Referring to fig. 7, specifically, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the envelope unit 4 includes an envelope conveyer 401 for conveying the packaging bag containing the cartridge, a pressing cylinder 402, a pressing conveyer 403 and a sewing machine 404 are sequentially disposed on one side of the envelope conveyer 401, the pressing cylinder 402 is used for pressing the opening of the packaging bag, the pressing conveyer 403 is used for conveying the packaging bag with the opening pressed to the sewing machine 404, the conveying speed of the pressing conveyer 403 is the same as that of the envelope conveyer 401, and the sewing machine 404 is used for sewing the opening of the packaging bag.
For the bag-sealing unit of the present invention, the work flow is as follows: after the cartridge is bagged in the bagging unit, the bag opening of the bag is pressed through the action of a pressing cylinder, one pressed end enters a pressing conveying belt under the action of a bag sealing conveying belt, the pressing conveying belt presses the bag opening to convey to the opening of the sewing machine, and the sewing machine starts to sew the bag opening after the pressing conveying belt reaches the opening of the sewing machine, so that the sealing of the packaging bag is realized; and conveying the finished product out by a finished product conveying belt after sealing.
Referring to fig. 8, specifically, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bag supplying unit 5 includes a bag supplying mounting rack 501, the bag supplying mounting rack 501 is provided with a bag supplying conveyor 503 and a bag supplying suction cup 505 above the bag supplying conveyor 503, one end of the bag supplying conveyor 503 is provided with a bag supplying conveyor 504, the bag supplying conveyor 504 is connected to the bag filling unit 3 to supply the bags to the bag filling unit 3, the upper end of the bag supplying suction cup 505 is provided with a lifting cylinder 506 for controlling the vertical displacement of the bag supplying suction cup 505, and the lifting cylinder 506 controls the horizontal displacement thereof through the adjusting cylinder 502 to feed the bags on the bag supplying conveyor 503 to the bag supplying conveyor 504.
For the bag supply unit of the present invention, the workflow is as follows: a plurality of piles of bags are manually stacked and placed on the bag supply conveyor belt, the bag supply conveyor belt conveys the bags to the position below the lifting cylinder, the lifting cylinder moves to descend to the proper position, the bag supply sucker moves to suck the bags, the lifting cylinder ascends to the proper position, the adjusting cylinder starts to supply the bags forwards, the bags stop vacuumizing after reaching the bagging opening of the bagging conveyor belt, the bags are placed at the bagging opening, and the adjusting cylinder returns. When the bags below the lifting cylinder detect that no bag exists, the bag supply conveyor belt is started to convey the next stack of bags to the position below the lifting cylinder for bag supply.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. Automatic packaging system in bags is adorned to industry explosive cartridge, its characterized in that includes:
the material arranging unit (1) is used for arranging the conveyed cartridges so that the distribution direction of the cartridges is perpendicular to the conveying direction and is positioned in the center of the conveying belt;
the counting unit (2) is connected with the feeding end of the material arranging unit (1) and used for counting the arranged cartridges to realize quantitative material discharge;
the bagging unit (3) is used for conveying the cartridges which are quantitatively discharged by the counting unit (2) into packaging bags;
the bag sealing unit (4) is used for sealing the packaging bag filled with the cartridge;
a bag supply unit (5) for supplying the bagging unit (3) with a packaging bag having an open end.
2. The automatic packaging system for industrial explosive cartridge bags according to claim 1, wherein the material arranging unit (1) comprises a main conveyer belt (101), a plurality of first material arranging rollers (102) are arranged at the discharge end of the main conveyer belt (101), a first material arranging baffle (103) is arranged at the tail end of each first material arranging roller (102) between the two material arranging rollers, and a cylinder for controlling the vertical displacement of the first material arranging baffle (103) is arranged at the lower end of the first material arranging baffle (103), so that the first material arranging baffle (103) is higher/lower than the first material arranging rollers (102);
the discharge end of the first material arranging roller (102) is provided with a gap bridge conveyer belt (104), the width of the gap bridge conveyer belt (104) is matched with the length of the explosive cartridge, and gaps are arranged on two sides of the gap bridge conveyer belt (104) to remove the disordered explosive cartridge.

