Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of onychomycosis treatment, and particularly relates to a nail-beautifying liquid for treating onychomycosis and a formula thereof.
Background
Onychomycosis refers to a disease caused by dermatophytes invading the nail plate or under the nail. Onychomycosis is an infection of the nail caused by fungi such as dermatophytes, yeasts and non-dermatophytes. Onychomycosis is common: (1) fungal onychomycosis (superficial onychomycosis) this type of lesion is limited to one piece of the nail or its tip; (2) the onychomycosis includes distal lateral type, proximal hypothyroid type and superficial white type, and the lesions start from both sides or distal end of the nail, and then the hyponychium is infected. Generally, the drugs for treating onychomycosis are often used in the treatment of onychomycosis.
However, the existing drugs for treating onychomycosis mainly comprise triazole antifungal drugs and broad-spectrum antifungal drugs, on one hand, due to toxic components in the drugs, the drugs have large side effects in the process of treating onychomycosis, and the safety of the drugs in the process of treating onychomycosis is greatly reduced, and on the other hand, the drugs are easy to cause poor quality of finally prepared drugs due to the fact that each production link cannot be strictly controlled in the preparation process, so that the using effect of the drugs after preparation is greatly reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a nail beautifying liquid for treating onychomycosis and a formula thereof, which are prepared by extracting effective components from natural medicines such as garlic, sophora flavescens, coptis chinensis, pseudolarix and the like by adopting a concentration and reduced pressure filtration technology and adding solutions such as clove oil, cinnamon oil, sodium benzoate and the like to prepare the nail beautifying liquid, so that the nail beautifying liquid does not contain any toxic component on one hand, and the nail beautifying liquid is ensured not to generate side effects after being used, thereby greatly improving the use safety of the nail beautifying liquid, and on the other hand, the final preparation quality of the nail beautifying liquid is effectively ensured by strictly controlling each link of the production of the nail beautifying liquid, thereby greatly improving the use effect of the prepared nail beautifying liquid.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
the nail beautifying liquid for treating onychomycosis is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25g of garlic, 1000-1200g of cinnamon oil, 1000-1200g of clove oil, 20-25g of radix sophorae flavescentis, 25-30g of coptis chinensis, 40-50g of pseudolarix and 20-25g of sodium benzoate.
Further, the preferable raw material proportion of the nail-beautifying liquid is as follows: 20g of garlic, 1000g of cinnamon oil, 1000g of clove oil, 25g of radix sophorae flavescentis, 25g of coptis chinensis and 50g of pseudolarix pseudolaricis, and the treatment effect of the nail-beautifying liquid can be effectively improved by accurately controlling the dosage of each raw material in the nail-beautifying liquid.
Furthermore, the garlic has the efficacies of detoxification, detumescence, disinsection and dysentery stopping, and is commonly used for treating carbuncle swelling, sore and ulcer, mange, tuberculosis, cough, diarrhea, dysentery and other diseases; the oleum Cinnamomi has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind, removing dampness, warming and invigorating spleen and stomach, and can be used for treating rheumatism, skin pruritus, spleen and stomach yang collapse, cold limbs, slight pulse, abdominal cold accumulation, abdominal pain, diarrhea, cold hernia, and dolphin; the oleum Caryophylli has effects of warming stomach and kidney, and can be used for treating stomach cold, pain and distention, singultus, vomiting and diarrhea, arthralgia, hernia pain, halitosis, toothache, etc.
Furthermore, the coptis has the effects of clearing heat, drying dampness, purging pathogenic fire and removing toxicity, and is used for treating symptoms such as damp-heat fullness, vomiting, acid regurgitation, dysentery, jaundice, high fever, coma, hyperactivity of heart fire, vexation, insomnia, hematemesis, epistaxis, conjunctival congestion, toothache, thirst, carbuncle, furuncle and the like, and eczema, eczema and suppuration in auditory canals are treated; the root of the radix sophorae flavescentis contains matrine, laburnine and the like, has the effects of clearing heat and promoting diuresis, resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation, invigorating stomach and expelling parasites when being used as a medicine, is commonly used for treating skin pruritus, neurasthenia, dyspepsia, constipation and other symptoms, seeds can be used as pesticides, and stem bark fibers can be woven into gunny bags and the like; the cortex pseudolaricis has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind, removing dampness, killing parasites and relieving itching, and can be used for treating scabies, eczema and neurodermatitis.
The preparation method of the nail beautifying liquid and the formula thereof comprises the following steps:
step (1): cleaning Bulbus Allii, radix Sophorae Flavescentis, coptidis rhizoma and cortex pseudolaricis;
step (2): pulverizing Bulbus Allii, filtering under reduced pressure, and collecting filtrate;
and (3): dissolving oleum Cinnamomi and oleum Caryophylli in ethanol, and collecting solution;
and (4): adding a proper amount of water into sodium benzoate for dissolving, and collecting filtrate for later use;
and (5): adding 8 times and 6 times of water into the sophora flavescens, the coptis chinensis and the pseudolarix respectively, decocting for 2 times, wherein the decocting time is 2 hours and 1 hour respectively, combining the decoctions after the two times of decoction are finished, filtering, concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain clear paste with the relative density of 1.0-1.1, adding ethanol into the clear paste to ensure that the alcohol content is 60%, standing for 24 hours for precipitation, pouring the supernatant, filtering, adding the filtrate into the filtrate obtained in the step (2) and the solution obtained in the step (3), stirring, uniformly mixing, adding water for diluting to 30000g, adjusting the alcohol content to be about 45-50% by using the ethanol, adding the solution obtained in the step (4), stirring, uniformly mixing, filtering, and preparing 1000 bottles;
and (6): and (5) packaging the nail polish liquid filled in the step (5) in a classified manner, and irradiating and disinfecting by adopting 60CO to prepare the nail polish liquid to be stored.
Further, the content of each bottle of nail beautifying liquid after filling in the step (5) is 30g, and the irradiation dose during sterilization and disinfection by 60CO adopted in the step (6) is 5KGy, so that the nail beautifying liquid can be subjected to well-divided sterilization and disinfection after preparation, and the using effect of the nail beautifying liquid after preparation is improved.
Compared with the prior art, the nail beautifying liquid has the following advantages:
according to the invention, the effective components in the natural medicines such as garlic, sophora flavescens, coptis chinensis and pseudolarix are extracted by adopting the technologies of concentration and reduced pressure filtration, and the clove oil, cinnamon oil, sodium benzoate and the like are used as adjuvants to prepare the nail-beautifying liquid, so that on one hand, the nail-beautifying liquid does not contain any toxic component, and the nail-beautifying liquid is ensured not to generate side effect after being used, thereby greatly improving the safety of the nail-beautifying liquid in use, and on the other hand, the final preparation quality of the nail-beautifying liquid is effectively ensured through strictly processing each link of the nail-beautifying liquid in production, thereby greatly improving the use effect of the nail-beautifying liquid after being prepared.
