Background

In the embodiment of the invention, the electronic display board has two display modes:
(1) When the position is allocated as the customer sorting temporary storage area, the electronic display board displays the detailed information of the customer sorting at this time, including but not limited to: the sorting temporary storage area codes, the customer names, the commodity names, the demand quantity, the sorting state and other information are used for guiding a sorter to carry out sorting work.
(2) When the storage space is used as a storage area, the electronic display board displays basic information of the commodities stored on the storage space, including and not limited to: the information such as stock space code, commodity name, batch number, supplier, stock quantity, locking amount and the like is convenient for a warehousing manager to clearly know the inventory condition.
After the distribution of the subsequent sorting temporary storage area is finished, the corresponding storage position electronic display board respectively displays the temporary storage area condition and the storage information according to the storage position distribution condition.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the intelligent handheld equipment is equipped for a sorter, the intelligent handheld equipment is used for confirming the sorting temporary storage area and the commodities when the intelligent handheld equipment is placed in the sorting temporary storage area after being sorted, so that the placing errors are avoided. When the intelligent handheld equipment is equipped for a warehousing manager, the intelligent handheld equipment is used for locking unqualified commodities and adjusting the positions of the commodities during inspection of the warehousing manager.

s2, hanging an electronic display board on each storage position, and equipping intelligent handheld equipment for workers in a sorting area and a storage area;
s3, configuring the storage positions which can be used as a sorting temporary storage area;
s4, receiving order information of a customer;
s5, judging whether order placement deadline is reached, if so, entering a step S6, otherwise, returning to the step S4;
s6, calculating a route where the clients needing to be sorted and distributed on the same day are located according to the order information of the clients;
s7, traversing the route, and generating a customer list according to a customer distribution sequence configured in the current route;
s8, traversing the client list, judging whether the current client has a fixed temporary storage area, if so, entering a step S10, otherwise, entering a step S9;
s9, judging whether the distribution amount of the current client is larger than the storage amount of a single storage position, if so, calculating to obtain the number of the storage positions required by the current client, continuously distributing a plurality of adjacent storage positions for the current client according to the storage position distribution priority sequence, and entering the step S10, otherwise, distributing one storage position for the current client according to the storage position distribution priority sequence, and entering the step S10;

s12, judging whether all other routes are traversed or not, if so, entering a step S13, and if not, returning to the step S7;
s13, sending a prompt of supplementing sorting temporary storage areas to a storage manager, stopping distributing the sorting temporary storage areas, and waiting for other used sorting temporary storage areas to be used and released;
s14, judging whether customers with sorting temporary storage areas to be distributed exist or not, if yes, returning to the step S7, and if not, finishing the distribution of the sorting temporary storage areas.
