Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a composition for preventing selenium sulfide from changing color and shampoo using the composition, and belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals.
Background
More than 50% of the world population suffers from dandruff, young people are a number of people and the disease is severe, usually male with higher morbidity than female, and old people and children with lower morbidity. The possible factors of dandruff are numerous and mutually influence, and once a loop is changed in the balance of micro-ecology-barrier function-sebum secretion, the chain reaction is likely to occur, so that dandruff is caused.
Current treatments for dandruff have focused mainly on the use of antifungal lotions to achieve bacteriostatic (malassezia) anti-dandruff effects. With the continuous and thorough research on dandruff mechanisms, the anti-dandruff mode should be changed correspondingly, and besides the functions of washing away dandruff and inhibiting excessive microorganisms, the repairing of the barrier function of the stratum corneum of the scalp and the influence of sebum should be paid attention to.
Selenium sulfide has pharmacological effects of resisting seborrhea, inhibiting proliferation of malassezia, and resisting epidermosis, and has good therapeutic effects on dandruff and scalp seborrheic dermatitis. But selenium disulfide can turn black at high temperature, which is a great difficulty in selenium disulfide application, and currently, the prior art products mainly cover the color change phenomenon by using methods such as color mixing and the like. Thus, solving the discoloration of selenium sulfide is an urgent problem to be solved nowadays.
CN111544332a discloses an anti-dandruff shampoo and a preparation method thereof, the components of which comprise anionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant, amphoteric surfactant, pearlizing agent, hair conditioner, viscosity regulator, stabilizer, buffering agent, first anti-dandruff agent comprising selenium sulphide and the balance of water, and the product is easy to change color.
CN114159322a discloses a selenium sulphide shampoo and a method for improving the stability of the selenium sulphide shampoo, the components of which comprise selenium sulphide, panthenol, salicylic acid, disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, a surfactant, a hair conditioner, a solvent, a preservative and a pH regulator. Disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate is used to prevent selenium sulfide from changing color, however, the material has irritation to mucosa and upper respiratory tract, and also has irritation to eyes and skin. And are not suitable for use in shampoos.
CN114788788A discloses a selenium sulphide wrapping technology and selenium sulphide shampoo, and the selenium sulphide system obtained by mixing and preprocessing selenium sulphide, salicylic acid, a silane coupling agent, an acid solution and silicone oil solves the problem that selenium sulphide is easy to change color, and has the advantages of complex process and high cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a composition for preventing selenium sulfide from changing color and shampoo, and aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, the problem of selenium sulfide changing color can be solved by using zinc salt and selenium sulfide in combination, the cost is low, and zinc salt can also cooperate with selenium sulfide to control the bacteria and oil.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows: a composition for preventing selenium sulfide from changing color comprises zinc salt and selenium sulfide in a mass ratio of 0.1-30:0.1-2.5, wherein the zinc salt is one or more of zinc salt surfactant, PCA zinc, zinc sulfate and zinc gluconate, and the zinc salt surfactant is one or more of coconut oil alcohol polyether sulfate zinc, zinc oleate and zinc undecylenate; preferably zinc cocopolyether sulfate or zinc PCA. The shampoo adopting the composition can effectively overcome the high-temperature discoloration of selenium sulfide.
The shampoo for preventing selenium sulfide from changing color comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 to 13 parts of the composition for preventing selenium sulfide from changing color, 0.05 to 0.2 part of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, 17 to 37 parts of surfactant, 0.3 to 0.5 part of hair conditioner, 0.3 to 0.7 part of thickener, 0.6 to 1.2 part of preservative, 50 to 66 parts of solvent deionized water, 0.15 to 0.35 part of pH regulator sodium hydroxide and 1 to 8 parts of suspending agent. On the basis of overcoming the high-temperature discoloration of selenium sulfide, the oil control and anti-dandruff effects are excellent.
The invention has the advantages that: the components are reasonably designed, the problem of color change of selenium sulfide at high temperature is solved, and the production cost is low; meanwhile, zinc ions can destroy the activity of bacterial cell synthetase, so that bacteria cannot reproduce and grow, and the selenium sulfide synergistic antibacterial oil control agent is used for controlling bacteria.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples and embodiments.
Examples 1 to 5
100g of anti-dandruff shampoo comprising a coco polyether sulfate zinc-selenium disulfide composition was prepared using the following materials:
。
the preparation process comprises the following steps:
step 1: adding a proper amount of deionized water, polyquaternium-10 and disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate into a beaker, heating to 80-85 ℃, and uniformly stirring for dissolution;
step 2: step 1, after uniformly stirring, sequentially adding sodium laureth sulfate, zinc coco polyether sulfate, monoethanolamide cocoate, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium dodecyl sulfate, PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate and benzoic acid, and after uniformly stirring and dissolving, starting to cool to below 40 ℃;
step 3: dispersing acrylic acid (ester) copolymer with three times of water to form dispersion liquid for standby;
step 4: cooling to below 40 ℃, adding the acrylic acid (ester) copolymer dispersion prepared in the step 3, stirring uniformly, and then adding phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerol, stirring uniformly;
step 5: adding selenium sulfide, stirring, dissolving sodium hydroxide, adjusting pH to 5.5-6.0, homogenizing at 6000r for 10 min, and mixing to obtain the final product.
The finished products prepared in examples 1-5 were subjected to a color change test:
the testing method comprises the following steps: the finished products prepared in examples 1 to 5 were placed in an oven at 25℃and 50℃respectively, and the discoloration was observed for 48 hours.
Test results: the finished products prepared in examples 1-5 have no obvious change at 25 ℃; the higher the zinc cocopolyether sulfate content in the finished product prepared in examples 1-5 at 50 ℃, the more stable the color.
Examples 6 to 10
100g of anti-dandruff shampoo comprising a PCA zinc-selenium sulphide composition was prepared using the following materials:
。
the preparation process was identical except that the added zinc cocopolyether sulfate was replaced with zinc PCA.
The finished products prepared in examples 6-10 were subjected to a color change test:
the testing method comprises the following steps: the finished products prepared in examples 6 to 10 were placed in an oven at 25℃and 50℃respectively, and the discoloration was observed for 48 hours.
Test results: the finished products prepared in examples 6-10 have no obvious change at 25 ℃; the higher the PCA zinc content in the finished product prepared in examples 6-10 at 50℃, the more stable the color.
The finished product prepared in the example 1 is subjected to efficacy test, and experiments prove that the product can inhibit bacteria, remove dandruff and control oil. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
