The traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared by decocting and concentrating eight medicinal and edible food materials of tuckahoe, chinese date, orange peel, liquorice, platycodon grandiflorum, arillus longan, ginseng and donkey-hide gelatin.
The weight parts of the poria cocos, the Chinese dates, the orange peel, the liquorice, the platycodon grandiflorum, the arillus longan, the ginseng and the donkey-hide gelatin are as follows: 200g of poria cocos, 200g of Chinese date, 100g of orange peel, 40g of liquorice, 30g of platycodon grandiflorum, 30g of longan aril, 10g of ginseng and 5g of donkey-hide gelatin.
The natural fruit and vegetable juice comprises three types of concentrated apple juice, concentrated hawthorn juice and heavy rose juice in parts by weight: 250g of concentrated apple juice, 80g of hawthorn concentrated juice and 300g of rose juice with heavy petals.
The preparation method of the plant beverage for postpartum recuperation of women comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing the poria cocos, the Chinese dates, the orange peel, the liquorice, the platycodon grandiflorum, the arillus longan, the ginseng and the donkey-hide gelatin according to the weight parts, putting the mixture into a decocting pot, adding 10 times of water for the first time, decocting for 2 hours, and filtering; adding 5 times of water into the filter residue for the second time, and decocting for 1.5h; filtering the decoction liquid by a stainless steel multi-layer filter with a 60-mesh screen, a 200-mesh filter and a 260-mesh nylon filter cloth in sequence, combining the two decoction liquid, concentrating the decoction liquid at 70 +/-10 ℃ under reduced pressure, completing the concentration when the specific gravity of the concentrated liquid reaches 1.05-1.09 at the temperature of 65-75 ℃, and filtering the concentrated liquid by a 200-mesh filter to obtain the concentrated liquid for later use;
s2: adding 250g of concentrated apple juice, 80g of hawthorn juice and 300g of heavy red rose juice which are filtered by 260-mesh nylon filter cloth into 1120g of concentrated solution prepared in the step S1, and heating to 100 ℃ for 40min to obtain mixed solution for later use;
s3: placing 1750g of the mixed solution prepared in the step S2 at the temperature of 4-8 ℃ for standing for more than 24h, adding about 145g of the mixed solution into a three-legged centrifugal settling machine every time, setting the centrifugal speed to be 1800r/min, keeping the time to be 20min, and taking the supernatant for later use. The liquid preparation is carried out by using a magnetic stirring tank, and the specific procedures are as follows: filtering the supernatant with 260 mesh nylon filter cloth and two explosion-proof plate-and-frame filters with filter membrane aperture of 10 μm and 1 μm, stirring, adding purified water, and metering to desired volume to obtain plant beverage mixture. The filling and capping processes are carried out under the environmental conditions that the temperature is 18-26 ℃ and the relative humidity is 30-70%, and the finished product quality of the final plant beverage is ensured to meet the requirements through water bath sterilization at 80 ℃ for 20 min.
The filling capacity is controlled as follows: 50-53 ml/bottle.
Example 2
The plant beverage for postpartum regulation of women in the embodiment is prepared from water, a traditional Chinese medicine extract and natural fruit and vegetable juice, wherein the water, the traditional Chinese medicine extract and the natural fruit and vegetable juice are in parts by weight: traditional Chinese medicine extract: 1260g, water: proper amount, natural fruit and vegetable juice: 630g.
The traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared by decocting and concentrating eight medicinal and edible food materials of tuckahoe, chinese date, orange peel, liquorice, platycodon grandiflorum, arillus longan, ginseng and donkey-hide gelatin.

