Fig. 1 schematically shows a flow diagram of a method for attendance analysis in an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a method for attendance analysis is provided, which is applied to an access attendance system, and is described by taking an example that the method is applied to a processor, where the method may include the following steps:
and S102, acquiring the entrance guard attendance record of the user.
And step S104, analyzing the entrance guard attendance records according to the entrance guard attendance records, the preset time node and the number of the entrance guard attendance records to obtain an attendance analysis result of the user.
It can be understood that the access control and attendance system is a system adopting access control as an attendance principle, the access control and attendance system can record the time of a user entering and exiting an office place each time, and the access control and attendance system can be, for example, an attendance machine based on face recognition and the like. The entrance guard attendance record is historical entrance guard attendance data of a user in a past period of time. The preset time node is a time node of a preset shift time period, such as 8 am or 12 pm. The attendance analysis result is a result of analyzing and judging whether the attendance behavior of the user is normal or not according to the entrance guard attendance data of the user, such as normal attendance card or abnormal attendance card.
Specifically, the processor may obtain an entrance guard attendance record of the user, and further may analyze the entrance guard attendance record according to the entrance guard attendance record, the preset time node, and the number of the entrance guard attendance records to obtain an attendance analysis result of the user, for example, when the preset time node is 8 am, if the number of the entrance guard attendance records of the user before 8 am is three, it is described that three entrance guard attendance records of the user before 8 am are provided, which correspond to one entry and one exit, respectively, at this time, it may be determined that the attendance analysis result of the user is normal for an office card, and it may be determined that the office card time point of the user is a time point corresponding to an entrance guard attendance record closest to 8 am among the three entrance guard attendance records, that is, the last time when the user enters an office place is effective office time. For another example, when the preset time node is 8 am, if the user has one entrance guard attendance record before 8 am and one entrance guard attendance record after 8 am, which correspond to one entrance and one exit, it may be stated that the user has an early exit behavior in the morning, that is, the attendance analysis result of the user is early exit in the morning.
According to the method for attendance analysis, the entrance guard attendance system is adopted to record the attendance condition of the user, the phenomenon that the user forgets to take an industrial card or replaces card punching can be avoided, the truth degree of attendance data is improved, the entrance guard attendance record of the user is obtained, the entrance guard attendance record is analyzed according to the entrance guard attendance record, the preset time node and the number of the entrance guard attendance records, the attendance analysis result of the user is obtained, the number of times and the time of the user entering and exiting an office place are hooked with the attendance data, the defect that an application scene is not fine enough in the prior art is overcome, the attendance behavior of the user can be accurately analyzed, and the accuracy and the fineness of the attendance data analysis result are improved.
In one embodiment, the preset time nodes include a first preset time node, wherein the first preset time node is a first shift time node; according to entrance guard's attendance record, predetermine time node and entrance guard's attendance record's quantity and carry out the analysis to entrance guard's attendance record to obtain user's attendance analysis result, include: judging whether an entrance guard attendance record exists in a first preset time period before a first preset time node; determining a first number of entrance guard attendance records within a first preset time period under the condition that the entrance guard attendance records exist within the first preset time period; judging whether the first number is an odd number; and under the condition that the first number is determined to be odd, determining that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the first shift of the user is normal.
It will be appreciated that the first shift may be the first shift that the user is working on a day, for example a morning shift, which may correspond to a time period from 8 am to 12 am. The first predetermined time node is a first shift of the office time node, such as 8 am. The first preset time period is a preset time period, for example, 2 hours or 3 hours. The first number is the number of entrance guard attendance records in a first preset time period before a first preset time node.
Specifically, the processor may determine whether an access record exists in a first preset time period (e.g., 3 hours) before a first preset time node (e.g., 8 am), e.g., determine whether an access record exists from 5 am to 8 am, when it is determined that an access record exists in the time period (e.g., from 5 am to 8 am), determine a first number of the access records in the time period (e.g., from 5 am to 8 am), determine whether the first number is an odd number, if it is determined that the first number is an odd number, determine that an access analysis result corresponding to the user in the first shift (e.g., the last shift) is normal for the access card, take the first number as an example, when the corresponding actual application scenario is that the user has an access point condition of entering one time before the first preset time node, because the access record of the last access point is before the first preset time node, the access point of the access card may be taken in the office at the last time of the access record corresponding to the access point. Understandably, the method and the device improve the accuracy of the attendance analysis result and realize the fine management of the attendance data.
