一种显示基板和显示装置。该显示基板包括：衬底基板；以及栅极驱动电路，栅极驱动电路包括多个移位寄存器单元，每个移位寄存器单元包括：输入电路、控制电路、输出电路和输出降噪电路，控制电路包括第一晶体管(T5)、第二晶体管(T8)和第三晶体管(T7)，第一晶体管(T5)的第一极与第二节点(P2)连接，第二晶体管(T8)的第一极与第三节点(P3)连接，第二晶体管(T8)的第二极与第一电压线连接以接收第一电压，第二晶体管(T8)的栅极与第一节点(P1)连接，第三晶体管(T7)的第一极与第三节点(P3)连接，第一晶体管(T5)的有源层、第二晶体管(T8)的有源层和第三晶体管(T7)的有源层中的至少两个在第一方向上延伸且在第一方向上排列。
