Further, the attribute information of the employee may further include payroll criteria. Such as various subsidies.
Further, the attribute information of the employee may further include a period of time that can be allocated. The allocable time interval can be determined according to the post information of the allocated post of the employee, the vacation time interval of the employee and the like.
Further, the attribute information of the employee may also include the employee category. Employee categories may include security, sanitation, chef, and the like.
In specific implementation, the post information of the post and the employee information of the employee can be stored in the database, so that the employee information of the employee and the post information of the post can be directly obtained from the database when performing operations such as scheduling, post allocation, post movement, attendance checking, supervision and the like in the following. In particular, the database may be stored locally at the server. Alternatively, the database may be a peripheral database and communicate with the server.
And step S12, acquiring the post information of all posts in the pre-scheduling time period.
In a specific implementation, after the pre-scheduling period is determined, the post information of all the posts in the pre-scheduling period can be acquired.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the station information may include work schedule information of the station, the number of shifts, the duty time period of each shift, and the like. All the posts and the post information of each post in the pre-scheduling time period can be determined according to the post information of the posts.
For example, the post information of the gate post includes the following: the duty-on period of the first stationing point, weekend double break, and white shift is 6: 00-15: 00, the duty time period of the night shift is 15: 00 to 24: 00, 3 security guards are needed for the white class and 3 security guards are needed for the late class.
For another example, the position information of the chef post includes the following contents: second stationing point, weekend double-break, duty time period of shift is 5: 00-14: 00, 10 chefs required.
For another example, the station information of the cleaning station a includes the following contents: the first stationing point, do five holidays, every tuesday and wednesday are holidays, and the duty time period is 7: 00-16: 00, 6 cleaning staff are needed.
For another example, the station information of the cleaning station B includes the following contents: first stationing point, weekend double break, duty cycle is 7: 00-16: 00, 6 cleaning staff are needed.
The scheduling time period is from 8 months 25 days to 8 months 29 days in 2019, and the post in 8 months and 25 days in 2019 is determined to be a gate post, a chef post, a cleaning post A and a cleaning post B according to the post information of each post; the post of 26 months in 2019 is a gate post, a chef post and a cleaning post B; the post of 27 days 8 months in 2019 is a gate post, a chef post and a cleaning post B; the post of 28 days 8 months in 2019 is a gate post, a chef post, a cleaning post A and a cleaning post B; the post of 29 months in 2019 is a gate post, a chef post, a cleaning post A and a cleaning post B.
Step S13, according to the post information of all posts in the appointed time period and the post information of all posts in the pre-scheduling time period, judging whether the posts in the pre-scheduling time period are the same as the posts in the appointed time period.
In a specific implementation, whether the post in the pre-scheduling time period is the same as the post in the designated time period may be determined by determining whether the post information of each post in the pre-scheduling time period is the same as the post information of each post in the designated time period. And when the post information of each post in the pre-scheduling time period is the same as the post information of each post in the specified time period, judging that the post in the pre-scheduling time period is the same as the post in the specified time period, otherwise, judging that the post is not the same.
For example, when the number of people required in the post information of the post in the pre-scheduling period is different from the number of people required for the same post in the designated period, it is determined that the post in the pre-scheduling period is different from the post in the designated period.
For another example, when the shift in the shift information of the shift in the pre-scheduling time period is different from the shift of the same shift in the designated time period, it is determined that the shift in the pre-scheduling time period is different from the shift in the designated time period.
It can be understood that when other contents in the post information of the post in the pre-scheduling time period are different from the post information of the post in the specified time period, the post in the pre-scheduling time period is judged to be different from the post in the specified time period. The specific comparison object in the post information can be set according to the requirements of the actual application scene, and when the content of the compared post information is more, the corresponding comparison accuracy is higher.
And step S14, when all the posts in the pre-scheduling time period are the same as all the posts in the appointed time period, taking the employee information of the employee scheduled at each post in the appointed time period as the employee information of the employee scheduled at the same post in the pre-scheduling time period.