In one embodiment, the preset time nodes further include a second preset time node, wherein the second preset time node is a next time node of the first shift; the method for attendance analysis further comprises: under the condition that it is determined that no entrance guard attendance records exist in the first preset time period or the first number is not an odd number, judging whether entrance guard attendance records exist between the first preset time node and the second preset time node or not; and under the condition that the entrance guard attendance record exists between the first preset time node and the second preset time node, determining that an attendance analysis result corresponding to the first shift of the user is an abnormality of the on-duty card, wherein the abnormality of the on-duty card comprises late arrival.
It is understood that the second predetermined time node is the next hour node of the first shift, and when the first shift is from 8 am to 12 pm, the second predetermined time node may be 12 pm.
Specifically, when it is determined that no access record exists within a first preset time period (e.g., 3 hours) before a first preset time node (e.g., 8 am), the processor may indicate that the user did not punch a card before 8 am, or when it is determined that a first number of access records within the first preset time period is not an odd number, e.g., the first number is 0 or an even number, may indicate that an access record of the user before 8 am is an entry-exit record, may determine whether an access record exists between the first preset time node (e.g., 8 am) and a second preset time node (e.g., 12 am), and when an access record exists between the first preset time node and the second preset time node, may determine that an access analysis result corresponding to the user at the first time is an exception of the access card, i.e., the first time is late to the office.
In one embodiment, the preset time nodes further include a third preset time node, wherein the third preset time node is a next-shift time node of a second shift, and the second shift is located after the first shift; the method further comprises the following steps: determining a second number of access control attendance records between the second preset time node and a third preset time node under the condition that it is determined that no access control attendance record exists between the first preset time node and the second preset time node; judging whether the second number is an odd number; and under the condition that the second number is determined to be an odd number, determining that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the first shift of the user is no work card record.
It will be appreciated that the second shift may be a second shift of the user from work during the day, which is located after the first shift, e.g. when the first shift is a shift of the morning, the second shift may be a shift of the afternoon, and the corresponding time period for the second shift may be from 2 pm to 5 pm. The third predetermined time node is the next hour node of the second shift, for example, 5 pm. The second number is the number of the access control and attendance records between the second preset time node and the third preset time node.
Specifically, in the case that it is determined that no access attendance record exists within the first preset time period or the first number is not an odd number, the processor further determines that no access attendance record exists between the first preset time node (for example, 8 am) and the second preset time node (for example, 12 pm), at this time, it may determine that the second number of access attendance records exists between the second preset time node (for example, 12 pm) and the third preset time node (for example, 5 pm), and determines whether the second number is an odd number, and in the case that it is determined that the second number is an odd number, it is determined that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the first shift is no work card record, for example, the second number is 3, it indicates that the access record of the user from 12 pm to 5 pm is one in one out, where it is determined that the access record of the user is the first shift no work card record because the processor analyzes that the access record of the first shift is a normal access card, that the access record exists after the third preset time node, and thus it may determine that the access record of the access record is the first shift no work record corresponding to the access card, that the access record is the first shift no work record.
In one embodiment, the method for attendance analysis further comprises: and under the condition that the second number is not odd, determining that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the first shift of the user is the missed attendance card.
Specifically, if the second number is not an odd number, for example, 2, in a case that the default second off-duty card is normal, it indicates that the user has entered and exited from 12 pm to 5 pm as one-out-one-in, so that it can be determined that the user misses the first off-duty card, that is, it is determined that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the first off-duty card is the missed off-duty card. Further, if the attendance analysis result is that the attendance card is missed, the attendance card time point of the first shift may be defaulted as the first preset time node, and the actual attendance card time point of the first shift may also be confirmed to the user.
