Abstract

一种冰箱用饮料供给装置，可对储存在储存容器内的冷却水进行杀菌，即使长时间保存冷却水，也不会繁殖微生物。它包括设在本体内的一侧上所形成的储存室内的储存容器；设在隔断壁的一侧上所形成的固定突起内，可确认是否存放有储存容器的储存容器传感开关；设在横隔壁的一侧上，可对储存在上述储存容器内的冷却水进行杀菌的杀菌部件。

Description

冰箱的饮料供给装置
本发明涉及冰箱的饮料供给装置，特别是涉及在储存容器的上部设有放射紫外线的杀菌机构、以防止储存在储存容器内的冷却水被污染的冰箱用饮料供给装置。
通常使用的冰箱如图1所示，在冰箱本体10内的一侧设有储存室11，该储存室11的前面可通过门12来开闭储存室11。
现有技术提供的饮料供给装置是这样的，即在上述储存室11内的上侧存放有储存饮料的储存容器20，在不打开门12的情况下，可在储存容器20的一侧从外部将储存在储存容器20内的饮料取出。该饮料供给装置如图2所示，在储存容器20的下部一侧，设有抽取储存在储存容器20内的饮料的泵32，另外，在该泵32上连接有排出管33，该排出管33一直延长到储存室11的前面。
在与上述排出管33相对置的门12上，设有将排出管33排出的饮料收集起来的集水部35。在该集水部35的下端部，设有一端露在门12外侧的导管34，该导管把泵32抽取的冷却水导向门12的外部，在不打开门12的情况下，也可将储存在储存容器20内的冷却水引出来。
但是，具有这种结构的现有冰箱的饮料供给装置，根本不能提供用于杀灭储存在储存容器内的冷却水中的细菌的结构，因此，存在着难以长时间保存冷却水的问题。另外，现有冰箱用饮料供给装置还存在着下述问题，即密闭的不透明储存容器在长时间使用的情况下，冷却水中有可能产生异物或繁殖微生物。
因此，本发明是为了解决上述各种问题而开发的，本发明的目的是为了提供一种冰箱用的饮料供给装置，该装置可对储存在储存容器内的冷却水进行杀菌，即使长时间保存冷却水也不会繁殖微生物。
为了达到上述目的，本发明的冰箱用饮料供给装置，在冰箱本体内的一侧形成的储存室内设有冷水容器，并在横隔壁的一侧设有杀菌机构，用于对上述冷水容器内储存的冷却水进行杀菌。