In a specific implementation, if all the posts in the pre-scheduling time period are the same as all the posts in the designated time period, the employee information of the employees scheduled by all the posts in the designated time period can be used as the employee information of the employees scheduled by all the posts in the pre-scheduling time period.
For example, all posts in the designated time period of 2019, 8 month and 22 days are the gate post, the chef post, the cleaning post A and the cleaning post B. And the pre-scheduling time period is that all the posts in 8 and 25 months in 2019 are gate posts, chefs, cleaning posts A and cleaning posts B, all the posts in 8 and 25 months in 2019 are the same as all the posts in 8 and 22 months in 2019, the employee information of the employees scheduled by all the posts in 8 and 22 months in 2019 is used as the employee information of the employees scheduled by all the posts in 8 and 25 months in 2019, namely, the scheduling of the posts in 8 and 22 months in 2019 is continued.
And step S15, generating scheduling information in the pre-scheduling time period according to the staff information of the staff scheduled at each post and the post information of all the posts in the pre-scheduling time period.
In a specific implementation, after the staff information of the staff scheduled at each post in the pre-scheduling time period is obtained, the scheduling information in the pre-scheduling time period can be generated according to the staff information of the staff scheduled at each post in the pre-scheduling time period and the post information of all the posts.
The generated scheduling information in the pre-scheduling time period may include the post information of all the posts in the pre-scheduling time period, the employee information of the employees scheduled by each post, and the like.
In a specific implementation, the scheduling information in the pre-scheduling period can be displayed in various ways, and the staff scheduled at each post can be displayed in a daily unit. And each employee can also be taken as a unit, and the post arranged every day of each employee is displayed. It can be understood that other modes can be adopted for displaying, a display mode option can be set on the user operation interface, and the display effect of the scheduling information is selected by selecting the corresponding display mode. For example, the staff arranged on each post is shown in the unit of post, so that the user can visually see the scheduling situation of each post and find the non-scheduled post. For another example, the shift arrangement condition is displayed by taking each employee as a unit, so that the shift arrangement condition of each employee can be conveniently and visually checked.
For example, the generated scheduling information records the following: in the 2020, 5 and 7 days, employees are arranged as Zhang three, Li four and Wang five in the daytime shift of the post A; the employees in the night shift of the post A are arranged as Wu, Ji and Heg; and the arrangement employees of the post B are A, B, C and D. In 2020, 5 and 8 days, employees in post A are arranged to be Zhang three, Li four and Wang five. The employees in the night shift of the post A are arranged as Wu, Ji and Heg; and the arrangement employees of the post B are A, B, C and D.
It can be known from the above that, after receiving a scheduling instruction, acquiring designated scheduling information and a pre-scheduling time period within a designated time period, determining that the post information of all the posts within the designated time period is the same as the post information of all the posts within the pre-scheduling time period, and determining that the employee information of the employee scheduled by each post within the designated time period is the same as the employee information of the employee scheduled by the same post within the pre-scheduling time period, and generating the scheduling information within the pre-scheduling time period according to the employee information of the employee scheduled by each post within the pre-scheduling time period and the post information of all the posts, so as to automatically schedule each post within the pre-scheduling time period according to the designated scheduling information within the designated time period, compared with the prior art in which manual scheduling is adopted for each post one by one, the scheduling efficiency can be effectively improved.
Especially under the same scene of multi-day scheduling, the previous scheduling information in the designated time period can be used as the scheduling information of one or more days in the future, and the scheduling arrangement of the posts one by one day is not needed, so that the scheduling efficiency is improved.
In particular implementations, the needs of an enterprise may change, for example, shift of a post, number of required employees, stationing, or work schedule may change, subject to various factors. For another example, a certain post is a periodic requirement, and the post is only set in a specific time period, such as a security-related post on an exhibition, which is only set in the period of the exhibition, and after the exhibition is finished, there is no security requirement any more or the number of required security personnel is reduced.
