Abstract

一种用以调节机动车座垫高度的装置,具有:一胶胎,置于座垫下面;一压力传感器,置于胶胎下面,随加在座垫上的负荷作向上或向下的移动;一第一开关和第二开关,随压力传感器的信号选择性地操作一压缩机和一真空泵;一限制开关,在接触胶胎时断开第一开关。

Description

机动车座垫高度调节装置
本发明涉及机动车车座高度调节装置,具体地说,涉及用以通过压缩空气供管使机动车车座高度保持恒定不变的装置,使车座高度不随乘员体重而变。
一般来说,机动车具有两个前座和一置于车身底板上的后座。通常前座分成两个座而后座是由两个座合成的一个长形座。
车座带有安全带,用以在交通事故中系住乘员,车座顶部装有头靠。
在现有车座中,座垫高度随车座上司机的体重而变,致使司机坐点高度是变动的。如司机较重,司机坐点下降,司机的姿势就不稳。
因此,本发明力求解决现有车座中存在的上述问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种高度恒定的车座,这种车座不随车座上乘员的体重而变,从而可提高车座的舒适感。
为达到以上目的,本发明提供一种用以调节车座高度的装置,其中包括乘员可在上面斜靠的座垫以及头靠,装置具有:
一胶胎,置于座垫下面;
一压力传感器,置于胶胎下面,随加在座垫上的负荷作向上或向下的移动;
一第一开关和第二开关,随压力传感器的信号选择性地操作一压缩机和一真空泵;
一限制开关,在接触胶胎时断开第一开关。
作为说明书一部分的附图示出本发明的一优选实施例,连同说明书用以对本发明的原理作出说明。

现对本发明附图所示示例性优选实施例说明如下。附图中相同标号对应于相同构件。
图1示出普通前车座的结构,前座由乘员坐在上面的座垫12和乘员可斜靠在上面的靠背14构成。靠背14相对于座垫12的角度可按乘员的体型调节。在靠背14的顶部装有头靠16。
在座垫12下面设有胶胎18,在胶胎18下面装有压力传感杆20。压力传感杆20随乘员体重上下移动而操作第一开关22和第二开关24。通过对第一开关22或第二开关24的操作使压缩空气充入胶胎18或放入大气。
如果在座垫12上的负荷超过一定值(约50kg),压力传感杆20就向下移动如图2和5所示而操作开关22和24。在座垫12下面装有限制开关26、28,用以在胶胎18接触限制开关26、28时自动地断开第一开关22。
图4胶胎18通过压缩机30所供给的压缩空气而鼓胀或由于真空泵32使胶胎18内的空气排放而收缩,从而使座垫12的坐点保持在恒定高度上。
图5示出本发明所用压力传感器的结构,构成压力传感器的压力杆20用双点线表示。
如图5所示,压力传感器具有压力传感杆20、由压力传感杆20移动而移动支架36的板件34和由支架36移动而操作压力板40的杆38,从而使第一开关22和第二开关24中之一作选择性接通。
支架36在箱体44的枢转销42上作枢转安装。在杆38的端部设有齿46,用以与在箱体44上作枢转安装的导向齿轮48啮合。
因此,在压力传感杆20向下移动时,支架36绕枢转销42转动而牵拉杆38。杆38向左移动如放大图5所示而使压力板40与第一开关22接触。第一开关22就操作压缩机32而将压缩空气供入胶胎18。胶胎18就鼓胀而抬高座垫12的上表面。此时,与齿46啮合的导向齿轮48对杆38的移动进行导向。
在胶胎18鼓胀而抬高时,在座垫12表面下的限制开关26、28就与胶胎18接触,限制开关26、28因而断开第一开关22。因此,压缩机停机,压缩空气停止供入胶胎18。
另外,如果座垫12上的乘员下车,杆38就通过装在箱44内壁和杆38之间的弹簧50返回到原处。压力板40就与第二开关24接触而使真空泵32操作,从而抽出胶胎18内的空气。
因此,胶胎18收缩而使座垫12的高度返回到原位。这样,座垫12的坐点始终保持在恒定的高度上。
图6示出优选实施例的控制电路。控制电路具有:第一开关22,用以操作将压缩空气供入胶胎18的压缩机30;第二开关24,用以在压力传感杆20向上移动而接触第二开关24时启动真空泵32而抽出胶胎18内的空气;限制开关26、28,用以在接触胶胎18时断开第一开关22。
在限制开关26、28的端头向下移动时,第一开关22接通而使压缩机30操作。反之,在限制开关26、28的端头向上移动时,第一开关22断开,压缩机30停机,第二开关24接通而使真空泵32操作。因此,胶胎18的内压保持在恒定值上,座垫的坐点始终保持在恒定高度上。

Claims (5)

1.一种用以调节机动车座垫高度的装置,其中包括乘员坐在上面的座垫和乘员可斜靠在上面的座靠,装置具有:
一胶胎,置于座垫下面;
一压力传感器,置于胶胎下面,随加在座垫上的负荷作向上或向下的移动;
一第一开关和一第二开关,随压力传感器的信号选择性地操作一压缩机和一真空泵;
一限制开关,在接触胶胎时断开第一开关。
2.按权利要求1所述用以调节机动车座垫高度的装置,其中:压力传感器具有一压力传感杆、一由压力传感杆移动而移动一支架的板件,和一由支架移动而操作一压力板的杆件,从而使第一开关和第二开关中之一选择性地接通。
3.按权利要求1所述用以调节机动车座垫高度的装置,其中:在箱体内壁和杆件之间设有一回位弹簧。
4.按权利要求1所述用以调节机动车座垫高度的装置,其中:支架通过一枢转销在箱体上作枢转安装。
5.按权利要求1所述用以调节机动车座垫高度的装置,其中:在杆件端部设有齿体,齿体与一在箱体上作枢转安装的导向齿轮啮合。
