If the customer selects to fill in the evaluation requirement, automatically presenting a project selection list (data is from a project library) comprising the word according to the filled-in word; after the item is selected and evaluated, the item is evaluated according to the member data after the evaluation is clicked.
The member evaluation result module is provided with a full project evaluation interface, a single project evaluation interface and an evaluation interface button;
the whole project evaluation interface is used for displaying the result of whole project evaluation, and can be displayed in a directory tree mode in a layer-by-layer expansion mode (the matching degree is displayed from high to low), and a plurality of projects under the same project are arranged under the project in parallel; and clicking a matching detail interface, and popping up a comparison interface (matching information extracts fields from the project library, matching display is satisfied, unmatched display is to be completed, and the unmatched display is highlighted).
For a single project evaluation interface, only one display record directory tree is displayed, and the other interfaces are the same as the multi (full) project evaluation interfaces.
After the evaluation interface button is clicked, online ordering can be realized, and corresponding customer services are divided according to the consultation service; the information of the item is automatically transmitted to the customer service to know the consultation service in advance, and the customer interface displays prompt information, such as 'please later, the customer service and you confirm within 5 minutes'.
The recording module automatically stores the evaluation result every time to form a record, the evaluation record of the user side can be deleted, and the back-end management side can check all the evaluation records of the client (step client deletion influence). Recording at least two topics to be displayed, such as evaluation time (year, month, day, hour, minute and second) and evaluation content; and recording the enterprise information data and the evaluation result data at the time.

Before testing, the tourist evaluation module needs to confirm the confidential declaration, the confidential document and the information prompt; the content of the information prompt can be 'system solution 80%, manual solution 20%, complete information filling, accurate evaluation result'.
The tourist evaluation result module is approximately the same as the member evaluation result module, and at most three results are displayed to prompt more information to register the member.
During evaluation, the project is filtered according to the configuration of the key focus items; the user who does not log in carries out evaluation and only displays the first three evaluation results with the highest ranking; and the login user displays all project results after filtering the paper.
The method comprises the following steps that a user who does not log in carries out company evaluation, firstly, a complete company name is input, then a system judges whether the company name is correct or not, and evaluation can be carried out only after the company name is correct; the logged-on user can only evaluate the logged-on company.
The user side evaluation result can be exported as word, the background administrator can export the user evaluation result, and the background client information can be exported completely.
The background is provided with a limiting function, and the number of scores can be controlled by an administrator, and the foreground evaluation result is displayed. If the setting is 50 points, the evaluation result of 50 points or more can be displayed on an evaluation result interface, and the others are not displayed.
The client (user) evaluates the function authorization, the client can register and can maintain information, but the user is authorized by an administrator and the mobile phone number under the enterprise name is authorized by the administrator by using the evaluation function. And the same mobile phone number and different enterprises are authorized independently.
Fields in the front-end (user-side) "information maintenance" interface, allow for dynamic additions in the background to augment data. The added data is displayed in the corresponding fields of the front-end 'information maintenance' interface and the back-end 'project evaluation'.
In short, the system evaluation is divided into two types, namely registered user evaluation and non-registered user evaluation. Evaluations are classified as "enterprise evaluations" and "project evaluations". The classification under the two evaluation modes is 'scientific and technological subsidy project' and 'qualification certification project', and the scientific and technological subsidy project and the qualification certification project can be selected firstly or selected completely before clicking evaluation. And (4) arranging the evaluation results from top to bottom in a directory tree form according to the score weights, clicking the matching detail interface, and popping up an interface meeting and not meeting the condition comparison. Unsatisfied conditions are marked by key symbols, and a customer service contact button is left at a striking and smooth position, so that a user can immediately contact customer service negotiation cooperative matters (the user can be prompted to click by words of enticement such as free consultation when contacting the customer service). After the evaluation result is generated, the system automatically records the result data (year/month/day/hour/minute; current evaluation enterprise information, current evaluation enterprise result, current evaluation content and the like) to form a history record to be displayed to the user, additionally declares that the system solves 80%, the manual solution is 20%, the information is more complete, the result is more accurate, and the user can select to delete the history record by himself without influencing the background record. The evaluation of the unregistered user is consistent with the evaluation of the registered user, but the result is only displayed by 3; and if more mobile phone number registration popup boxes are obtained by clicking, popping up mobile phone number registration popup boxes in a popup box form on the page, closing the popup windows after the registration is successful, and displaying all evaluation results. The evaluation template is a dynamic adjustment template, the default field is three types (number, option and character type) which can be selected, the score is set by the background, and the setting mode is to input a calculation formula. The evaluation items are manually set by the background, the evaluation conditions can be hidden according to different items, and the score is not calculated by the hidden conditions.

