spray valves (11) are arranged above and below a 2# roller conveyor belt (26) in the spray chamber (10), the spray valves (11) are connected with an outlet of a spray pump (22) through pipelines, a pressure sensor (23) is arranged between the outlet of the spray pump (22) and the spray valves (11), the pressure sensor (23) is used for detecting the pressure of clean water in the spray valves (11), and an inlet of the spray pump (22) is connected with the bottom end of a clean water tank (27) through a pipeline;
the bottom end of the clean water tank (27) is also provided with a clean water tank liquid level meter (21), the clean water tank liquid level meter (21) is used for detecting the liquid level of clean water in the clean water tank (27), the upper part of the clean water tank (27) is connected with one end of a tap water valve (24) through a pipeline, and the upper part of the clean water tank (27) is also connected with the bottom end of the spray chamber (10) through a pipeline and used for recovering the filtered clean water after casting cleaning;
when a casting is detected by the No. 2 photoelectric switch (9), the spraying pump (22) is started, the spraying valve (11) also washes the upper surface and the lower surface of the casting on the No. 2 roller conveyor belt (26), the washed clean water flows back into the clean water tank (27) after being filtered by the filter screen (12), and when the water in the clean water tank (27) is lower than a set liquid level, the tap water valve (24) is opened to supplement the clean water into the clean water tank (27).