下面参照附图就本发明冰箱用饮料供给装置的一个实施例进行详细说明。
本发明冰箱的饮料供给装置如图3所示，在冰箱本体10(参照图1)内的前面设有储存室11，通过门轴(图中未示出)设有可以开闭储存室11的门12。此外，上述储存室11通过横隔壁13上下划分为储存冷冻食品的空间和储存冷藏食品的空间。
在隔断壁14a的一侧设有储存容器传感开关19，用于检查是否存放了储存饮料(冷却水)的储存容器20。上述储存容器传感开关19装在设置在隔断壁14a一侧的固定突起18内，其一侧突出设置在储存容器20一侧，以便与储存容器接触。
在上述储存室11上安装有饮料供给装置，在不打开门12的情况下，可从外部取出储存在储存容器20内的饮料。
另外，如图3所示，储存容器20的形状呈上面敞开的箱形。在上述储存容器的下部，在相隔规定距离的位置上设有抽取泵32，通过连接在排水口21(该排水口是在储存容器20的后方形成的)上的吸入管31吸入储存容器20内的饮料。
在门12的一侧，设有用于确认是否供水的供水确认灯12a。在供水确认灯12a的下侧、与其相隔一定距离的位置上，设有露在门12外部的导管34，由泵抽取的饮料(冷却水)经过导管34排到本体10的外部。
上述泵32的一侧连接在排出管33的一端上，以便把抽取的饮料(冷却水)导向导管34。上述排出管33的另一端延长，当门12关闭时，这一端可达到导管34另一端的上侧。导管34的另一端上设有漏斗状的集水部35，该集水部35的作用是把排到排水管33另一端部的饮料导向导管34内。
在排水口21上设有阀36，当吸入管31的一端与排水口结合时该阀打开。阀36的作用是为了防止在存放或取出储存容器20时漏出饮料。
在位于储存容器20上部位置上的横隔壁13上，设有紫外线灯41，它可以向储存容器20内放射紫外线，对储存在该容器内的饮料进行杀菌。即如图3所示，在上述横隔壁13的规定部位上形成有设置槽15，将紫外线灯41安装在该设置槽15内。又如图4所示，在设置槽15的前后侧设有一对端子51，用于向紫外线灯41供电。
在上述横隔壁13的一侧(即设置槽15的上下两侧)上，穿设有孔16，用于固定固定件61(后述该固定件)。在孔16内，插设有用于固定固定件61的结合突起61a。也就是说，上述固定件61是以围绕紫外线灯41两端部的形式嵌插紫外线灯41的，结合突起61a嵌插在孔16内。
如图5所示，上述端子51连接在电线52上，该电线设在横隔壁13内。即在相对置的横隔壁13上形成有孔17，端子51从后端经过孔17延长到横隔壁13内，并连接在捆束件53上，该捆束件设在电线52的终端上。
下面，就具有上述构造的本发明一个实施例的冰箱用饮料供给装置的作用及效果进行说明。
如图3、图6所示，为了在不打开门12的状态下取出储存在储存容器20内的饮料(冷却水)，首先给冰箱的供电部5供电，当容器C向图3中的箭头所指方向移动时，边按压选择开关9、边排出饮料(冷却水)。也就是说，一旦按压选择开关9，泵32便动作，吸取储存在储存容器20内的饮料(冷却水)，该冷却水通过排出管道33、集水部35以及连接在集水部35下端的导管34而排到门12的外侧。
在储存在储存容器20内的冷却水排出之前，先用紫外线灯41放射的紫外线进行杀菌处理。即，一旦紫外线灯41通电，该紫外线灯41便往储存容器20内放射紫外线，对该容器内储存的冷却水进行杀菌，以防止饮料(冷却水)受污染。
如上所述，本发明的一个实施例的冰箱用饮料供给装置具有以下优点，即由于用紫外线对储存的冷却水进行杀菌，所以即使长时间储存冷却水，也可以防止冷却水受污染，不会产生臭味等。

Claims (7)

1、一种冰箱用饮料供给装置，可在冰箱外侧从设置在冰箱内侧的储存容器内将饮料(冷却水)取出，其特征在于，它是由以下几部分构成的：储存容器，该容器设置在冰箱本体内的一侧所形成的储存室内；储存容器传感开关，该开关设在隔断壁一侧上所形成的固定突起内，可确认是否放置有所述储存容器；杀菌部件，杀菌部件设在横隔壁的一侧，可对储存在储存容器内的冷却水进行杀菌。
2、如权利要求1所述的冰箱用饮料供给装置，其特征在于，所述储存容器传感开关设在固定突起的内侧，该固定突起设在隔断壁的规定部位上。
3、如权利要求1所述的冰箱用饮料供给装置，其特征在于，所述杀菌部件是放射紫外线的紫外线灯。
4、如权利要求3所述的冰箱用饮料供给装置，其特征在于，所述紫外线灯插设在横隔壁一侧上所形成的设置槽内，并用具有紧固作用的固定件固定起来。
5、如权利要求4所述的冰箱用饮料供给装置，其特征在于，在所述设置槽内侧的规定部位上，至少要设置一个以上为紫外线灯供电的端子。
6、如权利要求5所述的冰箱用饮料供给装置，其特征在于，所述端子是相互可以拆开地固定在捆束件上，该捆束件连接在电线上。
7、如权利要求6所述的冰箱用饮料供给装置，其特征在于，所述端子及捆束件是插设在横隔壁一侧所形成的孔内，并被固定住。
