Abstract

本发明提供一种电动工具，包括：供电单元；无刷电机，包括定子和转子；逆变器电路，包括多个开关元件，开关元件进行开关动作以控制无刷电机的驱动；控制器，与逆变器电路和无刷电机电性连接，控制器包括负载检测模块，检测表明无刷电机工作负载的参数；当参数小于设定阈值时，控制器控制无刷电机保持第一目标转速；当参数大于或等于设定阈值时，控制器控制无刷电机保持第二目标转速；其中，第一目标转速大于第二目标转速。通过控制电动工具的电机转速保持在较低的第二目标转速，防止电动工具因重负载时电机转速波动较大而受损。通过控制电动工具的电机转速保持在较高的第一目标转速，使得电动工具在进入重载状态前的工作效率得到提升。