When the enterprise needs change, the post information of the post changes correspondingly. In some embodiments of the present invention, when all the posts in the pre-scheduling time period are not identical to all the posts in the specified time period, employee information of employees respectively arranged on the posts in the pre-scheduling time period which are identical to the posts in the specified time period is obtained, the obtained employee information of the employees respectively arranged on the posts in the pre-scheduling time period which are identical to the posts in the specified time period is obtained, that is, for the posts in the pre-scheduling time period which are identical to the posts in the specified time period, the scheduling information in the specified time period can be used as scheduling of the pre-scheduling time period, and it is not necessary to schedule each post and each employee one by one.
In a specific implementation, the post in the pre-shift scheduling time period different from the post in the designated time period can be regarded as an idle post. In order to facilitate the user to timely know the post which does not finish scheduling, the idle post prompt can be output.
For the idle post, the user can input the selected staff through the operation interface, acquire the staff information of the staff selected by the user, and establish the corresponding relation between the staff information of the selected staff and the idle post.
For the idle post, the post information of the idle post can be obtained, the staff matched with the post is obtained as a candidate according to the post information of the idle post and the staff information of the staff, and the staff information of the candidate is obtained and pushed.
In a specific implementation, candidate persons adapted to the idle post can be judged according to the attribute information of the staff and the attribute information of the idle post. Correspondingly, when the candidate personnel matched with the idle post are judged, each employee of the category corresponding to the idle post can be traversed. For example, if the idle post is a security post, the traversed employee category is all security personnel. In another example, if the empty post is a chef post, the traversed employee category is all chef employees of the chef. And if the idle post is a cleaning post, the traversed employee category is all cleaning workers. And calculating the matching degree of the attribute information of the traversed staff and the attribute information of each idle post, and taking the staff with the highest matching degree of the attribute information of the traversed staff and the attribute information of each idle post as a candidate.
For example, the candidate persons are determined according to the attribute information of the idle sentry, which needs the security personnel with the academic history above high school and the on-duty certificate of the security personnel, and the social security is paid for the security personnel. When the security personnel adapted to the idle post are judged, the security personnel with the academic history of high school or above, the security personnel who have the security personnel on post certificate and require to pay social security can be selected as candidate personnel from the employee information of the plurality of security personnel. Further, if the unallocated time interval of the candidate person is matched with the duty-on time interval required by the position of the idle post, determining that the candidate person is matched with the idle post. If a plurality of candidate persons exist, the candidate person with the unallocated time interval which is most consistent with the duty-on time interval required by the post or the candidate person with the best attribute information can be selected as the candidate person to be finally recommended. It will be appreciated that multiple candidates may also be recommended for the user to decide on.
In a specific implementation, the candidate person finally determined to be adapted to the idle post may be a recommended candidate person, or an employee selected and input by the user according to a requirement.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to improve the scheduling flexibility, a user can adjust the staff scheduled by each post according to actual requirements, and when the staff scheduled by each post in the pre-scheduling time period is detected to be adjusted, the adjusted staff information of the staff scheduled by each post is used as the staff information of the staff scheduled by each post in the pre-scheduling time period, so that the scheduling requirement among the staff, the requirement of an enterprise and the like can be met.
In practical applications, situations such as employee leave, rest, post movement, and leave inevitably exist, and in order to improve reasonability and correctness of scheduling, in the embodiment of the present invention, in step S14, before employee information of an employee scheduled at each post in a specified time period is used as employee information of an employee scheduled at the same post in the pre-scheduling time period, the abnormal movement information of the employee scheduled at each post in the pre-scheduling time period may be obtained. Wherein, the transaction information may include: vacation information, leave information, rest information, post information, leave information, and the like. And judging whether the staff scheduled on each post is scheduled to have abnormal movement in the pre-scheduling time period or not according to the acquired abnormal movement information of the staff scheduled on each post in the pre-scheduling time period.