The automatic industrial explosive cartridge bagging packaging system according to claim 1, wherein a feed back conveyer belt (109) is further arranged below the gap bridge conveyer belt (104), and the discharge end of the feed back conveyer belt (109) is connected with the main conveyer belt (101) so as to convey cartridges rejected from the gap bridge conveyer belt (104) to the main conveyer belt (101);
a leveling reference plate (108) is arranged on one side of the discharge end of the gap bridge conveying belt (104), a leveling push plate is arranged on the other side of the discharge end of the gap bridge conveying belt (104), and the leveling push plate is controlled to be close to or far away from the leveling reference plate (108) through a leveling cylinder (105) so that the rolls can be located in the center of the gap bridge conveying belt (104).

The automatic packaging system for industrial explosive cartridge bags according to claim 3, characterized in that a second material arranging roller (107) is further arranged at the discharge end of the bridge conveyor belt (104), a second material arranging baffle (106) is arranged between the two material arranging rollers at one end of the second material arranging roller (107) close to the bridge conveyor belt (104), and an air cylinder for controlling the vertical displacement of the second material arranging baffle (106) is arranged at the lower end of the second material arranging baffle (106), so that the second material arranging baffle (106) is higher/lower than the second material arranging roller (107).

The automatic packaging system for bagged industrial explosive cartridges, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the counting unit (2) comprises a chain plate (201) connected to the discharge end of the material arranging unit (1), the discharge end of the chain plate (201) is provided with a cartridge conveying belt (206), one end of the chain plate (201) close to the cartridge conveying belt (206) is further provided with a counting support frame (203), the counting support frame (203) is provided with a counting sensor (204) above the chain plate (201) for counting cartridges, the counting support frame (203) is further provided with a cartridge pressing cylinder (205), and the cartridge pressing cylinder (205) is located on one side of the counting sensor (204) close to the cartridge conveying belt (206).

The automatic packaging system for the industrial explosive cartridge bags according to claim 5, characterized in that the counting support frame (203) is further connected with a counting mounting plate (207) in a sliding manner, the top of the counting support frame (203) is connected with an adjusting rod (202) in a threaded manner, one end of the adjusting rod (202) is rotatably connected with the counting mounting plate (207), the counting mounting plate (207) is displaced in the vertical direction through the rotation of the adjusting rod (202), and the counting sensor (204) and the pressing cylinder (205) are arranged on the counting mounting plate (207).
7. The industrial explosive cartridge bagging automatic packaging system according to claim 1, wherein the bagging unit (3) comprises:
a bagging mounting rack (301), wherein a feeding conveying assembly is arranged on one side of the bagging mounting rack, one end of the feeding conveying assembly is connected with the discharge end of the counting unit (2), and the other end of the feeding conveying assembly is connected with the feed end of the bagging unit (3);
the hopper lifting device (309) is arranged on the bagging mounting rack (301), and a hopper arranged on the hopper lifting device (309) is used for receiving the cartridges conveyed by the feeding conveying assembly and controlling the vertical displacement of the hopper;
the moving hopper is controlled to move through a moving hopper cylinder (311) arranged on the bagging mounting frame (301), and the cartridges in the feeding hopper of the hopper lifting device (309) are pushed into the moving hopper through a material pushing cylinder (310);
the movable hopper clamping device (317) is arranged on the bagging mounting rack (301) and is used for clamping the cartridges in the movable hopper;
the first bag pushing cylinder (304) and the second bag pushing cylinder (305) are arranged on the bagging mounting rack (301) and are used for pushing the cartridges clamped by the movable bucket clamping device (317) into the packaging bag;
the bag opening lower suction cup (314) and the bag opening upper suction cup (315) are matched with each other and are respectively used for clamping two sides of an opening of the packaging bag, and the bag opening upper suction cup (315) controls the bag opening lower suction cup and the bag opening upper suction cup to vertically move through a bag opening lifting motor (316) arranged on the bag filling mounting frame (301) so as to open the opening of the packaging bag;
the first bag opening cylinder (312) and the second bag opening cylinder (313) which are matched with each other are arranged on the bag mounting frame (301) and are used for opening two sides of the opening of the packaging bag;
the packaging bag opening device comprises a turning plate air cylinder (302) and an opening air cylinder (303) which are matched with each other, wherein the turning plate air cylinder (302) is used for pressing the bottom of an opening of a packaging bag, and the opening air cylinder (303) is used for opening the opening of the packaging bag.

The automatic industrial explosive cartridge bagging packaging system according to claim 7, wherein the feeding conveying assembly comprises a cartridge inclined conveying belt (306) and a cartridge flat conveying belt (308) which are arranged in sequence, and a cartridge baffle (307) is arranged between the cartridge inclined conveying belt (306) and the cartridge flat conveying belt (308).
