The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
The invention aims to provide an inventory data processing scheme, which creatively proposes a shared inventory, allocates part of commodities to the shared inventory, and finishes delivery by using the shared inventory when preset conditions are met, such as insufficient exclusive inventory, so that the problem that the commodity delivery cannot be quickly finished when part of exclusive inventory is in short supply due to different sales environments of the exclusive inventories is solved. A merchant may have its own sales platform or may cooperate with multiple sales platforms, and each of these sales platforms generally has its own at least one physical warehouse, and one physical warehouse corresponds to one sales platform, i.e. is exclusively owned by one sales platform. In this regard, a corresponding exclusive inventory is allocated in the system. Each sales platform corresponds to at least one exclusive inventory.
The invention also provides a shared entity warehouse which can be used by a plurality of sales platforms to carry out commodity delivery, and corresponding shared inventory is distributed to the shared entity warehouse in the system.
The inventory of each inventory corresponds to the inventory of the corresponding entity warehouse, and in practice, the inventory of the entity warehouse can be synchronized to the corresponding inventory in the system in real time or periodically.
The process of the present invention can be roughly divided into three parts:
and (4) warehousing distribution:
the method comprises the steps of realizing commodity warehousing operation of merchants, and firstly determining a sales platform corresponding to a merchant to correspond to inventory of the merchant in a system if the merchant has 10000 commodities to be warehoused. Suppose it has two sales platforms, each sales platform has 2 physical warehouses, i.e. 4 exclusive stocks corresponding to 2 exclusive stocks respectively. In addition, there are 1 physical shared warehouse, corresponding to 1 shared inventory in the system. According to the warehousing distribution request of the commercial tenant, the commodities with the proportion of 60% are equally distributed to the exclusive stocks, namely the stock of each exclusive stock is 1500. The remaining 40% of the items not designated exclusive inventory are allocated to shared inventory for 4000.
In another embodiment, the merchant may not specify the allocation ratio of each exclusive inventory, for example, only 60% of exclusive inventory is limited to be allocated to the exclusive inventory, and the system may allocate according to a preset allocation rule, for example, the system allocates the commodities according to the commodity sales ratio of the previous period.
Through this step, the commodities can be allocated to the exclusive stock and the shared stock.
In the warehousing distribution process, in order to perfect information storage of commodities, a user is required to input commodity information corresponding to commodities needing to be warehoused for storage; the commodity information at least includes the commodity name and the total amount of the warehoused commodity, and certainly may also include some commodity information related to the warehoused commodity, such as the specification, size, color and other information of the commodity.
Commodity redistribution:
for example, when the initial distribution is performed according to a historical sales ratio, the distribution of the down jackets in a warehouse in a certain south is less, but the temperature suddenly drops in winter in the south in the year, so that the down jackets in the corresponding warehouse are sold empty. In this case, the stock can be redistributed according to actual conditions.
And when the inventory quantity of a certain exclusive inventory is judged to be lower than the lowest threshold value, distributing partial commodities from the shared inventory to the exclusive inventory according to a certain rule.
Or when the inventory amount of a certain exclusive inventory is judged to be higher than the highest threshold value, distributing part of commodities to the shared inventory according to a certain rule.
It is of course also possible to make the reallocation directly between exclusive inventories.
The conversion allocation is carried out based on actual problems such as the fact that the shortage of goods comes, and is an advanced guarantee, real-time allocation according to actual conditions is achieved, and the problems of lack of goods or overstock of exclusive inventory are reduced.
And (4) commodity delivery:
when a warehouse-out request of a commodity is received, if a preset condition is met, if the warehouse-out sales platform is not specified, namely exclusive inventory or the inventory of the exclusive inventory of the specified sales platform is insufficient, warehouse-out is carried out from the shared inventory, namely, the corresponding amount of inventory is deducted from the shared inventory, and a warehouse-out instruction is sent to the shared warehouse.
The ex-warehouse request at least comprises the name and the ex-warehouse quantity of the ex-warehouse commodity so as to determine whether the stock quantity of the stock of the specified commodity meets the ex-warehouse quantity. Most outbound requests also include the specified sales platform or the exclusive inventory corresponding to the sales platform.
In a specific embodiment, not all sales platforms or the exclusive stocks of the sales platforms have the right to use the shared stock, and therefore, when the current stock amount of the exclusive stock specified in the ex-warehouse request is insufficient, it is further required to determine whether the specified exclusive stock has the right to use the shared stock; and if so, deducting the quantity of the warehouse commodities from the shared inventory.
In an extreme case, if the stock of the shared stock is not satisfied, the proper exclusive stocks can be determined according to the current stock of the exclusive stocks for discharging.
It should be noted that the stock quantity judgment is based on the current stock quantity at the time of judgment, and is realized by synchronizing the physical warehouse and the system stock. In consideration of the time difference between the order placing by the user and the actual delivery of the commodity, in one embodiment of the invention, the inventory of the commodity which is not actually delivered and corresponds to the order placing by the user is deducted from the inventory to be used as the current inventory.
Example 1
To sum up, embodiment 1 of the present invention provides an inventory data processing method, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
s11, receiving the commodity distribution request, and distributing the warehoused commodities to the shared inventory and the exclusive inventory according to the distribution rule in the distribution request;
s12, receiving the current inventory sent by the entity warehouse, and updating the current inventory of the corresponding inventory of the entity warehouse according to the current inventory;
s13, receiving commodity warehouse-out requests, and when judging that the warehouse-out requests meet preset conditions by combining the current stock of each stock, deducting the quantity of warehouse commodities from the shared stock and sending commodity warehouse-out instructions to an entity warehouse corresponding to the shared stock;
the preset conditions are as follows:
the ex-warehouse request does not specify any one of the exclusive stocks or the current stock quantity of the exclusive stocks specified in the ex-warehouse request is insufficient.
To avoid the initial distribution of inventory from being inconsistent with the actual sales, the present invention further implements a redistribution, the method further comprising:
when the current inventory quantity of at least one exclusive inventory is judged to be insufficient, distributing at least part of commodity inventory transfers of the shared inventory to the exclusive inventory quantity of which the current inventory quantity is insufficient;
or when the current inventory amount of the exclusive inventory exceeds the preset threshold value, at least part of commodity inventory in the exclusive inventory amount of which the current inventory amount exceeds the preset threshold value is distributed to the shared inventory.
