Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to tartary buckwheat rutin sunscreen cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Skin refers to the tissue covered on the surface of human body and directly contacted with the external environment, has the functions of protection, sensation, secretion, excretion, respiration and the like, and is formed by tightly combining epidermis and dermis. The skin is irradiated by ultraviolet rays for a long time to induce generation of melanin, so that the skin is blackened, and simultaneously, the skin is damaged, so that the problems of aging, wrinkling and the like of the skin occur.
In order to avoid the skin problem caused by ultraviolet radiation generated by outdoor activities, various sunscreen creams are developed on the market, and the sunscreen principle of the sunscreen cream is mainly to directly reduce the ultraviolet radiation on the skin so as to achieve the purpose of sunscreen; however, even the better sunscreen cream cannot completely block ultraviolet rays, and thus, ultraviolet irradiation for a long time after the sunscreen cream is applied has a certain effect on the skin.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

The comparison example is a tartary buckwheat rutin sun cream, which is basically the same as the tartary buckwheat rutin sun cream in the embodiment 5, and is different only in that tartary buckwheat rutin is replaced by an equal amount of quinoa extract;
the preparation method of the tartary buckwheat rutin sun cream is the same as that in the embodiment 5.
Comparative example 3
The comparison example is a tartary buckwheat rutin sun cream, which is basically the same as the tartary buckwheat rutin sun cream in the embodiment 5, and the difference is that the medical stone powder is replaced by the same amount of nano titanium dioxide;
the preparation method of the tartary buckwheat rutin sun cream is the same as that in the embodiment 5.
Examples of the experiments
1. A certain amount of DPPH is weighed and prepared into 0.06mg/mL DPPH solution by absolute ethyl alcohol.
Taking 1mL of sunscreen cream (sample) in example 5, adding 2mL of DPPH solution, stirring and dispersing uniformly, standing at room temperature for 30min, and centrifuging at 5000r/min for 10min; taking the supernatant, and measuring the light absorption value at 517 nm; repeating the steps for 3 times, taking an average value, and then calculating the clearance rate of the sample to DPPH free radicals, wherein the calculation formula is as follows:
DPPH clearance = [ A0- (A1-A2) ]/A0 × 100%; wherein, A is the light absorption value of 0-1 mL of absolute ethyl alcohol and 2mL of DPPH solution; a1-1 mL sample +2mL light absorption value of DPPH solution; a2-absorbance of 1mL sample +2mL absolute ethanol.
The radical scavenging performance of the sunscreen creams of example 5 and comparative examples 1-3 were tested according to the above method, and the test results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Group of | Clearance rate |
Example 5 | 28.2% |
Comparative example 1 | 21.7% |
Comparative example 2 | 23.9% |
Comparative example 3 | 28.4% |
As can be seen from Table 1:
compared with comparative examples 1 and 2, the sunscreen cream prepared by the embodiment of the invention has more excellent effect of removing free radicals, and compared with comparative example 3, the sunscreen cream has equivalent effect of removing free radicals.
2. Purchasing 20 SD rats, carrying out back unhairing treatment, then randomly dividing the SD rats into 4 groups, 5 rats in each group, selecting a position with the diameter of 1cm at the same position on the back of the rats for testing, and respectively smearing the sunscreen creams of example 5 and comparative examples 1-3 on rats in different groups at different experimental positions; the coating amount is 0.5 ml/mouse, ultraviolet rays with the wavelength of 310nm are adopted to irradiate an experimental area (the other areas are protected by ultraviolet rays as much as possible), the irradiation time is 30 hours, the coating is performed once every 5 hours, and whether the skin of a group of mice test has erythema is counted; in addition, skin texture measurement was performed on the skin of a rat having a back diameter of 1.5cm before and after the experiment using VISIA-CR, and the average increase in surface wrinkles was calculated, and the specific results are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
As can be seen from Table 2:
compared with a comparative example, the sunscreen cream prepared by the invention has the best sunscreen effect and can better prevent ultraviolet rays from damaging skin.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and they should be construed as being included in the following claims and description.
