Background
Dysentery and diarrhea in livestock and poultry are clinically common disease symptoms, and the most common reason is microbial factors. The microorganism includes bacteria, viruses and other pathogenic microorganisms, such as Escherichia coli, salmonella, clostridium welchii, coronavirus, etc. If the dysentery and diarrhea of the livestock and poultry are not treated in time, the health of the livestock and poultry can be harmed, and serious economic loss is caused. Clinically, the method for treating dysentery and diarrhea of livestock and poultry mainly adopts chemical drugs or traditional Chinese medicines. The chemical medicine takes an important position in a long time before due to quick effect and convenient use, but the treatment effect of the chemical medicine is greatly weakened along with the more and more serious medicine resistance, and the chemical medicine is gradually replaced by the traditional Chinese medicine which is not easy to generate the medicine resistance by proposing the concept of no resistance. However, the traditional Chinese medicine is not favored by farmers because of slow effect.
The poplar flower oral liquid is a mixture prepared by processing and extracting poplar flowers, is recorded in 2020 edition of Chinese veterinary pharmacopoeia, and has the function of mainly treating livestock and poultry dysentery and enteritis. The poplar flower oral liquid also has the common problems of using traditional Chinese medicines and has slow effect. When the traditional Chinese medicine is clinically used, other medicines are often compounded for medicine combination treatment, so that inconvenience is brought to medication of farmers. And dysentery and enteritis of livestock and poultry are accompanied by intestinal injury, and the intestinal injury is repaired to promote the digestion and absorption of the organism to food, thereby being beneficial to the recovery of the organism. Dysentery and diarrhea of livestock and poultry also indicate low immunity of livestock and poultry, and the immunity of organisms is enhanced while diseases are treated, so that the effect of achieving twice the result with half the effort can be achieved, the treatment time is shortened, and the economic loss is reduced. Therefore, the invention aims to achieve the traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid with quick response by improving the formula of the poplar flower oral liquid.

Test example 1 clinical efficacy test
1 test Material
1.1 test animals: selecting 220 early weaned diarrhea piglets above 25 days old in a certain pig farm in Liuhe city.
1.2 test methods: the samples were randomly divided into 11 groups of 20 heads each. Clinical treatment trials were conducted using the products of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-6, respectively. Feeding 10ml each time, 2 times a day. Daily 8 in the morning, 00 in the afternoon, 13 in the afternoon, and the efficacy is observed at 18. Judging the treatment condition of the piglets in the medication period.
1.3 test drugs: the formulations prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were used as test drugs.
1.4 clinical efficacy determination:
1) After recovery and treatment, the sick piglets recover normal spirit, feed intake is normal, excrement is formed, the hardness is moderate, the color and the smell are normal, and clinical symptoms completely disappear.
2) The post-sick piglet is effectively treated to improve the mental state, enhance the appetite, improve the stool character, obviously reduce the water content and relieve the clinical symptoms.
3) After ineffective treatment, the sick piglets have no improvement in spirit, appetite and fecal characters, and are aggravated or treated by other medicines, and even die.
Test results and analysis
The results of the treatment tests on diarrhea of weaned piglets are shown in tables 1-3.
TABLE 1 EXAMPLES 1-5 AND COMPARATIVE EXAMPLES 1-6 group of formulations for treatment of diarrhea in weaned piglets
As can be seen from the results in Table 1, after the medicine is applied on the first day, the groups in examples 1-5 have better therapeutic effect on diarrhea of weaned piglets, and the total effective rate is 100%. And the cure rate is improved along with the increase of the dosage of the poplar flower extract and the nano silver additive. The total effective rate of the examples 1-5 groups was significantly higher than the comparative examples 1-5 and comparative example 6 groups. The difference between the total effective rate of the example 5 group and the total effective rate of the comparative example 5 group is not obvious, but the cure rate of the example 5 group is higher than that of the comparative example 5 group, which shows that the patchouli oil has synergistic effect with other raw materials on the formula. The total effective rate of the group 4 in the example is obviously higher than that of the group 4 in the comparative example, which shows that the nano-silver plays a key role in treating diarrhea of weaned piglets. The total effective rate of the comparative example 5 without adding the patchouli oil is obviously higher than that of the comparative example 6, the total effective rate of the comparative example 4 without adding the nano-silver is higher than that of the comparative example 6, but the difference is not obvious, so that the poplar flower extract, the nano-silver and the patchouli oil have a synergistic effect on the treatment of diarrhea of weaned piglets, and the treatment effect of the composite poplar flower oral liquid is quick to take effect compared with that of the traditional poplar flower oral liquid.
TABLE 2 EXAMPLES 1-5 AND COMPARATIVE EXAMPLES 1-6 TREATMENT OF DISEASE PILLAR DISEASE diarrhea the following day
As can be seen from the results in table 2, the cure rate of the group of examples 1-5 for the diarrhea of weaned piglets increases after the drug is applied the next day, and the cure rate increases with the increase of the dosage of the poplar flower extract and the nano silver additive. Although the total effective rate of the comparative example 6 group was also improved, the difference was not significant and the cure rate was not improved. The problem that the traditional poplar flower oral liquid has long treatment time is solved.
TABLE 3 EXAMPLES 1-5 AND COMPARATIVE EXAMPLES 1-6 TREATMENT OF DISEASE PILLAR DISEASE diarrhea on day three
As can be seen from the results in table 3, after the drug is applied on the third day, the cure rate of the weaned piglet diarrhea in examples 1-5 groups is improved, and the cure rate is improved with the increase of the dosage of the poplar flower extract and the nano silver additive. The cure rate of the comparative examples 1-4 is not improved, the cure rate of the comparative example 6 is improved by 10%, but the total effective rate is not changed, which is also related to that the weaned piglets are not treated in time after diarrhea, the disease condition is delayed, the treatment time is prolonged or the weaned piglets are dead.
The results shown in tables 1-3 indicate that the poplar flower extract, the nano-silver and the patchouli oil have a synergistic effect on the treatment of diarrhea of weaned piglets, and the treatment effect of the composite poplar flower oral liquid is quick in response compared with that of the traditional poplar flower oral liquid.
