Abstract
The invention discloses a two-in-one washing drier for a dish washer and a manufacturing method thereof, belonging to the field of washing driers; in order to solve the problem that the existing two-in-one washing drier is poor in decontamination capability or drying effect, the invention provides a mode that disodium lauroyl glutamate and fatty alcohol alkoxylate are matched with high-foaming type starch alkyl polyglycoside citrate, and sodium cumyl sulfonate is used as a solubilizer for adjustment, so that the foaming performance of the high-foaming type starch alkyl polyglycoside citrate is remarkably reduced, the good decontamination performance is kept, the surface tension of tableware is reduced, water flow is not easy to adsorb on the surface of the tableware, the formation of liquid stripes is avoided, and the tableware drying treatment is facilitated.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing drier, and particularly relates to a two-in-one washing drier for a dish washer and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
Dirt and cleaning are widely concerned topics in the food field, and compared with hand washing tableware, the automatic dish washing machine has the advantages of saving physical strength, convenience and water, and is widely applied to unit canteens such as hotels, institutions, schools, factories and the like.
The washing process of the traditional dishwasher includes several procedures with different functions, which are generally divided into soaking, pre-washing, main washing, rinsing, disinfecting and drying, wherein the pre-washing liquid and the main washing liquid are respectively used for removing massive food residues and further thoroughly cleaning and removing grease, the main function of the drier is to neutralize residual alkali of the washing liquid, accelerate drying, reduce speckles and stripes on the surface of tableware, and defoam and foam inhibition in a dish washing groove.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a two-in-one washing and drying agent for a dishwasher, which has good washing and drying effects, is mild and has no irritation.

Experimental example 2 stain removal Performance test
The stain removal performance tests were performed on examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4, according to the foam position method of appendix B of the national standard GB9985-2000 dishwashing detergent.
Wherein, the preparation of the standard dish washing detergent comprises the following steps: weighing 50% of water with mass concentration, 15% of LAS, 5% of absolute ethyl alcohol and 5% of urea, mixing and stirring uniformly, adjusting the pH to 7-8 by using hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide, and adding water to 100%.
250mg/L hard water: 24.7g of magnesium sulfate and 16.7g of calcium chloride are accurately weighed to prepare 10L of solution, wherein the solution is about 2500mg/L of hard water, and when the solution is used, 1L of solution is taken to be washed to 10L, namely 250mg/L of hard water.
The cleaning materials of the detergent are respectively cleaned by distilled water and hard water of 250mg/L, and dishes with the same specification are selected, and the detergency is tested.
As shown in fig. 1, the detergent prepared by using the present invention has better detergency in both distilled water and hard water, while comparative examples 1 to 3 all show reduced detergency, so that the fatty alcohol alkoxylate, disodium lauroyl glutamate and starch alkyl polyglycoside citrate have synergistic effects, while the synergistic effects of the fatty alcohol alkoxylate and disodium lauroyl glutamate on dodecyl glucoside are not significant.
Experimental example 3 measurement of foaming Properties
The foaming performance test was performed on the standard dish detergent, examples 1 to 3, and comparative examples 1 to 3, and the test sample was diluted 10 times, and 5mL was measured and placed in a 100mL measuring cylinder, 250mg/L of hard water was added to 100mL, and added to a 500mL stoppered measuring cylinder, and the foam height of the sample solution at the initial, 5 minutes, and 10 minutes was measured by shaking up and down uniformly 20 times with the same force and rhythm.
As shown in figure 2, the use of fatty alcohol alkoxylates, disodium lauroyl glutamate, significantly reduced the foaming performance of the starch alkylpolyglycoside citrate, but still had good detergency, suitable for use in a dishwasher. .
Experimental example 4 drying speed test
The drying speed is also an important indicator for evaluating the performance of the drier product. The stainless steel metal test piece is used for replacing stainless steel tableware, firstly, the working fluid is heated to 80 ℃, then the stainless steel metal test piece is immersed in the working fluid for about 30s, the time required by taking out the test piece until the water film is completely volatilized is recorded to evaluate the drying performance of different working fluids, and each working fluid is tested for 3 test pieces repeatedly to reduce errors.
As shown in FIG. 3, the washing drier prepared by the present invention has a fast drying speed of about 15-20s, which improves the drying speed of the washing drier.
Experimental example 5 scratch test
And (4) taking out the dinner plate to be tested immediately after the dish washer is washed, and observing the trace condition on the dinner plate by naked eyes after the dinner plate is completely dried. The judgment standard is as follows: let light penetrate dinner plate directly, the contained angle between sight and the dinner plate is about 20, observes to have a large amount of scars on the dinner plate to be 5 grades, and half area has the scar to be 4 grades on the dinner plate, and only the dinner plate lower extreme leaves the scar to be 3 grades, and only there is a small amount of scars in dinner plate center to be 2 and, and whole dinner plate only has sporadic pox mark or does not have any trace to be 1 grade.
As shown in FIG. 4, the washing drier prepared by the invention has low grade of residual mark, and the fatty alcohol alkoxylate and disodium lauroyl glutamate have synergistic effect on dodecyl glucoside