The project evaluation system also comprises a consultation unit, wherein the consultation unit comprises telephone communication and online communication; and (4) displaying the whole page of 400 telephones for telephone communication (the mobile phone numbers of the consulted transfer workers in non-working time), and displaying the whole page of online communication. In a word, the whole station displays the online customer service module in a whole page, and the online customer service module is divided into a webpage display module and a customer service receiving module. The customer service receiving module displays the reminder in a desktop software form. And on the non-evaluation result page, the user clicks the consultation, automatically distributes the customer service welcome words and the manual customer service evenly distributes the customer consultation in sequence, and prompts to make a 400-call in the non-working time. The online customer service working end displays whether the tourist is a registered member, the registered member displays the company, the telephone and the project of the member, and an enterprise information display window is provided so that the customer service can know the enterprise condition conveniently. The system needs to record historical chat information, both users and customer service staff can check the information, the customer service staff has no right to delete the chat records, and the super manager can delete the chat records. The chat input box supports common emoticons, and text.
In addition to the above setting, the present embodiment also sets the station information: and system information and project information are pushed, a user can check the information, and a background can edit the information. The pushed project information needs to be classified (province, city and district) according to the region to which the project information belongs during registration, when the background compiles the message, the message receiving range can be selected, such as the project information of enterprises in Wuhou district, only the enterprise notification pushed to the Wuhou district, the enterprises in high and new districts can not receive the message, the message pushed to metropolis can be received, the enterprises in Wuhou district, high and new district can receive the message, and the enterprises in Deyang outside the metropolis can not receive the message.
In this embodiment, the background is described as follows:

It should be noted that the first to fifth embodiments are all embodiments related to a project evaluation system, and therefore, the content of this embodiment can also be matched with the content of the first to fifth project evaluation systems.
Since the method described in this embodiment is a method used for implementing a project evaluation system in the embodiment of the present invention, a specific implementation manner and various variations of the project evaluation system in this embodiment can be understood by those skilled in the art, and therefore, how to implement the method is not described in detail here. The person skilled in the art can implement the method in the embodiment of the present invention or the method for matching the project evaluation system, which belongs to the protection scope of the present invention.

As will be apparent to one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be methods, systems, or computer program products. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may employ a computer program product embodied on one or more storage media including disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and/or the like, having computer program code embodied therein.
The invention provides a system, a method and a storage medium for project evaluation, a project module and a related method are arranged, a user can extract project conditions or requirements from a database or the storage module, and in addition, the conditions or requirements are compared with enterprise information filled by the user to judge whether the user has related project conditions. The invention solves the problem of difficult management of traditional project declaration, helps enterprises to perform declaration information summarization, project screening, project condition judgment, non-conforming project preparation and the like, and avoids the enterprises from missing good opportunity of project declaration. The invention can greatly shorten the project retrieval time of the user, improve the project declaration efficiency, obviously improve the project matching degree, and really help the user to solve the problems that the information collection is incomplete, the project conditions are difficult to be understood in detail, whether the client meets the project declaration requirements or not, and whether the client needs to perform early preparation on the conditions for the project which is expected to be declared but does not meet the declaration conditions at the present stage in the project declaration process.

