Experimental example: the effect of cistanche deserticola beverage on relaxing bowels is researched.
In the experimental example, a mouse constipation model is established by adopting diphenoxylate, and the defecation condition of the mouse is observed by feeding the cistanche deserticola beverage of each example, so as to investigate the bowel relaxing effect of the cistanche deserticola beverage.
The specific experimental method is as follows.
70 healthy male Kunming mice are selected, the weight is 22 to 25g, and the mice are normally fed for 1 week and are adaptive to the environment. The groups were randomly divided into a blank group, a model group (compound diphenoxylate, 20 mg/kg), a positive control group (senna decoction, 2 g/L) and example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4 groups, each group containing 10 animals. The test substance is administrated to each dosage group by oral gavage, and distilled water with the same amount is administrated to the blank control group and the model group, and the gavage is respectively carried out 1 time in the morning and at the evening and 1ml each time for 14 days continuously.
After the last gavage, each group of mice fasted without water supply 12 h, and except for the blank control group, the other group of mice were gavaged with compound diphenoxylate. 30 After min, the corresponding test substances are respectively and again gavaged. red date extract: 1-4 parts;
rose extract: 0.1-0.5 part;
inulin: 1-6 parts;
citric acid: 0.01-0.05 part;
white granulated sugar: 5-15 parts.

The preparation method of the cistanche health-preserving beverage for relaxing bowel, expelling toxin and beautifying features according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: every 100 parts of the beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
cistanche deserticola extract: 1-2 parts;
red date extract: 2-4 parts;
rose extract: 0.1-0.3 part;
inulin: 1-3 parts;
citric acid: 0.02-0.04 part;
white granulated sugar: 5-10 parts.

cistanche deserticola extract: 1 part;

white granulated sugar: 8 parts.

step (2) water decoction: decocting herba cistanches, fructus Jujubae and flos Rosae Rugosae with 10 times of pure water respectively, decocting herba cistanches and fructus Jujubae for 1 hr, decocting flos Rosae Rugosae for 15 min, filtering to obtain filtrate, decocting with 8 times of pure water for 0.5 hr, filtering to obtain filtrate, collecting the decoctions, sieving with 400 mesh sieve to remove insoluble substances to obtain extractive solution;

A. respectively dissolving the cistanche extract, the red date extract and the rose extract in the formula amount by 5-10 times of water to obtain mixed soup;
B. dissolving inulin with 5-10 times of water to obtain inulin solution;
C. mixing the mixed soup in the step A with the inulin solution, adding white granulated sugar and citric acid, adding water to a constant volume of 100 parts, uniformly stirring, and homogenizing to obtain the inulin preparation.
