The preparation method is simple, the relevant preparation raw materials are mixed and filled, the economic cost is low, and the industrial production can be realized.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of preparation of whitening toothpaste, A61Q11/00, in particular to anhydrous toothpaste for whitening and removing stains on teeth and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Toothpaste is usually prepared from an abrasive, a humectant, a thickening agent, a sweetening agent, essence, a foaming agent and the like, is an essential daily article for cleaning teeth and protecting oral cavity of people, and with the improvement of the function of the toothpaste, some special active substances are widely used, but the active substances have extremely high activity and are easy to react with water to cause the performance inactivation of the active substances, and the effective action of the toothpaste is reduced and even goes bad in the use process. Therefore, the anhydrous toothpaste is proposed to effectively avoid the problems, but the problems of compatibility and stability of each component of the anhydrous toothpaste need to be improved.
Patent CN202011606448.X discloses an anhydrous effervescent whitening toothpaste, which comprises an abrasive, a humectant, a binder, a foaming agent, a sweetening agent, a regulator, a preservative, essence and an effect substance, wherein baking soda and citric acid which react with water sensitively are added into an anhydrous formula to react with oral saliva to generate an effervescent effect, and gas is slowly released to delay tooth brushing foaming feeling and promote an oral cleaning effect, so that an efficient cleaning effect is achieved, and meanwhile, a whitening component is added to achieve the effect of cleaning and whitening teeth, but the viscosity and the stability of the toothpaste are required to be improved. The patent CN201710990328.6 provides anhydrous toothpaste containing tremolite mineral elements and a preparation method thereof, dental plaque bacteria in the toothpaste are locally removed and the generation of tooth stains is prevented by adding tremolite powder, and the stability of the toothpaste can be maintained by adding carbomer, so that the whitening effect of the toothpaste is ensured. However, these toothpastes do not have antibacterial effect and cannot maintain the freshness of oral cavity for a long time without peculiar smell.

the key point in the design of anhydrous toothpaste formulations is to control the water content of the formulation, i.e. the selected raw ingredients do not contain free water, and more importantly, to solve the thickening and stability problems of toothpaste. The applicant finds that the addition of the abrasive hydrated silica in the above system can enhance the whitening effect of the toothpaste and improve the dispersibility and storage stability of the paste. The reason is presumed that the hydrated silica is obtained by a precipitation method, is a three-dimensional network structure formed by silicon-oxygen tetrahedron, and is matched with a phosphorus-containing compound to enhance the dispersibility of the hydrated silica in toothpaste and enhance the cleaning and whitening effect on the surface of teeth. More importantly, the gel toothpaste can provide good pseudoplasticity and thixotropy for the paste, meanwhile, the larger specific surface area of the gel toothpaste can enhance the adsorption force on a sweetening agent and essence, under the synergistic effect of ULTREZ 30POLYMER carbomer, glycerol and PEG-8, the problem that the carbomer and the thickening agent can only disperse but can not thicken in an anhydrous environment is solved, the dispersing and swelling capabilities on other components in a system are enhanced, the toothpaste has proper viscosity, the solid phase and the liquid phase of the toothpaste are maintained to form a stable colloid system, and the paste is kept stable for a long time.
The invention provides a preparation method of anhydrous toothpaste for whitening and removing stains of teeth, which comprises the following steps:
mixing the above materials, and packaging;
preferably, the mixing comprises the steps of:
(1) Adding a sweetening agent, a phosphorus-containing compound and a hydroxyl compound into a paste making machine, and stirring for 15 minutes;
(2) Mixing and stirring the foaming agent, the high molecular polymer and the abrasive uniformly, sucking the mixture into a paste making machine under the action of vacuum, and stirring and reacting for 10-15 minutes;
(3) Mixing and stirring the functional substances and the essence uniformly until the functional substances and the essence are dissolved, sucking the mixture into a paste making machine, and stirring and reacting for 10 to 15 minutes;
(4) Sucking the pH value regulator into a paste making machine, and stirring and reacting for 5-10 minutes;
(5) And (5) after finishing paste preparation, transferring the paste body into a sealed stainless steel storage tank for storage, and filling after the paste body is qualified.
Has the beneficial effects that:
the anhydrous toothpaste is prepared by adding the phosphorus-containing compound, the functional substance, the abrasive, the foaming agent, the high molecular polymer, the sweetening agent, the hydroxyl compound, the pH regulator and the essence, the obtained toothpaste is moderate in particle hardness, good in dispersity and stability, capable of being stably stored for a long time, free of liquid separation and free of paste overflowing out of a pipe orifice. In addition, the water content in the toothpaste is less than or equal to 0.1 percent, the phenomenon that the efficacy of the toothpaste is weakened due to the chemical reaction of the efficacy components is avoided, the efficacy components are dissolved only when contacting a large amount of water during tooth brushing and exert the complex stain-removing effect of the efficacy components, so that the waterless toothpaste has better stain-removing effect than the water-containing toothpaste, the tooth whitening effect and the antibacterial property are further improved, the defense capability of the teeth to bacteria in the oral cavity is enhanced, the generation of dental plaque and dental calculus is reduced, the health of the teeth and the oral cavity is better protected, and the toothpaste body of the obtained toothpaste is fine, smooth, fresh and refreshing, mild to the teeth and peripheral dental nerves, and the use comfort is greatly improved. On the other hand, the anhydrous toothpaste for whitening and removing the stains of the teeth is simple in preparation process, the preparation raw materials are mixed and filled, the economic cost is low, and industrial production can be realized.
