The invention adopts the mode of firstly granulating the antibiotic-free feed main body and then wrapping the Chinese herbal medicine additive for molding, so that the feed is reasonably prepared according with the growth and physiological characteristics of the laying hens, the feed intake is ensured and improved, the feed is safe and nontoxic, and the economic benefit of laying hen breeding is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of livestock and poultry feed, in particular to a preparation method of feed for improving egg laying of antibiotic-free eggs.
Background
Laying hens are special laying hens for laying eggs, a large amount of feed is needed in the modern batch breeding process, various feed additives are more and more, such as antibiotics and other chemical synthetic drugs which are beneficial to improving the disease resistance of the laying hens, but the long-term large-amount use of the feed additives can cause the problems of drug resistance enhancement and large amount of drug residues, influence the quality of the eggs, and cause harm to human health through a food chain.
Therefore, the demand of antibiotic-free breeding in the modern breeding process is higher and higher, namely, except veterinary medicine for treating and preventing epidemic diseases, antibiotics are not added into the feed as a feed additive in the breeding process, but antibiotic-free breeding can also cause the inflammation and incidence of intestinal diseases and the like of livestock and poultry to be improved, the growth speed and the egg yield are influenced, the existing partial treatment mode regulates and strengthens the physique of the livestock and poultry through Chinese herbal medicines, and most of the Chinese herbal medicines have the advantages of no drug resistance and small toxic and side effects and are concerned by people, so that the antibiotic-free breeding feed is used for animal breeding and plays a certain role in the aspects of preventing diseases, accelerating growth, improving production performance, improving product quality and the like.
The existing chicken compound feed disclosed in Chinese patent publication No. CN105076860A and the preparation method thereof provide a chicken compound feed which uses rhodiola rosea as a main feed and compounds other plant feeds to improve the nutritional value of the feed and promote the healthy growth of chickens, and meanwhile, traditional Chinese medicine components are added to improve the disease resistance of the chickens, improve the immunity of the chickens and prevent common diseases in the chicken growth process, so that the growth speed of the chickens is improved, the nutritional value of the chicken is also improved, other chemical additives are not needed to be added, the chicken compound feed is safe and non-toxic, most of the feeds added with the Chinese herbal medicines are directly mixed with a nonreactive feed main body for granulation, on one hand, flexible mixing and processing according to different feeding requirements are inconvenient, certain cost can be increased due to the addition of large amount of the Chinese herbal medicines, the flavor of the feed can be influenced due to the direct addition of the mixed Chinese herbal medicines, the palatability of the feed is not favorable for improving and ensuring the feed intake, and the feeding effect is influenced.
Aiming at the problems, the preparation method is innovatively designed on the basis of the original preparation method of the feed for improving the egg laying of the non-antibiotic eggs.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a feed for improving the egg laying of non-antibiotic eggs, and aims to solve the problems that the feed for laying hens in the background technology has serious antibiotic residue, the processing and blending of the non-antibiotic traditional Chinese medicine feed are inflexible, the flavor of the feed is influenced, and the improvement of the feed intake is not facilitated and the feed intake is ensured.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a preparation method of a feed for improving the egg laying of nonreactive eggs;
the feed comprises antibiotic-free feed components and blending additive components;
the antibiotic-free feed component comprises corn, corn vinasse protein feed, wheat, bean pulp, soybean oil, salt, mountain flour and calcium hydrophosphate;
the blending and adding components comprise shrimp and crab shells and plant fiber mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder;
the preparation method comprises the following specific steps:
s1, pre-crushing corn, wheat and bean pulp by a crusher, carrying out starch saccharification treatment after 60-200-mesh sieving, and drying and crushing again to obtain fine powder;
s2, adding the fine powder of the corn, the wheat and the bean pulp crushed in the S1 and the protein feed of the corn vinasse, the salt, the stone powder and the calcium hydrophosphate into a mixer, and mixing for 3-5min to obtain a semi-finished product for later use;
s3, pre-mixing the refined shrimp and crab shell powder and the fermented plant fiber mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder for later use, wherein the refined shrimp and crab shell powder accounts for 10% -25%;
s4, after the semi-finished product in the S2 is sent to a granulator for granulation, soybean oil is sprayed by a grease spraying machine, then the premixed powder in the S3 is added to enable the semi-finished product particles and the premixed powder to be fully mixed and uniformly wrapped, and the semi-finished product particles and the premixed powder are sent to a dryer for drying treatment, wherein the addition amount of the premixed powder is 5% -15% of the total weight;
and S5, the dried feed is detected to be qualified and then is sent into an automatic packaging line for automatic packaging, finished product packaging is carried out according to the proportion specification of the antibiotic-free feed components and the blending and adding components, and the finished product feed is placed in a shady and cool place for storage after being shaded, ventilated and dried.
Preferably, the antibiotic-free feed comprises 60-80 parts of corn, 30-50 parts of wheat, 5-15 parts of corn distillers' grain protein feed, 30-40 parts of bean pulp, 9-11 parts of soybean oil, 0.5-1 part of salt, 1-5 parts of stone powder and 1-5 parts of calcium hydrophosphate.
Preferably, the preparation process of the refined shrimp and crab shell powder comprises the following steps:
a1, performing damp heat treatment on fresh shrimp and crab shells at 110-130 ℃ for 20-30min, and then crushing and sieving by a 30-mesh sieve to obtain crude crab shell powder;
b1, adding a 10% hydrochloric acid solution into the shrimp and crab shell powder according to a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:5, continuously stirring at 20-30 ℃ for 40-60min, filtering, and washing filter residues with clear water for 1-2 times;
and C1, drying the cleaned filter residue, crushing and sieving by a 60-mesh sieve to obtain the refined shrimp and crab shell powder.
Preferably, the plant fiber mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder comprises bamboo leaves, pine needles, codonopsis pilosula, burdock, purslane, houttuynia cordata, marigold and liquorice.
Preferably, the plant fiber mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder comprises 20-30 parts of bamboo leaves, 10-20 parts of pine needles, 9-13 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 15-25 parts of burdock, 15-25 parts of purslane, 15-25 parts of houttuynia cordata, 10-20 parts of marigold and 20-30 parts of liquorice.
Preferably, the plant fiber mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder is subjected to fermentation treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine plant fiber is mixed, and the fermentation treatment process is implemented by adding lactobacillus, clostridium butyricum and bacillus licheniformis for liquid fermentation, wherein the fermentation temperature is 37 ℃, and the continuous fermentation is carried out for 24-48h.
