The method according to claim 1, wherein the buffering device is arranged in the garbage bin close to the bin gate, the buffering bin is provided with a plurality of separation bins, the feed inlet of the buffering bin is provided with the material distribution device which can distribute the garbage entering the buffering bin into the plurality of separation bins, and the buffering gate is arranged at the bottom of the buffering bin and can be opened and closed controllably.

The method according to claim 4, characterized in that the material distributing devices are at least two material distributing wheels, the left material distributing wheel rotates anticlockwise, the right material distributing wheel rotates clockwise, a material distributing rod is arranged on the material distributing wheel and can collide with the wall of the separation bin in the rotating process, a rubber buffer layer is arranged at the collision position, and the wall of the separation bin and the buffer bin are fixed through an elastic device.

The method of claim 1, wherein a screen is provided inside the buffer door, and a leachate collection tank is provided inside the buffer door, the leachate collection tank extending from the buffer door to the wall of the waste bin and connected to a leachate collection conduit in the wall of the waste bin.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein in step S4, the garbage in the surge bin is filtered by a screen into a leachate collection tank of the surge gate and along the leachate collection tank into a leachate collection conduit on the wall of the garbage bin.
8. The method according to claim 5, wherein in step S4, when the garbage is discharged into the buffering device, the material distributing wheel rotates to distribute the garbage, and the wall of the separation bin vibrates when the material distributing rod collides with the wall of the separation bin to vibrate the garbage in the separation bin.
