The main component of the plant beverage is brown liquid with Chinese herbal medicine smell. In order to verify the quality of the product, the sensory quality and physical and chemical indexes are detected, and the detection results of the indexes are shown in table 1:

s2: adding 250g of concentrated apple juice, 80g of hawthorn juice and 300g of heavy red rose juice which are filtered by 260-mesh nylon filter cloth into 1120-1355g of concentrated solution prepared in the step S1, and heating to 100 ℃ for 40min to obtain mixed solution for later use;
s3: standing the mixed solution prepared in the step S2 for more than 24 hours at the temperature of 4-8 ℃, adding 145g of the mixed solution into a three-legged centrifugal settling machine every time, setting the centrifugal speed to be 1800r/min, keeping the centrifugal speed for 20min, and taking the supernatant for later use; the liquid preparation is carried out by using a magnetic stirring tank, and the specific procedures are as follows: filtering the supernatant with 260 mesh nylon filter cloth and two-time filter membrane explosion-proof plate-and-frame filter with aperture of 10-20 μm and 1-10 μm respectively, stirring, adding purified water, and metering to desired volume to obtain plant beverage mixed solution; filling, capping, and sterilizing in water bath at 80 deg.C for 20min to ensure the quality of the final plant beverage product meets the requirement.
5. The manufacturing method according to claim 4, wherein the filling amount is controlled to be: 50-53 ml/bottle, and the filling and capping processes are carried out under the environmental conditions that the temperature is 18-26 ℃ and the relative humidity is 30-70 percent.
