Performance detection
(1) And (3) anti-aging test:
120 wrinkled, healthy and undamaged volunteers aged 30-45 years old were selected, randomly divided into 12 groups of 10, and the obtained creams (composition addition amount is 8%) prepared by using the compositions of examples 5-10 and comparative examples 1-6, respectively, were used once a day in the morning and evening for 30 days.
Before and after use, a VISIA skin detector of Meilebao company is adopted to detect and analyze the use effect, and the detected content comprises skin texture, pores and wrinkles. The test results are reported as a percentage and represent a comparative ranking of the skin characteristics of the subjects compared to others of the same race, age, and muscle type.
Thus, the active compositions prepared in examples 5 to 10 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 6 were subjected to an anti-aging test, and the results are shown in Table 1.
(2) Skin moisture content test:
the capacitance method is used for measuring the moisture content of the human skin stratum corneum, and is based on the obvious difference of dielectric constants of water and other substances, the capacitance values of the measured skin are different according to the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum, and the parameters can represent the moisture content of the skin.
120 volunteers with skin dryness, dullness, lusterless, vigorous oil and fat, large pores, sensitivity, red blood streak and pigmentation problems in 30-45 years old are randomly divided into 12 groups, and 10 in each group. The volunteers used the creams prepared by adding the compositions of examples 5 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 6 to the cream base, respectively (the amount of the composition added to the cream is 2%), once in the morning and in the evening each day for 30 days.
Skin hydration was measured on days 0 and 30 using a skin hydration tester CorneometerCM825, and the hydration of the skin before and after the application of the cream was evaluated, and the results are shown in Table 2.
(3) And (3) testing bacteriostatic performance:
the compositions of examples 5 to 10 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 6 were tested for their bacteriostatic properties according to GB15979-2002 hygienic Standard for Disposable sanitary articles appendix C4 "dissolution resistance (bacteriostatic test method for Salix inhibiting products":
1) Preparation of bacterial suspension: washing Propionibacterium acnes and Escherichia coli 24h culture with 0.03mol/L phosphate buffer solution to obtain 10 4 -10 6 CFU/mL bacterial suspension.
2) The compositions of examples 5-10 and comparative examples 1-6 were formulated as 0.1% aqueous solutions. Respectively taking 1g of a sample to be tested, adding 0.1mL of the bacterial suspension, uniformly coating and mixing, starting timing, adding 9mL0.03mol/L phosphate buffer solution after 20min, fully and uniformly mixing, taking 3 dilutions, respectively taking 1L, placing in two parallel plates, adding a corresponding culture medium, and culturing for 24h under the anaerobic condition at 36 +/-1 ℃ for colony counting. The above experiment was repeated 3 times, taking the average.
The calculation formula of the bacteriostatic rate is as follows: x = (A-B)/A X100%, wherein X is the bacteriostasis rate, A is the average recovered colony of the control sample, and B is the average recovered colony of the test sample.
The evaluation standard of the acne removing efficacy is as follows: (1) the bacteriostatic rate is more than or equal to 90 percent and the effect is obvious: (2) the bacteriostasis rate is 50-90 percent: and (3) the bacteriostasis rate is less than 50 percent, which is ineffective.

As can be seen from table 1, after using the cream with the active composition prepared according to the present invention for 30 days, the skin texture, pores and wrinkles are significantly improved, indicating that the active composition according to the present invention has excellent anti-aging properties. In detail, the cream added with the active composition prepared in the embodiment 10 of the invention is respectively increased by 20.59%, 14.81% and 19.20% in the indexes of skin texture, pores and wrinkles after being used compared with the former cream, the increased percentage of the three is far higher than the increased percentage of all the comparative examples, the effective compatibility principle of the monarch, minister, assistant and guide prescription adopted by the invention is reflected, the selected monarch, minister, assistant and guide compositions play a role in synergy, rhodiola rosea and bighead atractylodes rhizome are used as main components of the monarch drug composition, and the ginseng, liquorice and chinaroot greenbrier rhizome of the minister drug composition are matched, so that the lasting skin texture and wrinkles can be effectively lightened, the pore condition is improved, and the anti-aging effect is obviously seen.
As can be seen from table 2, the increase rate of the moisture content of the skin is significantly increased after the cream added with the active composition prepared by the present invention is used for 30 days, which indicates that the active composition prepared by the present invention has a significant absorption promoting function. According to the invention, the coix seed extract is selected as the adjuvant drug composition, the coix seed has permeability and can inject moisture into the skin so as to keep the skin in a moist state, the chamomile extract, the red sage extract and the horse chestnut extract are selected as the messenger drug composition, and the messenger drug composition is used as a blend to be matched with the effects of monarch, minister and adjuvant drugs, so that the skin activity is enhanced, and the skin absorption is promoted.
As can be seen from Table 3, the active composition prepared by the invention has an outstanding antibacterial effect, and due to the synergistic effect of the white atractylodes rhizome extract, the liquorice root extract and the white poria extract, the liquorice root and the white poria assisting the white atractylodes rhizome can enhance the immune function and regulate the immune function of the skin, further enhance the disease resistance of the skin, eliminate inflammation, prevent allergy and clean the skin.

