Description

Detachable large-capacity container
Technical Field
The present invention relates to shipping containers, i.e. to detachable large capacity containers with end loading, side loading or top loading for storing and transporting cargo by rail, road and sea transport.
Background
The existing problems associated with the complexity of container transport have not been solved by a comprehensive solution: the shipping of disassembled containers is not usually used because it is a complicated, lengthy and economically unreasonable process, which is why shipping containers in assembled form results in large sums of money and effort being spent on shipping because one truck can only ship one large assembled container, while the same truck can haul four or more disassembled containers.
Containers manufactured according to standard manufacturing schemes are well known: they consist of a base, a roof, a space frame, side walls, a rear end wall and a front end wall, while the side walls and the end walls are made of various profiled sheets welded together, while the walls and the roof are connected by welding and/or bolting (see https:// clockwork.
The design drawbacks of containers of the above type are evident: assembly and disassembly take a long time, and therefore, they are inconvenient to transport in disassembled form: firstly, a space frame consisting of a rack and a cross beam needs to be built; secondly, the top plate and the bottom plate need to be welded and/or bolted; it is then necessary to proceed to cover the frame with a set of profiled sheets welded together and to install the door.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention is based on the elimination of these disadvantages.
It is the technical effect of the claimed invention to accelerate and simplify the assembly and disassembly of containers so that they can be transported in disassembled form.
This technical effect is achieved by the proposed demountable large volume container comprising: four vertical supports at the corners of the container, to which the container walls are attached; horizontal beams mounted between vertical supports on the upper part of the front side of the container, while the two side walls and the rear wall are made of solid SIN beams consisting of an upper chord, a lower chord and a corrugated wall between the chords. The floor is mounted between the side walls of the lower section while the roof is mounted on the upper section, and the walls and roof of the container are mounted by tongue and groove latch assemblies secured to the respective interacting components of the container.
The tongue and groove latch assembly is comprised of a first tongue extending along the entire surface of the first component and a mating groove extending along the entire surface of the second component, which when interconnected form the latch assembly.
The tongue and groove of the tongue and groove latch assembly are rigidly secured to the respective interacting components of the container.
The upper chord and the lower chord of the SIN beam are made of straight steel strips.
Alternatively, the upper and lower chords of the SIN beam are made of U-shaped steel profiles.
Alternatively, the upper and lower chords of the SIN beam are made of square/rectangular steel profiles.
Alternatively, the upper and lower chords of the SIN beam are made of polygonal steel profiles, or welded profiles of various shapes and cross-sections.
Preferably, the container should include a door mounted at the front thereof.
A floor made of a beam with a finish coating is mounted between the side walls of the lower section.
Alternatively, a floor plate made of cross beams is mounted in the frame.

Detailed Description
The proposed demountable large-volume shipping container has four vertical supports 1 at the container corners. The vertical supports 1 are usually made of square/rectangular steel pipes, but they may also have different designs, for example in the form of pipes, angle bars, etc. The horizontal beam 2 is mounted between the vertical supports 1 of the upper section of the front side of the container. The horizontal beam 2 with the vertical support 1 forms an opening (not shown in the figures) for mounting a door.
The two side walls 5 and the rear wall 6 mounted between the vertical supports 1 are made of a continuous SIN beam consisting of an upper chord 7, a lower chord 8 and a corrugated wall 9 between the assigned chords 7, 8. Typically, the corrugated wall 9 is welded to the upper and lower chords 7,8 of the beam.
A beam with a corrugated wall (SIN beam) is a beam in which corrugations of various shapes have been created in the wall to increase its local stability. Due to the profiled wall, the structure effectively absorbs bending loads. Under statistical loading conditions, the beam operates according to a particular scheme in which bending moments and normal forces are absorbed by the chords, while transverse forces are absorbed by the corrugated walls.
The manufacturing process of the SIN beam realizes the greatest degree of automation in a production workshop and is suitable for units with any size. The configuration of the corrugated wall 9 is made by rolling from rolled steel plate in the transverse direction to a desired size according to the height of the container, thus forming a shape along the length and height of the container. The corrugated wall 9 has a generally sinusoidal shape.
A floor 3 made of a beam with a facing coating (not shown in the drawings) is mounted between the lower side walls 5, for example in the form of moisture-proof plywood. The top plate 4 is located in the upper section. The floor 3 and roof 4, which are made of cross beams, can be mounted in a frame (not shown in the figures) in order to speed up the mounting of the container during its assembly and disassembly.
The design of the container walls 5,6 made of a single corrugated wall 9 with upper and lower chords 7,8 (as compared to known individual profiled sheets assembled in a space frame) has operational advantages due to the rigid connection of the wall 9 to the chords 7,8, the integrity of the wall 9 (there are no points of weakness in a solid wall), and the location of the wall 9 intermediate the planes of the chords 7,8 (which ensures the most even load distribution). Moreover, thanks to the continuity of the structure of the walls 5,6 (single-screen walls), they can be easily and quickly mounted to the support 1 of the container, ensuring a suitable speed of assembly of the structure. The walls 5,6 combine the container carrying and closing functions. Furthermore, it is acceptable that the vertical supports 1 are rigidly attached to the walls 5,6 of the container to speed up the assembly and disassembly of the container.
At the same time, constructing the upper and lower chords from U-shaped or square/rectangular steel profiles will additionally provide an increase in structural rigidity. The upper and lower chords may be made of polygonal steel profiles or welded profiles of various shapes and cross-sections.
The walls 5,6 and roof 4 of the container are mounted to the respective interacting parts of the container by means of tongue and groove latch assemblies. The tongue and groove latch assembly consists of a first tongue 11 extending along the entire surface of the first part and a matching groove 10 extending along the entire surface of the second part, which when connected to each other form the latch assembly. The matching groove 10 and tongue 11 of the tongue-and-groove latch assembly are rigidly fixed to the respective interacting parts of the container. The shape of the tongue and groove latch (according to fig. 3, 4) can be different without limiting the scope of the rights provided by the figures.
Constructing the walls 5,6 of the container from these SIN beams will significantly reduce the number of elements during assembly and disassembly of the container, which in turn will significantly reduce the complexity of the work during manufacture of the container, thereby reducing container assembly and disassembly time.
The quick release tongue and groove latch assembly, which allows the walls 5,6 and roof 4 of the container to be installed with one movement on the respective load bearing structure of the container, helps to speed up and simplify assembly and disassembly thereof. The construction of the walls of this design and the use of tongue and groove latch assemblies will allow shipping containers in a demountable fashion, as assembly does not require much time and can be performed on site in a short period of time. The connecting elements of the container are also treated with a sealant to avoid any seams and cracks.
The proposed invention thus ensures an acceleration and simplification of the assembly and disassembly of the container in order to simplify its transport.
