Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
在现有技术中,把尼龙安全带型的儿童束紧装置紧固到类似于运载工具的杂物车上以保证乘坐购物手推车的儿童的安全是众所周知的。把这样的设备牢固地系在购物手推车上使它难以意外地松脱是至关重要的。用于这种应用的座位安全带或安全带的实例是在美国专利第5,263,726号中介绍的,该专利题为“用于购物手推车座位的儿童束紧带(Child Restraint Strap for ShoppingCart Seat)”并且于1993年11月23日授权给Wood。
但是,就几个方面而言把安全带系到车架上是关键的。安全带的尼龙织物不可以被金属零件(如车架或联结设备)磨损,因为这可能导致尼龙织物撕裂和破损。这种担心使金属环(例如钥匙环型结构)和金属扣眼那样的联结设备变成不符合要求的。此外,这种联结设备必须是简单的并且是十分便于安装的,优选不需要工具就可以就地安装。这种联结设备必须没有可能发生意外的松脱。这种联结设备应当没有可能对损害联结产生影响的暴露的锁定零部件。类似地,任何暴露的零部件常常产生能积聚食物、灰尘和类似物质的裂缝。
题为“带式固定器(Strap Retainer)”并且于1997年9月23日授权给Frano、Giampavolo和Sipp的美国专利第5,669,118号已经提供了一种在许多方面都已比较令人满意的设备,但是改进还是需要的。
发明内容
这项发明的目标是提供一种用于儿童安全带的联结设备即带式固定器,该设备把安全带牢固且永久地系到杂物手推车或类似的设备上。
这项发明的另一个目标是提供一种用于儿童安全带的联结设备即带式固定器,其中儿童安全带的织物在与类似设备的杂物手推车连接的联结点上将不摩擦金属零件。
这项发明的第三个目标是提供一种用于儿童安全带的联结设备即带式固定器,该设备是简单的并且十分便于安装。
这项发明的第四个目标是提供一种用于儿童安全带的联结设备即带式固定器,该设备可以不用工具就地安装。
这项发明的第五个目标是提供一种用于儿童安全带的联结设备即带式固定器,该设备在安装就位时暴露的锁定零部件和/或裂缝最少。
这项发明最后一个目标是提供一种用于儿童安全带的联结设备即带式固定器,该设备是不易损坏的。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种带状固定器,包括:
柱状零件,它是沿着纵向轴线成形的,并且具有第一柱端和第二柱端;
带状零件,它具有第一带端和第二带端;
所述的第一柱端被固定在所述的第一带端上;
所述的第二柱端包括平行于所述纵向轴线延伸的止动槽;
所述的止动槽包括第一止动零件,所述第一止动零件包括至少一个止动凸起部;
所述的第二带端包括止动叉;
所述的止动叉包括第二止动零件,所述第二止动零件包括倾斜的横向止动表面;
所述至少一个止动凸起部包括一个在最初把所述的止动叉插入所述的止动槽时使所述的止动叉偏斜的前倾斜坡,以及与所述止动叉的所述第二止动零件止动咬合的后倾斜坡;
所述的止动叉包括一个正面倾斜的表面,允许所述的止动叉在最初插入所述的止动槽期间在所述的前倾斜坡上倾斜;
至少一个平行于所述止动叉的稳定叉,和至少一个用于容纳所述稳定叉的稳定槽,该稳定叉平行于所述止动槽;并且
在所述的止动叉分别插入所述的止动槽时,使所述第一止动零件与所述的第二止动零件止动咬合。
在本发明的一个优选方案中,本发明的带式固定器的至少一个稳定槽之内的所述的至少一个稳定叉在所述的止动叉在所述的前倾斜坡上倾斜时,抑制所述的第二带端横向偏斜,并且在所述的止动叉在所述的前倾斜坡上倾斜之后,进一步把所述的止动叉推进到不偏斜的位置。
在本发明的一个优选方案中,本发明的带式固定器的止动叉是在两个稳定叉之间形成的并且平行于它们,所述的止动槽是在两个稳定槽之间形成的并且平行于它们。
在本发明的一个优选方案中,本发明的带式固定器的止动槽朝所述的柱状零件的第一侧面开口,所述的稳定槽朝所述的柱状零件的第二侧面开口,而所述的第一侧面与所述的第二侧面对置。
在本发明的一个优选方案中,本发明的带式固定器,进一步包括从所述的柱状零件向外横向成形的相对在同一平面内的部分。
这些和其它目标是借助联结设备即带式固定器实现的,其中所述设备是由塑料制成的并且包括带整体式横向缝合舌片的比较硬的柱状零件。安全带的尼龙网在柱状零件周围结成环并且通常在向安装地点发货之前被缝合到缝合舌片上。柔软的结环零件的第一端是与柱状零件的第一端一起整体成形的。柔软的结环零件的第二端包括两个平行的稳定叉和中心止动叉。柱状零件的第二端包括两个纵向的稳定槽和中心止动槽,以便分别容纳两个平行的稳定叉和中心止动叉。中心止动叉包括横向倾斜的侧翼,以便在中心止动槽范围内通过掣扣与互补的倾斜表面止动咬合,借此使柔软的结环零件在两端与相应的柱状零件末端结合。购物手推车或类似的运载工具的一部分通常在其范围内被连接进来。

具体实施方式