In one embodiment, the method for attendance analysis further comprises: determining the time point of a working card corresponding to the first shift of the user; judging whether an entrance guard attendance record exists between the time point of the office card and a second preset time node; determining a third number of access control attendance records between the time point of the office card and a second preset time node under the condition that the access control attendance records exist between the time point of the office card and the second preset time node; under the condition that the third number is determined to be an odd number, determining that an attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the first shift is abnormal, wherein the abnormal attendance comprises early retreat; and under the condition that no entrance guard attendance record exists between the time point of the on-duty card and the second preset time node or the third number is not an odd number, determining that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the first shift of the user is normal.
It can be understood that the third number is the number of entrance guard attendance records between the time point of the office card and the second preset time node.
Specifically, if there is an attendance analysis result regarding the first shift of the work cards, for example, the first shift of the work cards is normal or the first shift of the work cards is abnormal, the attendance analysis of the first shift of the work cards may be performed, otherwise, the attendance analysis of the first shift of the work cards is not required. The processor may determine an attendance analysis result of the first shift attendance card according to an attendance analysis result of the first shift attendance card, determine whether an access record exists between the first shift attendance card time point and a second preset time node (e.g., 12 pm), determine a third number of the access records between the first shift attendance card time point and the second preset time node if it is determined that the access record exists, and determine that an attendance analysis result corresponding to the first shift by the user is an exception for the next shift card if the third number is an odd number, e.g., 1 time, i.e., the first shift is exited early. If it is determined that no entrance guard attendance record exists between the time point of the attendance card and a second preset time node (for example, 12 pm) or the third number is not an odd number, it may be determined that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the first shift is normal, that is, the attendance of the first shift is normal.
In one embodiment, the preset time nodes further include a fourth preset time node, wherein the fourth preset time node is a second working time node; the method for attendance analysis further comprises: determining a fourth number of entrance guard attendance records between the second preset time node and a fourth preset time node under the condition that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the first shift of the user is determined to be that the work card is normal or the work card is abnormal; judging whether the fourth quantity is an odd number; and under the condition that the fourth quantity is not odd, determining that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second class is normal.
It is understood that the fourth preset time node is the office time node of the second shift, for example, the fourth preset time node may be 2 pm when the second shift is from 2 pm to 5 pm. The fourth quantity is the quantity of the entrance guard attendance records between the second preset time node and the fourth preset time node.
Specifically, when the processor determines that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the first shift of the user is normal to the work card or abnormal to the work card, that is, when the user normally operates the work card in the first shift or the first shift of the user is late, the processor may determine a fourth number of the access control attendance records between a second preset time node (for example, 12 pm) and a fourth preset time node (for example, 2 pm), and determine whether the fourth number is an odd number, and if the fourth number is not an odd number, for example, 2 times, the corresponding access scene may be one out, which indicates that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second shift of the user is normal to the work card, that is, the user normally operates the work card in the second shift of the user.
In one embodiment, the method for attendance analysis may further comprise: under the condition that the fourth number is determined to be an odd number, judging whether an entrance guard attendance record exists between a fourth preset time node and a third preset time node; and under the condition that the entrance guard attendance record exists between the fourth preset time node and the third preset time node, determining that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second class is abnormal.
Specifically, if the fourth number is odd, for example, 1 time, the corresponding access scene is one time, the processor may further determine whether an access record exists between a fourth preset time node (for example, 2 pm) and a third preset time node (for example, 5 pm), and if the access record exists, it may be determined that the access analysis result corresponding to the user in the second shift is an exception of the attendance card, for example, the attendance card arrives late.
In one embodiment, the method for attendance analysis may further comprise: and under the condition that the entrance guard attendance record does not exist between the fourth preset time node and the third preset time node, determining that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second class is the attendance card-free record.
Specifically, if the processor further determines that no access control attendance record exists between the fourth preset time node (e.g., 2 pm) and the third preset time node (e.g., 5 pm), it may be determined that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second shift is no attendance card record.
