In one embodiment, specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the entrepreneurial key index sub-module may further include a policy mode unit, an order conversion unit, a store information display unit, an input-output ratio unit, and a user public praise information unit; the insurance policy mode unit is used for displaying the total amount of the associated demand packages, the actual completion total amount and the insurance policy progress according to preset screening conditions, wherein the preset screening conditions can include but are not limited to decoration types and project types; the order conversion unit is used for displaying the related dispatching item number, quantity house item number, signing item, transaction item, quantity house rate, quantity house signing rate, hosting rate, signing total and transaction total according to preset screening conditions, wherein the preset screening conditions can include but are not limited to time type, dispatching mode, owner type and date; the shop information display unit is used for displaying the number of the associated exposure people, the number of visitors of the online shop, the number of the reservation and the number of information consultation according to preset screening conditions, wherein the preset screening conditions can include, but are not limited to, dates; the input-output ratio unit is used for displaying associated discount back-round bill fees, manual service fees, guaranteed base output value compensation manual service fees, gold medal allocation, guaranteed bill fees, platform management fee allocation and training fees according to preset screening conditions, wherein the preset screening conditions can include but are not limited to dates; the user public praise information unit is used for displaying the associated complaint grade, newly-added complaint items, complaint unprocessed items, complaint processed unprocessed items, evaluation conditions (good evaluation, medium evaluation or poor evaluation), good evaluation rate, quality inspection yield, acceptance pass rate and construction site image qualification rate according to preset screening conditions, wherein the preset screening conditions can include, but are not limited to, dates. In one embodiment, specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the management system may further include a basic data page, where the basic data page may be used to show brief information of the assembling company, where the brief information may be understood as information with high frequency of use and real-time requirement in daily office, and is obtained by screening general data of the assembling company, and specifically, the basic data page may include a data module, a business data synchronization module, a real-time synchronization module, and the like; the data module comprises a binding list conversion-tracking report form, an order conversion-statistical report form, a policy keeping progress statistical report form, registered members, an input-output ratio, a user public praise and the like; the business data synchronization module comprises financial data, guest situation data and the like; the real-time synchronization module is used for updating priority handling items in real time according to preset time, and the priority handling items can include but are not limited to a bill receiving suspension loading enterprise number, a platform service fee pending loading enterprise, a loading enterprise with incomplete content and an advertisement insufficient balance loading enterprise. In the embodiment, the basic data page is set, so that the screened brief information can be displayed on the management system, the manager can accurately acquire the information of the common enterprises through the basic data page, and the working efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the workbench page may further include a task to be handled reminding module; the task-to-do reminding module is used for creating task-to-do items and setting a timing reminder for the created task-to-do items, so that associated managers (including managers creating task-to-do) can be reminded according to a preset time period of the timing reminder. For example, in an application scenario, when the quantity-to-room rate of an enterprise company in the management system is lower than a preset threshold, for example, lower than 20%, the manager may create a task to be handled, and set a timed reminder for the task to be handled, where the timed reminder may be triggered immediately or triggered after 2H.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a computer device 6, which includes a memory 62, a processor 61, and a computer program 63 stored in the memory 62 and capable of running on the processor 61, where when the processor 61 executes the computer program 63, the functions of the modules in the management system in the foregoing embodiments are implemented, and are not described herein again to avoid repetition.
In an embodiment, a readable storage medium is provided, where the readable storage medium stores a computer program 63, and when the computer program 63 is executed by a processor 61, the computer program 63 implements functions of each module in the management system according to the foregoing embodiment, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not described here again.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, databases, or other media used in embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous link (Synchlink) DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
It will be clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and simplicity of description, the foregoing functional units and modules are merely illustrated as being divided, and in practical applications, the foregoing functional allocation may be performed by different functional modules, sub-modules and units according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the device is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-described functions.

1. A management system for enterprise operation is characterized in that the management system comprises a workbench page and an enterprise center page;
the workbench page comprises an assembly enterprise overall index module and an assembly enterprise overall condition module, and is used for displaying overall information and overall conditions of all assembly enterprise companies; the enterprise installing center page comprises an enterprise installing list module and an enterprise installing data module, and is used for displaying brief information of each enterprise installing company and detailed information of each enterprise installing company in the list;
the enterprise-assembling general index module is used for displaying general indexes of enterprise-assembling companies;
the assembling enterprise general condition module is used for displaying the general condition of the assembling enterprise company;
the enterprise list loading module is used for displaying brief information of enterprise companies in the list;
the enterprise data module is used for displaying detailed information of a single enterprise company.

the overall index comprises the number of dispatching items, the number of house measuring items, signing items, transaction items, house measuring rate, house measuring signing rate, managing rate, total signing amount and total transaction amount;
the general condition information comprises a combined worksheet-sending enterprise, a resident online shop enterprise and a financial state;
the list information comprises an assembling enterprise name, assembling enterprise identification information, a city area, last follow-up time and a cooperation mode;
the single entrepreneurial information comprises the basic information of the entrepreneurial, the finance of the entrepreneurial, the key indexes of the entrepreneurial and the follow-up records of the entrepreneurial.
3. The management system of claim 2,
the enterprise-assembling general index module is used for displaying the related dispatching item number, house measuring item number, signing item, transaction item, house measuring rate, house measuring signing rate, management rate, signing total amount and transaction total amount according to daily report-weekly report-monthly report, date, cooperation mode, owner type and city;
the assembly enterprise general condition module is used for displaying the associated combined worksheet assembly enterprise, the online shop-resident assembly enterprise and the financial state according to the city;
the enterprise loading list module is used for displaying the associated enterprise loading name, enterprise loading identification information, city area, last follow-up time and cooperation mode according to enterprise loading identification information, city area, cooperation mode and cooperation time;
the loading enterprise data module is used for displaying relevant loading enterprise basic information, loading enterprise finance, loading enterprise key indexes and loading enterprise follow-up records according to the loading enterprise identification information.
4. The management system of claim 3, wherein the assembly enterprise population status module comprises a composite worksheet assembly submodule, an online shop-in assembly submodule, and a financial status submodule;

the follow-up recording submodule comprises a follow-up mode, follow-up time, a follow-up state, a follow-up person, a call record and record characters.

The management system of claim 3, wherein the staging data module further comprises a customer status maintenance submodule, a policy progress submodule, an online store data submodule, and an input-output ratio submodule; the passenger condition maintenance submodule is used for displaying the associated follow-up recording times according to the date;
the policy making progress submodule is used for displaying associated policy making progress data according to time, date, decoration type and project type, wherein the progress data comprises the total amount of a demand policy, the actual completion amount and the policy making progress;

7. The management system of claim 5, wherein the entrepreneurial key indicators submodule further comprises a warranty mode unit, an order conversion unit, a store information presentation unit, an input-output ratio unit and a user public praise information unit;
the insurance policy mode unit is used for displaying the associated total amount of the demand packages, the actual completion total amount and the insurance policy progress according to the decoration type and the project type;
the order conversion unit is used for displaying the related dispatching item number, the quantity house item number, the signing item, the transaction item, the quantity house rate, the quantity house signing rate, the hosting rate, the signing total and the transaction total according to the time type, the dispatching mode, the owner type and the date;
the shop information display unit is used for displaying the number of the associated exposure people, the number of visitors of the online shop pages, the number of reservations and the number of information consultations according to the date;