s3: and (3) placing 1890g of the mixed solution prepared in the step (S2) at the temperature of 4-8 ℃ for standing for more than 24h, adding about 145g of the mixed solution into a three-foot centrifugal settling machine every time, setting the centrifugal rotation speed to be 1800r/min, keeping the time to be 20min, and taking the supernatant for later use. The liquid preparation is carried out by using a magnetic stirring tank, and the specific procedures are as follows: filtering the supernatant with 260 mesh nylon filter cloth and two-time filter membrane with 15 μm and 10 μm explosion-proof plate-and-frame filter, stirring, adding purified water, and metering to desired volume to obtain plant beverage mixture. The filling and capping processes are carried out under the environmental conditions that the temperature is 18-26 ℃ and the relative humidity is 30-70%, and the finished product quality of the final plant beverage is ensured to meet the requirements through water bath sterilization at 80 ℃ for 20 min.
The filling amount is controlled as follows: 50-53 ml/bottle.
Example 3
In this embodiment, the plant beverage for postpartum regulation of women is prepared from water, a traditional Chinese medicine extract and natural fruit and vegetable juice, and the water, the traditional Chinese medicine extract and the natural fruit and vegetable juice are in parts by weight: traditional Chinese medicine extract: 1355g, water: proper amount, natural fruit and vegetable juice: 630g.
The traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared by decocting and concentrating eight medicinal and edible food materials of tuckahoe, chinese date, orange peel, liquorice, platycodon grandiflorum, arillus longan, ginseng and donkey-hide gelatin.

The natural fruit and vegetable juice comprises three types of concentrated apple juice, concentrated hawthorn juice and heavy rose juice in parts by weight: 250g of concentrated apple juice, 80g of hawthorn concentrated juice and 300g of rose juice with heavy petals.

s2: adding 250g of concentrated apple juice, 80g of hawthorn juice and 300g of heavy red rose juice which are filtered by 260-mesh chinlon filter cloth into 1355g of concentrated solution prepared in the step S1, and heating to 100 ℃ for 40min to obtain mixed solution for later use;
s3: standing 1985g of the mixed solution prepared in the step S2 in an environment of 4-8 ℃ for more than 24h, adding about 145g of the mixed solution in each time into a three-foot centrifugal settling machine, setting the centrifugal speed to be 1800r/min, keeping the time to be 20min, and taking the supernatant for later use. The liquid preparation is carried out by using a magnetic stirring tank, and the specific procedures are as follows: filtering the supernatant with 260 mesh nylon filter cloth and two-time filter membrane with 20 μm and 10 μm explosion-proof plate frame filter, stirring, adding purified water, and metering to desired volume to obtain plant beverage mixture. The filling and capping processes are carried out under the environmental conditions that the temperature is 18-26 ℃ and the relative humidity is 30-70%, and the finished product quality of the final plant beverage is ensured to meet the requirements through water bath sterilization at 80 ℃ for 20 min.
The filling capacity is controlled as follows: 50-53 ml/bottle.
The Chinese medicine extract in the above embodiment can be arbitrarily selected from 1120-1355 g.
The weight parts of the tuckahoe, the Chinese date, the orange peel, the liquorice, the platycodon root, the longan aril, the ginseng and the donkey-hide gelatin in the embodiments can be randomly selected from the following ranges: 200 to 300g of tuckahoe, 200 to 300g of Chinese date, 100 to 200g of orange peel, 40 to 100g of liquorice, 30 to 100g of platycodon root, 30 to 100g of longan pulp, 10 to 95g of ginseng and 5 to 90g of donkey-hide gelatin.
The main component of the plant beverage is brown liquid with Chinese herbal medicine smell. In order to verify the quality of the product, the sensory quality and physical and chemical indexes are detected, and the detection results of the indexes are shown in table 1:

s2: adding 250g of concentrated apple juice, 80g of hawthorn juice and 300g of heavy red rose juice which are filtered by 260-mesh nylon filter cloth into 1120-1355g of concentrated solution prepared in the step S1, and heating to 100 ℃ for 40min to obtain mixed solution for later use;
s3: standing the mixed solution prepared in the step S2 for more than 24 hours at the temperature of 4-8 ℃, adding 145g of the mixed solution into a three-legged centrifugal settling machine every time, setting the centrifugal speed to be 1800r/min, keeping the centrifugal speed for 20min, and taking the supernatant for later use; the liquid preparation is carried out by using a magnetic stirring tank, and the specific procedures are as follows: filtering the supernatant with 260 mesh nylon filter cloth and two-time filter membrane explosion-proof plate-and-frame filter with aperture of 10-20 μm and 1-10 μm respectively, stirring, adding purified water, and metering to desired volume to obtain plant beverage mixed solution; filling, capping, and sterilizing in water bath at 80 deg.C for 20min to ensure the quality of the final plant beverage product meets the requirement.
5. The manufacturing method according to claim 4, wherein the filling amount is controlled to be: 50-53 ml/bottle, and the filling and capping processes are carried out under the environmental conditions that the temperature is 18-26 ℃ and the relative humidity is 30-70 percent.