现在参照附图,在这几张图中相同的数字始终指的是相同的零件,其中图1是本发明的带式固定器10处于打开即未锁定位置时的透视图。该带式固定器10是由模塑的塑料整体成形的,并且包括比较硬的柱状零件12。柱状零件12是沿着包括第一端16和第二端18的纵向轴线14成形的。横向的空心通道20是从毗邻柱状零件12的第一端16的位置向内形成的。平行的稳定槽22、24是在柱状零件12的第二端18上形成的,并且平行于纵向轴线14向内延伸。中心止动槽23是在平行的稳定槽22、24之间形成的并且同样平行于纵向轴线14向内延伸。平行的稳定槽22、24包括全开侧面25、27,这两个全开侧面的取向与中心止动槽23的全开侧面26的取向相反。换言之,在图1所示的取向中,全开侧面26是面朝上的,而全开侧面25、27则面朝下。平行的稳定槽22、24包括取向与全开侧面25、27相反的封闭侧面30、32。换言之,按图1所示的取向,封闭侧面30、32是向下取向的。壁31在全开侧面25、27之间延伸,借此形成与中心止动槽23的全开侧面26相对的中心止动槽23的局部封闭的侧面33。局部封闭的侧面33是面朝下的。壁31包括由止动凸台34、36形成的止动构型。进一步说,止动凸台34、36是在把中心止动槽23与平行的稳定槽22、24分开的壁37、38上形成的。止动凸台34、36包括前倾斜坡40、42和后倾斜坡44、46,其中前倾斜坡40、42使插入中心止动槽23的互补止动零件(下面将予以介绍)倾斜,而后倾斜坡44、46在互补止动零件插入中心止动槽23并越过止动凸台34、36之后,与该互补止动零件咬合。
缝合舌片50是相对柱状零件12横向形成的,并且被作成空心的。如图4所示,缝合舌片50被用于在把尼龙网100套在柱状零件12上之后把该尼龙网沿着缝线101缝合到它自身上。这是为了把带式固定器10和尼龙网100(在图4中用虚线表示)作为一个整体提供而准备的,而且这可以进一步防止尼龙网100被购物手推车或类似结构的金属丝200磨损(见图4)。
软带52包括第一端54和第二端56。第一端54与柱状零件12的第一端16是一个整体。外部加强筋55(见图2)是沿着柱状零件12的第一端16在软带52的第一端54的接头处形成的。外部加强筋55的作用是便于用户抓握。类似地,软带52的第二端56也包括外部加强筋58。此外,平行的稳定叉60、62以及中心止动叉64都是在软带52的第二端56上形成的。中心止动叉64包括正面倾斜表面66和横向止动倾斜表面68、70。
为了实现图3和图4所示的带式固定器10的锁定位置,稳定叉60、62以及中心止动叉64被分别插入平行的稳定槽22、24以及中心止动槽23。在将中心止动叉64插入中心止动槽23期间,随着中心止动叉64正面的倾斜表面66与止动凸台34、36的前倾斜坡40、42咬合,中心止动叉64向上偏斜以允许中心止动叉64正面的倾斜表面66骑到止动凸台34、36上。但是,在稳定槽22、24内的稳定叉60、62抑制软带52的第二端56的横向偏斜。在中心止动叉64正面的倾斜表面66骑上止动凸台34、36之后,中心止动叉64很快恢复与纵向轴线14对齐,借此使横向止动倾斜表面68、70与后倾斜坡44、46止动咬合。
借此使软带52与购物手推车或类似的运载工具的金属丝200咬合。
如图4所示,最终的锁定位置(特别是尼龙网100套在带式固定器10上时)没有暴露的锁定零件,而且暴露的裂缝也非常少。
因此,上述的几个目标和优点大部分被有效地实现了。尽管在本文中揭示并详细地介绍了本发明的优选实施方案,但是应当理解这项发明在任何意义上都不受其限制,本发明的范围是通过所附权利要求书确定的。
Claims (5)
1.一种带式固定器,包括:
柱状零件,它是沿着纵向轴线成形的,并且具有第一柱端和第二柱端;
带状零件,它具有第一带端和第二带端;
所述的第一柱端被固定在所述的第一带端上;
所述的第二柱端包括平行于所述纵向轴线延伸的止动槽;
所述的止动槽包括第一止动零件,所述第一止动零件包括至少一个止动凸起部;
所述的第二带端包括止动叉;
所述的止动叉包括第二止动零件,所述第二止动零件包括倾斜的横向止动表面;
所述至少一个止动凸起部包括一个在最初把所述的止动叉插入所述的止动槽时使所述的止动叉偏斜的前倾斜坡,以及与所述止动叉的所述第二止动零件止动咬合的后倾斜坡;
所述的止动叉包括一个正面倾斜的表面,允许所述的止动叉在最初插入所述的止动槽期间在所述的前倾斜坡上倾斜;
至少一个平行于所述止动叉的稳定叉,和至少一个用于容纳所述稳定叉的稳定槽,该稳定叉平行于所述止动槽;并且
在所述的止动叉插入所述的止动槽时,使所述第一止动零件与所述的第二止动零件止动咬合。
2.根据权利要求1的带式固定器,其中所述的至少一个稳定槽之内的所述的至少一个稳定叉在所述的止动叉在所述的前倾斜坡上倾斜时,抑制所述的第二带端横向偏斜,并且在所述的止动叉在所述的前倾斜坡上倾斜之后,进一步把所述的止动叉推进到不偏斜的位置。
3.根据权利要求2的带式固定器,其中所述的止动叉是在两个稳定叉之间形成的并且平行于它们,所述的止动槽是在两个稳定槽之间形成的并且平行于它们。
4.根据权利要求3的带式固定器,其中所述的止动槽朝所述的柱状零件的第一侧面开口,所述的稳定槽朝所述的柱状零件的第二侧面开口,而所述的第一侧面与所述的第二侧面对置。
5.根据权利要求4的带式固定器,进一步包括从所述的柱状零件向外横向成形的相对在同一平面内的部分。
