Abstract
一种SpyCatcher肽修饰的载体,固定了蛋白质的载体以及蛋白固定化方法。所述方法包括将SpyCatcher肽与载体连接以获得SpyCatcher肽修饰的载体,然后基于SpyCatcher‑SpyTag反应,将含有SpyTag的目的蛋白固定在SpyCatcher修饰的载体上。使用该方法的蛋白固定化过程快速、条件温和、不需要额外的化学试剂,固定化效率和活性回收率高,均一性好。
