在饮料取出空间70的后面安装有给水开关71。该给水开关被支持在与主线路基板(该基板图中未示出)分离的辅助线路基板73上,在施加压力时接点闭合,对电动泵43供电。在给水开关71的前面,覆盖着用软质橡胶做的保护罩72,可以防止水及异物等与给水开关71的接点接触。在饮料取出空间70的上部安装有照明灯74,在没有照明的夜间给水时,使饮料取出空间70内明亮。
图中未说明的符号51是饮料箱5的把手,76表示杯子。
图5是采用本发明涉及的饮料自动补充装置的冰箱用饮料供给装置之控制方框图。如图5所示,本发明涉及的饮料自动补充装置的控制线路是由以下几部分构成的:控制部100,它用于控制饮料补充装置的全套动作;给水开关部102,它将给水要求输入上述控制部100;箱门开闭传感部104,它用于检查冷藏室门60是否开(或闭);冷水容器放置传感部112,它用于检查冷水容器50内贮存的饮料之水位;电动泵驱动部108(该驱动部用于驱动电动泵43)及电磁阀驱动部110(该驱动部用于驱动自来水开关的电磁阀64)。
上述控制部100采用微处理机,能很好地执行各个动作。另外,给水开关部102使给水开关71与周围线路元件相对应,箱门开闭传感部104是由现有冰箱所具有的多个箱门开闭传感元件构成的。水位传感部106及冷水容器放置传感部112分别与上述检查水位的传感器36及衔铁接片37相对应。控制部100也控制图中未示出的照明灯74和隔断外部空气用的电磁阀64的动作。
下面就具有上述结构的本发明涉及的冰箱用饮料自动补充装置的动作及效果进行说明。
首先,用户在清洗冷水容器50之后,将其推入冷水容器存放室30内。由于推压力而使饮料箱侧吸入管52与竖壁侧连接部32a结合。这时,在完全结合的情况下,由于永久性磁铁54的作用而使衔铁接片37闭合(或开放),这样,便将冷水容器50已安放在规定位置上的信息传给控制部100。然后,当控制部100确认冷水容器50已安放在规定位置上之后,便开放电磁阀34,并向冷水容器50供自来水。在向冷水容器补充自来水(水源)的过程中,水位检测传感器36每隔一定的时间间隔便检测冷却水的水位,并将测定结果传递给控制部100。该控制部100便根据水位检测传感器36提供的信号判断冷水容器50的水位,当达到了规定的基准水位时,关闭电磁阀34,停止供给自来水(水源)。
另外,冷水容器50内装满自来水(水源)并经过冷却之后,用户一旦推压给水开关71则该信号便输入,于是使电动泵43动作而排出冷却水。冷却水的排出是按吸入管52→连接部32a→连接管41→流入管42→电动泵43→第1排出管44→集水用漏斗61→第2排出管62的顺序进行的。反复排出冷却水,当冷水容器50的水位降到规定水位以下时,控制部100通过水位检测传感器36确认这一情况之后,电磁阀34动作,于是向冷水容器50内补充自来水(水源)。
以上就冰箱用饮料自动补充装置进行了详述,但本发明不局限于这些内容,本装置也可直接用于供冰箱用自动制冰装置的制冰水。
如上所述,采用本发明涉及的冰箱用饮料自动补充装置,可取得以下良好效果,即,当检测出冷水容器内贮藏的冷却水水位低于规定水位时,可自动补充水。这样,便可经常提供清凉饮料,可以克服由于直接补充冷却水(水源)带来的不便,而且,还可避免由此而产生的冷气流出的问题。

Claims (8)

1、一种冰箱用饮料自动补充装置,所述装置将冰箱的冷藏室隔出一部分而形成冷水容器存放室,将冷水容器存放在所述冷水容器存放室内,其特征在于它包括:用于检测上述冷水容器内贮藏的冷却水的水位的水位检测机构;连接在设在冰箱外部的给水源上,用于向冷水容器供水的给水管;根据安装在给水管一侧的开闭阀及上述水位检测机构所提供的传感信号来判断冷水容器内的冷却水的水位的控制机构。
2、如权利要求1所述的冰箱用饮料自动补充装置,其特征在于,上述水位检测机构是一种非接触式传感器,在检测冷却水水位时不与冷却水直接接触。
3、如权利要求1所述的冰箱用饮料自动补充装置,其特征在于,上述水位检测机构是使用超声波传感器。
4、如权利要求1所述的冰箱用饮料自动补充装置,其特征在于,上述给水管的一侧安装有净水机构,用于滤掉自来水(水源)中所含的异物。
5、如权利要求1所述的冰箱用饮料自动补充装置,其特征在于它还包括用于检查冷水容器是否安放在冷水容器存放室的准确位置上的冷水容器安放传感机构。
6、如权利要求1所述的冰箱用饮料自动补充装置,其特征在于上述控制机构是这样进行控制的,即,当冷水容器内的冷却水下降到规定水位的下限时,将开闭阀打开,向冷水容器供水,当水位到达规定水位的上限时,关闭上述开闭阀,停止供水。
7、如权利要求1所述的冰箱用饮料自动补充装置,其特征在于上述控制机构是这样构成的,即,它根据冷水容器存放传感机构所提供的信号来判断冷水容器是否存放好了,只有在冷水容器存放到准确位置时,才进行给水动作。
8、一种冰箱用饮料自动补充装置,上述冷水容器存放室是将冷藏室中温度相对较低的特选室隔出一部分而形成的。