In one embodiment, the method for attendance analysis may further comprise: judging whether an entrance guard attendance record exists between a second preset time node and a third preset time node or not under the condition that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the first shift of the user is abnormal or no attendance record; and under the condition that the entrance guard attendance record does not exist between the second preset time node and the third preset time node, determining that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second class is the attendance card-free record.
Specifically, when determining that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the first shift is abnormal for an off-duty card or no-attendance card record, wherein the abnormal for the off-duty card is, for example, early-going back, it may be further determined whether an access control attendance record exists between a second preset time node (for example, at 12 pm) and a third preset time node (for example, at 5 pm), and if the access control attendance record does not exist, it may be determined that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second shift is no-attendance card record, that is, no-attendance card record in the second shift.
In one embodiment, the method for attendance analysis may further comprise: under the condition that the entrance guard attendance records exist between the second preset time node and the third preset time node, judging whether the fourth number is an odd number; and under the condition that the fourth quantity is determined to be odd, determining that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second class is normal.
Specifically, if the processor further determines that an access attendance record exists between a second preset time node (for example, at 12 pm) and a third preset time node (for example, at 5 pm), it is determined whether a fourth number of the access attendance records between the second preset time node (for example, at 12 pm) and a fourth preset time node (for example, at 2 pm) is an odd number, and if the fourth number is an odd number, for example, 1 time, a corresponding access scene may be one-in, and at this time, it may be determined that an attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second shift is that the office card is normal.
In one embodiment, the method for attendance analysis may further comprise: under the condition that the fourth number is not determined to be an odd number, judging whether an entrance guard attendance record exists between a fourth preset time node and a third preset time node; under the condition that an entrance guard attendance record exists between the fourth preset time node and the third preset time node, determining that an attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second class is abnormal; and under the condition that the entrance guard attendance record does not exist between the fourth preset time node and the third preset time node, determining that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second class is the attendance card-free record.
Specifically, if the processor determines that the fourth number is not odd, for example, 2 times, and the corresponding access scene may be one access and one access, it may be further determined whether an access record exists between a fourth preset time node (for example, 2 pm) and a third preset time node (for example, 5 pm), and if the access record exists, it may be determined that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user on the second shift is an exception of the work card, that is, the work card arrives late; if the access control attendance record does not exist, the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second shift can be determined to be the attendance card-free record.
In one embodiment, the method for attendance analysis may further comprise: determining the time point of the working card corresponding to the user in the second class; determining a fifth number of entrance guard attendance records between the time point of the office card and a third preset time node; judging whether the fifth number is an odd number; and under the condition that the fifth quantity is determined to be an odd number, determining that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second class is abnormal.
It can be understood that the fifth number is the number of entrance guard attendance records between the attendance card time point of the second shift and the third preset time node.
Understandably, if the attendance analysis result about the second class of work cards exists, for example, the second class of work cards is normal or abnormal, the attendance analysis of the second class of work cards can be performed, otherwise, the attendance analysis of the second class of work cards is not required. Specifically, the processor may determine, according to the attendance analysis result of the second class of the attendance card, the attendance card time point corresponding to the user in the second class, for example, take the attendance card time point closest to the fourth preset time node and not reaching the fourth preset time node as an effective attendance card time point, determine a fifth number of the access attendance records between the attendance card time point and the third preset time node (for example, 5 pm), and determine whether the fifth number is an odd number, if it is determined that the fifth number is an odd number, for example, 3 times, at this time, the corresponding access scene may be one in and one out, and may determine that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second class is an exception of the second class of the attendance card, that is, the second class of the attendance card is going back early.
In one embodiment, the method for attendance analysis may further comprise: determining a sixth number of entrance guard attendance records within a second preset time period after a third preset time node under the condition that the fifth number is not an odd number; judging whether the sixth quantity is zero or not; under the condition that the sixth quantity is not zero, determining that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second shift is normal; and under the condition that the sixth quantity is determined to be zero, determining that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second shift is the missed attendance card.
It is understood that the second preset time period is a preset time period, such as 3 hours or 4 hours. The sixth number is the number of entrance guard attendance records in a second preset time period after the third preset time node.
