Abstract
The invention provides an external traditional Chinese medicine liniment, which comprises sesame oil, turpentine, povidone iodine, beeswax, calcined gypsum, rhubarb, ligusticum wallichii, cuttle bone, calamine, borneol, paris polyphylla, scutellaria baicalensis, coptis chinensis, phellodendron, lithospermum, rabdosia rubescens, artemisia argyi, centella asiatica, aloe, skimmia pseudobulb and clinopodium polycephalum. The invention also provides a process for preparing the liniment, which consists of, decocting calcined gypsum, rhubarb horsetails, ligusticum wallichii, cuttle bone, calamine, boneol, rhizome of Chinese paris, baikal skullcap root, goldthread root, corktree bark, purple, rabdosia rubescens, wormwood, centella asiatica, aloe, skimmia and Clinopodium polycephalum, deslagging to obtain plaster, charging bee wax and stirring, finally charging sesame oil and mixing. The sesame oil and the turpentine are used as main components, so the sesame oil and turpentine oil mainly play a role in relieving muscle pain, arthralgia, neuralgia and the like, have a good effect as a hand-foot syndrome patient, are added with the vitamin iodoketone to help to stop bleeding, and are added with other components in the same proportion to ensure that the whole effect is better and obvious.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical treatment, in particular to an external traditional Chinese medicine liniment, and a preparation method and equipment thereof.
Background
Hand-foot syndrome is a red skin lesion on the palms and soles, mainly caused by cytotoxic chemotherapy drugs. The influence of the chemotherapy drug on the life quality of patients is related to the severity of the occurrence of the chemotherapy drug, the serious patients can cause the patients to lose the self-care ability of life, the pathogenesis of hand-foot syndrome is not completely clarified so far, certain scholars consider that the chemotherapy drug leaks out of blood vessels to damage tissues, and the friction and the heat contact of hands and feet are increased due to daily activities of the patients, so that the patients are more likely to occur on the hands and the feet. Clinically, the friction of hands and feet of a patient is reduced, and the occurrence of hand and foot syndrome can be prevented by reducing the heat contact. At present, research suggests that large dose of vitamin B6, local application of urea cream and the like can also prevent hand-foot syndrome or reduce the severity of the hand-foot syndrome, but the fundamental treatment measures are still chemotherapy drug decrement or drug withdrawal; however, many current medicines for preventing hand-foot syndrome do not have special bulges.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem of providing an external traditional Chinese medicine liniment and a preparation method thereof so as to obtain the effect of accelerating the healing of the assistant hand-foot syndrome aiming at the defects in the prior art.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a Chinese medicinal liniment for external use comprises sesame oil 50 parts, turpentine 50 parts, povidone 0.5-1.6 parts, beeswax 5-7 parts, calcined gypsum 0.5-1.2 parts, rhubarb 0.6-1.3 parts, ligusticum wallichii 0.5-1.2 parts, cuttle bone 0.7-1.4 parts, calamine 0.2-0.9 parts, borneol 0.1-0.8 parts, paris rhizome 0.8-1.5 parts, baikal skullcap root 0.6-1.3 parts, coptis root 0.4-1.1 parts, phellodendron bark 0.3-1.0 parts, alkanna tinctoria 0.7-1.4 parts, rabdosia rubescens 0.4-1.7 parts, mugwort 0.7-1.4 parts, centella asiatica 0.7-1.4 parts, aloe 0.5-1.2 parts, skimmit 0.4-1.1 parts, and clinopodium herb 0.4-1.1.4 parts.
Further comprises 0.5 to 0.9 portion of pearl barley powder, 0.4 to 0.8 portion of salvia miltiorrhiza powder, 0.3 to 0.7 portion of poppy powder, 0.5 to 0.9 portion of figwort root, 0.4 to 0.8 portion of andrographis paniculata powder, 0.1 to 0.5 portion of fermented soybean powder, 0.3 to 0.7 portion of houttuynia cordata powder, 0.9 to 1.3 portions of dyers woad leaf, 1 to 1.4 portions of weeping forsythia capsule, 0.3 to 0.7 portion of mulberry leaf, 0.4 to 0.8 portion of dayflower, 0.3 to 0.7 portion of amur corktree bark and 0.2 to 0.6 portion of dried rehmannia root.
