Description

Oral medicine and external medicine for treating acne and preparation method of oral medicine and external medicine
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of dermatological drugs, in particular to an oral drug and an external drug for treating acne and preparation methods of the oral drug and the external drug.
Background
Acne is also called comedo and whelk, is a common dermatosis of human body, and is commonly seen in the adolescent development stage of men and women. In adolescent development period, people like to eat spicy food due to irregular life, so that endocrine dyscrasia, stomach qi deficiency and skin immunity decline are caused, and acne is caused. Clinically, acne mainly appears on face, upper limbs, chest and neck, and symptoms are not uniform. Acne causes not only harm to the physical health of adolescent men and women, but also influences on the mental health of the adolescent men and women.
At present, the Chinese and western medicines for treating the skin diseases have a plurality of varieties, but the application range of the Chinese and western medicines for treating the skin diseases is less, and the treatment effect aiming at the acne also has respective defects. On the whole, western medicines generally have side effects and are easy to recur after recovery, and most of traditional Chinese medicines have unobvious curative effects.
Therefore, there is a need for an oral medicine, an external medicine and a preparation method thereof, which have low cost, obvious curative effect, difficult recurrence and no toxic or side effect and are used for treating acne in adolescent men and women.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an oral medicine and an external medicine for treating acne, which have the advantages of low cost, obvious curative effect, difficult relapse and no toxic or side effect aiming at the acne of adolescent men and women, and a preparation method of the oral medicine and the external medicine.

61 men and 65 women, the age is 15-30 years, the average age is 22.5 years, the disease course is shortest days and longest 10 years.
(II) diagnosis standard:
the main symptoms of acne are skin lesions such as acne, pimple, pustule, cyst, etc. on face, upper chest, back, etc. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
acne: the initial stage is chestnut or pimple with pinhole size, which is semitransparent with embolism in hair follicle orifice and white head, and can be extruded;
pimples: the sebaceous gland orifice is completely blocked to form a papule, and the center of the sebaceous gland is provided with comedones which can form inflammatory or non-inflammatory papules;
pustule: infection is caused on the basis of papules, pustules appear on the tops of the papules, and viscous yellow pus flows out after the pustules are broken;
cyst: sebaceous cyst with different size is formed around the skin lesion, normal skin color or dark red, and bloody or colloidal secretion can be discharged when pressing;
and (3) nodule: when the inflammation is deep, the pus wall is thickened to form reddish or purplish red nodules, or the bulges are hemispherical or conical, which can exist for a long time and can be gradually absorbed, and also can cause pus and scar formation or sinus formation.
The skin lesions can exist simultaneously or can be mutually transformed, most patients are accompanied with seborrhea, have no subjective symptoms, and can cause pain and tenderness if inflammation is obvious.
