Abstract
一种样本前处理系统(1),包括样本存储模块(10)、样本转移模块(20)、脱合盖模块(30)、传输模块(40)、移液模块(50)和控制模块。样本存储模块(10)存储装载有生物样本的容器(2)。样本转移模块(20)抓取位于样本存储模块(10)的容器(2)并转移至传输模块(40)上。传输模块(40)将容器(2)分别传输至脱合盖模块(30)以及移液模块(50)。脱合盖模块(30)对传输模块(40)上的容器(2)的识别码进行扫描,还将容器(2)的盖体(202)与容器(2)本体分离。移液模块(50)将传输模块(40)上容器(2)内的生物样本进行分杯。脱合盖模块(30)还在生物样本被分杯后,将抓取的盖体(202)重新盖合于传输模块(40)上的容器本体(201)上。样本转移模块(20)还在盖体(202)被重新盖合后,将传输模块(40)上的容器(2)转移回样本存储模块(10)。控制模块控样本转移模块(20)、脱合盖模块(30)、传输模块(40)和移液模块(50)协同作业。
