本公开提出一种数据传输方法、装置及通信设备,属于无线通信技术领域。其中,方法包括:用户设备UE确定当前的数据发送阶段,根据当前的数据发送阶段,对CG SDT过程之中的CG SDT资源进行使用。由此,UE可以根据当前的数据发送阶段,使用合适的CG SDT资源进行数据传输,可以提高UE的数据传输率,从而可以使得UE在SDT过程发送更多的数据。
