Abstract

一种SpyCatcher肽修饰的载体，固定了蛋白质的载体以及蛋白固定化方法。所述方法包括将SpyCatcher肽与载体连接以获得SpyCatcher肽修饰的载体，然后基于SpyCatcher‑SpyTag反应，将含有SpyTag的目的蛋白固定在SpyCatcher修饰的载体上。使用该方法的蛋白固定化过程快速、条件温和、不需要额外的化学试剂，固定化效率和活性回收率高，均一性好。
