Abstract
本发明提供一种电动工具,包括:供电单元;无刷电机,包括定子和转子;逆变器电路,包括多个开关元件,开关元件进行开关动作以控制无刷电机的驱动;控制器,与逆变器电路和无刷电机电性连接,控制器包括负载检测模块,检测表明无刷电机工作负载的参数;当参数小于设定阈值时,控制器控制无刷电机保持第一目标转速;当参数大于或等于设定阈值时,控制器控制无刷电机保持第二目标转速;其中,第一目标转速大于第二目标转速。通过控制电动工具的电机转速保持在较低的第二目标转速,防止电动工具因重负载时电机转速波动较大而受损。通过控制电动工具的电机转速保持在较高的第一目标转速,使得电动工具在进入重载状态前的工作效率得到提升。