Claims (10)

1. The project evaluation system is characterized in that: the system comprises a member management unit, a registration module, a login module and an item module, wherein the member management unit comprises the registration module, the login module and the item module;
the system comprises a registration module, a registration module and a server, wherein the registration module is used for registering enterprise users, and when a user side initiates a registration application to the server, the server responds to the registration application of the user and sends registration information to the user side; the user registration information is well written and submitted to the server, the server judges whether the registration is successful or not, and the server feeds back the information whether the registration is successful or not to the user side;
the login module is used for logging in by enterprise users, and the user side fills in login information to log in; after the login information is correctly filled, clicking a login button or automatically jumping to a system client interface;
and the project module extracts project conditions or requirements from the database or the storage module, and is used for inquiring by the user or comparing the conditions or requirements with enterprise information filled by the user to judge whether the user has related project conditions.
2. The project evaluation system of claim 1, wherein: the user registration information comprises a mobile phone number, a password, a company full name, an identifying code and secret declaration popup window information; the verification code is verified by a short message or an interface.
3. The project evaluation system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the login information comprises a user name and a security code; the user name is a mobile phone number; the secret code is a code filled in when the user registers or the secret code is a mobile phone verification code.
4. The project evaluation system of claim 3, wherein: the project module comprises a foreground function module and a background function module;
foreground function module: evaluating the project by a user through a foreground interface of a user side;
a background function module: setting a project library, wherein the project library stores existing project information, and the existing project information comprises a declaration range, an execution standard, a declaration condition and a declaration material; and after the user triggers the project evaluation function, the background pushes all project information and/or project evaluation results related to the user in the project library to the user side and displays the project information and/or the project evaluation results on the user side.
5. The project evaluation system of claim 1, 2, or 4, wherein: after the user inquires about the relevant project condition or requirement, the system automatically stores the inquiry result into the user information base, which is convenient for the user to check next time.
6. The project evaluation system of claim 1, wherein: the system also comprises an information maintenance module, wherein the information maintenance module stores the basic information of the user, economic indexes, intellectual property rights and qualification information.
7. The project evaluation system of claim 6, wherein:
basic information of the user: setting a basic information table, wherein the basic information table comprises a registered fund field, an establishment time field, a business address field and an operation range field;
economic indexes are as follows: setting an economic index table, wherein sales income, total assets, net assets, research and development expenses and tax payment fields are set in the economic index table;
intellectual property: the method comprises the following steps of recording the patent authorization quantity, the trademark authorization quantity and the soft copyright authorization quantity in an intellectual property quantity table, wherein the number of the patent authorization quantity, the trademark authorization quantity and the soft copyright authorization quantity is not recorded as 0;
qualification information: setting a qualification information table, and storing high enterprises, test points, demonstrations, dominant breeding and other project condition information in the qualification information table.

The project evaluation system according to claim 6 or 7, wherein: the information maintenance module is also provided with a user information recording table, fields in the user information recording table can be added at will, namely, the number of the fields and the content of the fields can be customized by a user, and the user can conveniently note or store other useful information.
9. A method for evaluating a project, the method comprising:
the registration method comprises the following steps: when a user side initiates a registration application to a server, the server responds to the registration application of the user and sends registration information to the user side; the user registration information is well written and submitted to the server, the server judges whether the registration is successful or not, and the server feeds back the information whether the registration is successful or not to the user side;
the login method comprises the following steps: the user fills in login information to log in; after the login information is correctly filled, clicking a login button or automatically jumping to a system client interface;
item query or comparison methods: and extracting project conditions or requirements from a database or a storage module, and using the project conditions or requirements for user query or comparing the conditions or requirements with enterprise information filled by a user to judge whether the user has related project conditions.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program is executed by a processor for performing the method according to claim 9.
