A big data supervision service system for human resource integrated management is characterized by comprising a three-level management subsystem and a database, wherein the three-level management subsystem is respectively a primary management subsystem, a middle-level management subsystem and a high-level management subsystem, and the primary management subsystem, the middle-level management subsystem and the high-level management subsystem are all connected with the database; the three-level management subsystem endows different management authorities according to the management level;
the primary management subsystem comprises an enterprise user registration login module, an enterprise basic information management module, an organization architecture management module, an on-duty management module, an off-duty management module and an enterprise data statistics module; the enterprise user registration login module is used for registering an account and logging in a system by an enterprise, the enterprise basic information management module is used for checking and modifying enterprise information, the organization architecture management module is used for adding an organization architecture diagram, the on-duty management module is used for newly adding, modifying and deleting information of on-duty personnel, the off-duty management module is used for newly adding, modifying and deleting information of off-duty personnel, and the enterprise data statistics module is used for counting data of the enterprise and displaying the data in percentage form through searching;
the middle-level management subsystem comprises a middle-level login module, a middle-level desktop, an enterprise information auditing management module, a middle-level labor personnel information management module and a middle-level statistics module; the system comprises a middle-level login module, an enterprise information auditing management module, a middle-level labor personnel information management module and a middle-level statistics module, wherein the middle-level login module is used for a district administrator to log in a district administrator account, the middle-level desktop is used for displaying data of the district in the system, the enterprise information auditing management module is used for inquiring, auditing and exporting registered enterprise information of the district, the middle-level labor personnel information management module is used for inquiring and exporting labor personnel information of the district, and the middle-level statistics module is used for counting data of the district and displaying the data in percentage form through searching;
the high-level management subsystem comprises a high-level login module, a high-level desktop, an enterprise information management module, a high-level labor personnel information management module, a high-level data statistics module and a system management module; the system comprises a high-level login module, an enterprise information management module, a high-level labor personnel information management module, a high-level statistics module and a system management module, wherein the high-level login module is used for a high-level administrator to log in a high-level administrator account, the high-level desktop is used for displaying data of all counties in the system, the enterprise information management module is used for inquiring and exporting registered enterprise information of all counties, the high-level labor personnel information management module is used for inquiring and exporting labor personnel information of all counties, the high-level statistics module is used for counting the data of all counties and displaying the data in percentage form through searching, and the system management module is used;
enterprise information registered or modified by the enterprise in the primary management subsystem, an added organization structure diagram, newly added, modified and deleted information of staff at work or off-the-job personnel are stored in a database, after the enterprise adds the information of the off-the-job personnel, the database marks the position of the enterprise as a vacancy after storing the information of the off-the-job personnel, meanwhile, the staff which is the same as the position of the enterprise in the database and has no work records in the enterprise are searched, and the staff are pushed to the enterprise in a list form;
the middle-level management subsystem extracts enterprise information and information of workers on or off the county every day from the database, distinguishes the enterprise information and the information of the workers on the county every day, displays the enterprise information and the information on the workers on a middle-level desktop in a list form, and stores the enterprise information and the information on the workers on the database; the middle-level statistics module counts enterprise information newly added or cancelled in the month, the quarter and the year and information of staff at work or out of work in the year once in each month, quarter and year in the county, displays the enterprise information and the information on the staff at work or out of work in the county on a middle-level desktop in a list mode, and stores the enterprise information and the staff at work in a database; highlighting the data in the month with the least newly added data every year, and highlighting the cancelled enterprises;
the advanced management subsystem extracts new enterprise information, on-duty personnel information or off-duty personnel information lists of each district every day, every month, every quarter and every year from the database, the advanced statistical module counts the new enterprise information, on-duty personnel information or off-duty personnel information of each district and county at the same time, counts the number of the new enterprise information and the on-duty personnel information and displays the data information in a high-level desktop in a list mode, wherein the district and county with the least new data added in each year is highlighted, and the district and county with the most enterprise cancelled in each year is highlighted.

The human resources integrated management big data supervision service system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said enterprise user registration login module comprises an automatic identification unit, the said automatic identification unit automatically identifies enterprise name, unified social credit code, registration address, legal person after the enterprise uploads business license picture.

The human resource integrated management big data supervision service system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the enterprise basic information management module comprises an item processing unit and an item reminding unit, wherein the item processing unit records background operations of enterprise users, and the item reminding unit prompts important information of the enterprise users.

The human resource integrated management big data supervision service system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organization framework management module comprises an organization framework template, and the organization framework template is downloaded by an enterprise user and filled in to automatically generate the organization framework map.

The human resources integrated management big data supervision service system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the on-duty management module comprises an on-duty personnel information template for enterprise users to download the on-duty personnel information template to fill in and import the primary management subsystem;
the job leaving management module comprises a job leaving personnel information template and is used for downloading the job leaving personnel information template by enterprise users, filling and importing the information template into the primary management subsystem.

the information of the staff at work comprises one or more of name, identity card, academic calendar, gender, time of employment, political appearance, ethnicity and family property;
the information of the staff leaving the office comprises one or more of name, identity card, academic calendar, gender, time of job entry, time of job leaving, political appearance, ethnicity and family property.

The human resources integrated management big data supervision service system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the registered enterprise information includes one or more of enterprise name, enterprise type, industry category, audit status, establishment time, unified social credit code, registered address, legal representative.

The human resources integrated management big data supervision service system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the worker information includes one or more of name, identification card, academic calendar, gender, occupation status, affiliated enterprise, the enterprise region, time of employment, historical affiliated enterprise region, time of employment of historical affiliated enterprise, time of departure of historical affiliated enterprise, political face, ethnicity, family nature.

The human resource integrated management big data supervision service system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the district and county data includes total number of enterprises, total number of workers, number of staff who leave the office on yesterday, number of staff who newly add on yesterday, the middle desktop displays line graphs of the number of staff who leave the office and the number of staff who enter the office on the district and the middle desktop displays line graphs of the number of staff who leave the office and the number of staff who enter the office on the district selected on day, week and month.
