Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an execution subject of the attendance checking method according to an embodiment of the invention. In some embodiments, the payroll can be automatically generated according to the card punching condition of the attendance personnel at the beginning of each month, and the timing time can be set by a human unit. In addition, the daily payroll and monthly payroll settlement can be generated in various ways, for example, the payroll can be generated by manually entering a daily statistics table, checking attendance and punching a card or manually leading in, and in some embodiments, the three ways can be performed simultaneously, and the finally determined payroll can be selected by self and submitted to a financial post for payroll distribution.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an attendance checking device 10. Fig. 5 is a block diagram of the attendance device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the attendance device 10 includes an acquisition module 100, a determination module 200, and a processing module 300.
The obtaining module 100 is used for obtaining the position limit range of attendance and obtaining the card punching position of the attendance personnel. The judging module 200 is configured to judge whether the card punching position is within the position limiting range. The processing module 300 is configured to generate a card punching record that the attendance checking person completed punching the card at the card punching position when the card punching position is within the position limiting range.
The obtaining module 100 may further be configured to obtain a time limit range of attendance, and be configured to obtain a time for checking the attendance of the attendance staff. The determining module 200 may be further configured to determine whether the time for punching the card is within the time limit range. The processing module 300 may be further configured to generate a card punching record that the attendance checking person has completed punching at the card punching position and the card punching time if the card punching time is within the time limit range and the card punching position is within the position limit range, and not generate the card punching record if the card punching time is not within the time limit range or the card punching position is not within the position limit range.
The processing module 300 may be further configured to determine a working time of the attendance staff in a preset time period according to all the time of checking the attendance staff in the preset time period, generate a payroll of the attendance staff in the preset time period according to the working time, and output the payroll.
The processing module 300 may be further configured to output the working time for a pre-auditor performing a pre-audit on the working time to determine whether the working time is accurate. The judging module 200 may also be configured to judge whether to acquire confirmation information that the working time sent by the first reviewer is accurate. And the processing module 300 may be further configured to generate a payroll of the attendance checking staff in the preset time period according to the working time only when the confirmation information is obtained.
The obtaining module 100 may be further configured to obtain the reward and punishment information issued by the rechecker. The processing module 300 may be further configured to generate a payroll of the attendance checking staff within the preset time period according to the working time and the reward and punishment information.
The processing module 300 may be further configured to authenticate the identity of the attendance checking person through a living body detection technology, a biometric feature recognition technology, and a real-name authentication technology, and is configured to acquire the card punching position of the attendance checking person only when the authentication is passed.
The processing module 300 may also be used to build a database that stores the correspondence of different biometric features to different identity information. The obtaining module 100 may also be configured to obtain a biological characteristic of the attendance checking person. The processing module 300 may be configured to generate the card punching record only when the biometric feature of the attendance personnel exists in the database and the card punching position is within the position limit range.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an attendance system 20, and fig. 6 is a block diagram of a structure of the attendance system 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The attendance system 20 includes a computer-readable storage medium 400 and a processor 500, wherein the computer-readable storage medium 400 stores a program 410, and the program 410 is used for implementing any one of the attendance methods described above when being executed by the processor 500.
Where the computer-readable storage medium 400 may also be referred to as a memory. The processor 500 may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) or the program 410 loaded into a Random Access Memory (RAM). Processor 500 may include, for example, a general purpose microprocessor (e.g., a CPU), an instruction set processor and/or associated chipset, and/or a special purpose microprocessor (e.g., an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)), among others. The processor 500 may also include on-board memory for caching purposes. Processor 500 may include a single processing unit or multiple processing units for performing different actions of a method flow according to embodiments of the disclosure.
In the RAM, various programs 410 and data necessary for the operation of the attendance system 20 are stored. The processor 500, the ROM, and the RAM are connected to each other through a bus. The processor 500 performs various operations of the method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure by executing the programs 410 in ROM and/or RAM. It is noted that the program 410 may also be stored in one or more memories other than ROM and RAM. The processor 500 may also perform various operations of method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure by executing the programs 410 stored in the one or more memories.
In accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure, attendance system 20 may also include an input/output (I/O) interface that is also connected to the bus. Attendance system 20 may also include one or more of the following components connected to the I/O interface: an input section including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The drive is also connected to the I/O interface as needed. A removable medium such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section as necessary.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable storage medium, the computer program containing program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication section, and/or installed from a removable medium. The computer program, when executed by the processor 500, performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer-readable storage medium 400 may include, but is not limited to, non-volatile or volatile storage media such as Random Access Memory (RAM), static RAM, dynamic RAM, Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM, erasable programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, flash memory, Secure Digital (SD) cards, and the like.
Fig. 7 is a diagram of a related application structure of the attendance system 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the platform communicatively connected to the attendance system may mainly include a presentation and embedding layer, an application layer, a data layer, and an infrastructure layer.
The platform can be constructed based on a B/S + C/S architecture, attendance personnel can access through Android and IOS mobile terminal APP, and personnel units (such as enterprises and governments) can access through a PC terminal WEB mode.
The employment unit (corresponding to the enterprise service) is provided with a plurality of functional modules such as user management, recruitment management, dispatch management, attendance management, working hour management and wage management on the functional modules. The attendance personnel (corresponding to the personal service) on the functional module comprise a plurality of functional modules such as personal registration, post delivery, attendance card punching, working hours, financial service and the like, and for the public service (corresponding to departments such as audit supervision and the like), a plurality of functional modules such as audit supervision, information statistics and the like can be included. The attendance system can also be correspondingly provided with a plurality of functional modules such as an API gateway, personal financial basic service, notification message, networking check, biological feature identification and the like.
Specifically, the personal registration function module provides functions of user registration, real-name authentication, personal information improvement and the like. The post delivery function module provides functions of recruiting post browsing, collecting, delivering and the like. The attendance card punching functional module provides functions of attendance card punching, card punching record checking, working hour checking and the like. The financial service function module provides functions of cash withdrawal and the like after wage is issued. And the recruitment management function module is used for issuing diversified recruitment requirement plans. The dispatching management function module is used for distributing the labor personnel to different employment plans and other functions. The attendance management function module is used for setting the attendance range of the work plan, the time of going on or off duty and the like. The working hour import/check function module is used for working hour auditing, confirmation, inquiry and other functions. The payroll management function module is used for generating, checking and issuing payrolls and other functions.
The attendance method, the attendance device and the attendance system provided by the embodiment aim at a complex labor employment scene, so that employment information is smoothly issued, labor and time wage summary and accounting are convenient, the problem of false employment is avoided, and the rights and interests of enterprise-level service workers are practically guaranteed. By combining the position limitation range and biological identification and simultaneously introducing technologies such as identity authentication and the like, the full-flow online service from recruitment, attendance card punching, man-hour summarization, salary accounting to salary distribution is provided. Labor personnel punch the card through APP on-line, and personnel use unit sets for attendance scope and attendance mode through the PC end is nimble, realizes man-hour automatic statistics, and wage automatic generation solves labor personnel attendance difficulty, man-hour wage and calculates complicated scheduling problem, provides a convenient mode for labor service worker staff, reduces the communication cost, brief calculation statistics time.
The attendance method, the attendance device and the attendance system provided by the embodiment can avoid the attendance personnel from checking the attendance outside the position limit range, thereby avoiding the false attendance condition, facilitating the management of engineering projects and the supervision of personnel, and improving the efficiency of the engineering projects.
According to the attendance method, the attendance device and the attendance system, even when the work plan of the engineering project changes, the progress of the engineering project is not influenced, the attendance unit can customize an attendance calculation scheme according to different work properties, the cooperation with the field supervision situation is supported, a reward and punishment mechanism is given, and the management of the engineering project is enhanced through auditing. The attendance method, the attendance device and the attendance system provided by the embodiment can support various card punching modes, and attendance personnel without a mobile phone can also punch cards.
It should also be noted that, in the case of the embodiments of the present invention, features of the embodiments and examples may be combined with each other to obtain a new embodiment without conflict.