Specifically, if the processor further determines that the fifth number is not an odd number, for example, 2 times, at this time, the corresponding access scene may be one access, and at this time, a sixth number of access attendance records in a second preset time period after a third preset time node (for example, 5 pm) may be determined, for example, the sixth number may be the number of access attendance records from 5 pm to 12 pm, if the sixth number is not zero, it may be determined that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second shift is normal, and if the sixth number is zero, it may be determined that the attendance analysis result corresponding to the user in the second shift is missed attendance.
In one embodiment, the method for attendance analysis may further comprise: and determining the effective working time of the user according to the attendance analysis result.
It can be understood that the effective working time period is the actual working time period of the user at the office location.
Specifically, taking the first shift as an example, when the attendance analysis result of the user in the first shift is that the office card is normal and the off-duty card is normal, the processor may determine the effective working duration of the user in the first shift according to the office card time point corresponding to the office card and the off-duty card time point corresponding to the off-duty card, for example, the difference between the off-duty card time point and the office card time point is made, so as to obtain the effective working duration of the first shift. For example, when the preset time node includes 8 am and 12 am, if the access control attendance record of the user is a punch card record before 8 am and after 12 am, it may be determined that the attendance analysis result of the user is normal for the morning work card and normal for the afternoon work card, so that the effective working time of the user may be determined to be 4 hours according to the attendance analysis result, and if the access control attendance record of the user is a punch card record before 8 am and 10 am, it may be determined that the attendance analysis result of the user is normal for the morning work card and abnormal for the afternoon work card, so that it may be determined that the effective working time of the user is 2 hours.
In the embodiment of the application, the clear and effective attendance card time point and the clear and effective attendance card time point can be determined according to the attendance analysis result, so that the effective working time of a user can be accurately determined, and the intelligent degree and the fine degree of an attendance system are improved.
In one embodiment, determining the effective working time of the user according to the attendance analysis result comprises: determining the time point of an on-duty card corresponding to a preset shift and the time point of an off-duty card corresponding to the preset shift of a user; determining that the entrance guard attendance records corresponding to the preset shift have time approaching and paired entrance guard attendance records except the entrance guard attendance record corresponding to the on-duty card time point and the entrance guard attendance record corresponding to the off-duty card time point; determining the outgoing time length corresponding to the preset shift of the user according to the time points respectively corresponding to the entrance guard attendance records with close time and in pairs; and determining the effective working time corresponding to the preset shift of the user according to the time point of the on-duty card, the time point of the off-duty card and the outgoing time.
It is understood that the preset shift is a preset shift to work, such as a first shift which may be a shift to the morning or a second shift which may be a shift to the afternoon.
Specifically, the processor may determine, according to the method in the foregoing embodiment, an on-duty card time point corresponding to the preset shift and an off-duty card time point corresponding to the preset shift of the user, and if there is a case of missed on-duty card or off-duty card, may obtain a real attendance time from the user, or may select a default on-duty time node or off-duty time node of the preset shift as the on-duty card time point or off-duty card time point of the user in the preset shift. When the user goes out in the working time period, the access control attendance records with approximate time and pairs in the access control attendance records corresponding to the preset shift except the access control attendance record corresponding to the working card time point and the access control attendance record corresponding to the working card time point can be further determined, the outgoing time length corresponding to the preset shift of the user is determined according to the time points respectively corresponding to the access control attendance records with approximate time and pairs, for example, the outgoing time length is obtained by subtracting the time point with the later time from the time point with the earlier time, further, the outgoing time number can be one time or multiple times, and the effective working time length corresponding to the preset shift of the user can be determined according to the working card time point, the working card time point and the outgoing time length. Further, when the preset shift comprises a first shift and a second shift, the processor may determine the effective working time duration corresponding to the first shift and the effective working time duration corresponding to the second shift of the user, and may add the effective working time durations, so that the total effective working time duration of the user in the first shift and the total effective working time duration of the user in the second shift may be obtained, and accurate calculation of the effective working time duration of the user may be achieved.
