To further verify the effect of the present invention, the following test methods were provided:
1. degreasing test
(1) Preparation of the soil
Putting 15 g of mixed oil into a beaker, heating to 50-60 ℃, and pouring 15 g of flour and 7.5 g of all-in-one
The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing milk powder, pouring 30 g of fresh egg juice, uniformly stirring, pouring 32.5g of water into a beaker, and stirring to obtain 100g of fine artificial dirt serving as a dirt remover.
(2) Preparation of soil flakes
The dirt prepared above was uniformly coated on the surface of the slide glass with a glass rod, and the thickness was controlled to be about 2 cm, and left to stand for 24 hours.
(3) Preparation of solutions
The self-made laboratory detergent and the two brands of detergents were weighed 1g into 250mL beakers, respectively, and 200mL of tap water was added thereto at room temperature.
(4) Washing process
Respectively putting the prepared and weighed dirty sheets into a beaker, soaking for 15min, then washing under the same conditions, and weighing the dirty sheets after washing and drying.
(5) Determination of decontamination efficiency
Decontamination efficiency = (mass of glass slide after smear-mass of glass slide after wash)/(mass of glass slide after smear-mass of glass slide before smear)
2. Evaluation of physical and chemical indexes
(1) Total active assay
The measurement was carried out according to method A of GB/T3173.2-2000.
(2) Determination of the pH value
The measurement was carried out according to the specification of GB/T6368.
(3) Determination of Formaldehyde content
According to the provisions of appendix E of GB 9985-2000.
(4) Determination of moisture and volatile content (oven method)
2 g of the sample (weighed to 0.001 g) was accurately weighed, placed in a constant weight weighing bottle, dried in an electric hot air drying oven at (105. + -. 2) ℃ for 4 hours, removed, cooled in a drier for 30 minutes, covered and weighed. The calculation formula is as follows:
X=m 1 /m 0 ×100%
in the formula:
x-moisture and its volatile content;
m 1 -the mass reduced after drying of the sample in grams (g);
m 0 the mass of the sample in grams (g).
(5) Determination of fluorescent whitening Agents
Since the fluorescent whitening agent functions to make the luminescent material emit light brighter by neutralizing the yellow light with the blue light excited by the ultraviolet rays, whether or not the fluorescent whitening agent is contained can be judged by direct irradiation of the ultraviolet rays.
3. Microbiological indicator assay
The total number of bacteria in the detergent and the coliform group are respectively determined according to national standard GB4789.2-2016 and national standard GB4789.2-2016
The measurement was carried out as specified in GB/T4789.3-2008.
The test results were as follows:
1. determination of soil Release Effect
As shown in FIG. 1, this experiment compared the detergency of a laboratory home-made tea saponin detergent with that of two commercially available brands, libai and super. The results show that the detergents of the two brands have good decontamination effect, because the main components of the detergents are sodium alkyl sulfonate, sodium fatty alcohol ether sulfate and the like, the anionic surfactants have good removal effect on oil stains, but easily cause damage to the skin. The detergent prepared from the tea saponin has inferior decontamination effect to the detergent prepared from the tea saponin sold on the market, but all the surfactants used in the detergent are nonionic surfactants, so that the damage to the skin and the like is far less than that of the detergent prepared from the tea saponin sold on the market, and the decontamination rates of the three are not greatly different.
2. Measurement of physical and chemical indexes
The physical and chemical indexes of the self-made tea saponin detergent are determined according to the specification, and then the self-made tea saponin detergent is compared with two detergents (Libai and super) sold in the market. As shown in Table 1, the physicochemical indexes of the tea saponin detergent self-made in the laboratory are in accordance with the regulations, and the difference between the physicochemical indexes is not great compared with those of two detergents sold in the market.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003863461570000081
3. Microbiological indicator assay
In order to verify whether the microbial indexes of the laboratory self-made tea saponin detergent meet the specifications, the laboratory self-made detergent and the two commercially available detergents are determined by using the specifications of related national standards, and the test results are shown in table 2. The experimental result shows that the tea saponin detergent prepared by the laboratory and two commercial detergents both reach the national standard.