The composition with anti-aging activity for promoting absorption according to claim 2, characterized in that the mass ratio of the monarch drug composition is 2.4-4.1:2-3 of rhodiola root and rhizome raw materials and bighead atractylodes rhizome raw materials; the ministerial drug composition is prepared from ginseng extract, liquorice extract and chinaroot greenbrier rhizome extract according to the mass ratio of 3-6.2:5.4-8: 3.5-5.2.
4. The composition with anti-aging activity for promoting absorption according to claim 2, wherein the adjuvant composition is prepared from lotus seed extract, coix seed extract, honey and almond powder according to the mass ratio of 3.1-5:4.4-6.3:3-5.2: 2-4.
5. The absorption-promoting antiaging active composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the messenger composition is prepared from chamomile extract, horsetail grass extract and horse chestnut extract at a mass ratio of 5.4-6.1:1.1-3: 2-3.5.
6. The composition with anti-aging activity for promoting absorption according to claim 1, wherein the preparation steps of the monarch drug composition are as follows:
(1) Preparing raw materials: weighing rhodiola root and rhizome raw materials and bighead atractylodes rhizome raw materials, crushing according to 40-60 meshes, adding purified water which is 1-2 times the weight of the rhodiola root and rhizome raw materials and the weight of the bighead atractylodes rhizome raw materials, soaking for 2 hours, and heating and boiling for 1-1.5 hours to obtain a treated material;
(2) Enzymolysis: adding mixed enzyme into the treated material prepared in the step (1), and carrying out enzymolysis for 6-10h under the auxiliary action of ultrasonic waves at the temperature of 40-55 ℃ to obtain an enzymolysis liquid;
(3) Extraction: adding 70% ethanol solution 6-8 times the weight of the enzymolysis solution into the enzymolysis solution obtained in step (2), reflux extracting for 2-6 times, each time for 40-80min to obtain extractive solution;
(4) And (4) centrifuging the extracting solution prepared in the step (3), filtering by using a bolting silk after centrifugation to obtain a screened solution, and distilling the screened solution under reduced pressure and drying to obtain the monarch drug composition.

The composition for promoting absorption and resisting ageing activity according to claim 6, wherein the mixed enzyme in step (2) is cellulase and pectinase in a mass ratio of 1-2:1, mixing; in the step (4), the centrifugal rotating speed is 1800-2000r/min, the centrifugation is 5-6min, and the bolting silk is 400 meshes.
8. The composition of claim 2, wherein the ginseng extract is prepared by the steps of:
weighing ginseng raw materials, crushing according to 80-100 meshes, adding purified water with the weight being 10-12 times of that of the ginseng raw materials, soaking for 2 hours, heating and boiling for 1-3 hours, filtering by using 4 layers of gauze, collecting filtrate, heating and boiling the filtrate for 1-2 hours, filtering by using 5 layers of gauze, collecting thick liquid, concentrating the thick liquid, drying in vacuum at 65-70 ℃ after the concentration is finished, and obtaining a ginseng extract after the complete drying;
the preparation method of the licorice extract and the white poria extract is the same as that of the ginseng extract.

A method for preparing an absorption-promoting antiaging active composition according to any one of claims 1-8, characterized in that the preparation method comprises the steps of: mixing the monarch drug composition, ministerial drug composition, adjuvant drug composition and messenger drug composition at room temperature, and stirring.

Use of the absorption enhancing anti-ageing active composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8, in the manufacture of a medicament or a skin care product, wherein the absorption enhancing anti-ageing active composition is present in an amount of from 3.5 to 8.9% by weight of the total skin care product.
