本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种传输配置信息的方法及装置。
背景技术
相关技术中,用户设备(UE)之间可以通过直连方式(sidelink)进行通信,车联网中车载设备之间的通信可以采用直连方式。基于业务的需要,多个用户设备可以组成一个组,组中的调度UE可以为组中的其它被调度UE分配发送资源。但是,组中的调度UE与被调度UE可能位于不同小区,调度UE无法获知被调度UE所在小区的配置信息,所以无法为被调度UE分配发送资源。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种传输配置信息的方法及装置。所述技术方案如下:
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种传输配置信息的方法,包括:
在进行小区变更时,检查是否移出预先配置的区域范围;
在移出所述预先配置的区域范围时,向组中的调度用户设备发送通知消息,所述通知消息包括与变更后的小区的发送资源池信息有关的相关信息。
本发明的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:本实施例中被调度的用户设备在移动过程中检查是否移出预设的区域范围,在移出时,主动向调度用户设备发送新小区的发送资源池信息。这样,可保证调度用户设备及时获取新小区的发送资源池信息,以便为被调度的用户设备配置新小区的发送资源池信息。

相关技术中,直连网工作在移动蜂窝的上行时频资源上。为了避免直连网与移动蜂窝网的上行传输之间的干扰,移动蜂窝网会为直连网分配用于发送信息的发送资源池以及用于接收信息的接收资源池。
多个用户设备基于业务等需要可以组成一个组。组中可以有一个负责调度的用户设备,称为调度用户设备,该调度用户设备可以在已知的直连网的发送资源池范围内,为组中其它 的用户设备分配发送资源。组中的其它用户设备称为被调度用户设备。当调度用户设备与被调度用户设备位于同一小区时,调度用户设备可以知道被调度用户设备所在小区的发送资源池,可在该发送资源池范围内为被调度用户设备分配发送资源。如果调度用户设备与被调度用户设备不在同一个小区,那么调度用户设备就无法知道被调度用户设备所在小区的发送资源池,也就无法为被调度用户设备分配发送资源。
为解决上述问题,本实施例中,被调度用户设备在发生小区变更时,主动向调度用户设备发送与变更后的小区的发送资源池信息有关的相关信息。这样,调度用户设备便可获知被调度用户设备变更后的当前服务小区的发送资源池,进而可为该被调度用户设备分配发送资源。
图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种传输配置信息的方法的流程图,该传输配置信息的方法用于用户设备,其中,用户设备可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。如图1所示,该方法包括以下步骤101-102。
在步骤101中,在进行小区变更时,检查是否移出预先配置的区域范围;
在步骤102中,在移出所述预先配置的区域范围时,向组中的调度用户设备发送通知消息,所述通知消息包括与变更后的小区的发送资源池信息有关的相关信息。
本实施例中,被调度用户设备在移动过程中可能处于激活态、非激活态或空闲态。在不同状态下发生小区变更的过程不同,所以小区变更包括小区重选或小区切换。
本实施例预先配置了一个区域范围,调度用户设备知道该区域范围内的发送资源池的配置。当被调度用户设备移动出该区域范围时,需要将新小区的发送资源池信息发送给调度用户设备。调度用户设备根据收到的新小区的发送资源池信息更新本地的区域范围,也可以基于该发送资源池信息,为该被调度用户设备分配发送资源。
本实施例中,被调度用户设备在未移出预先配置的区域范围时,可结束本次流程,可以不用发送通知消息。
在一个实施例中,在检查是否移出预先配置的区域范围之前,所述方法还包括:步骤A。
在步骤A中,接收组中的调度用户设备发送的区域范围信息。
本实施例中,调度用户设备可以周期性的向组内所有被调度用户设备发送区域范围信息。或者,当有新用户设备加入组中并作为被调度用户设备时,调度用户设备向该被调度用户设备发送区域范围信息。或者,当区域范围发生更新时,向组内所有被调度用户设备发送区域范围信息。还可以有其它发送策略,均适用于本实施例。
被调度用户设备通过与调度用户设备的信息传输,可获知区域范围信息,并在移动过程中判断是否移动出该区域范围。
在一个实施例中,所述区域范围信息包括下列之一:小区列表信息、系统信息区域标识列表信息和无线接入网(RAN)区域标识列表信息。
本实施例中,区域范围可以有多种粒度。例如,以小区为粒度。一个或多个小区组成该 区域范围。调度用户设备保存有这些小区的小区列表信息。小区列表信息至少包括小区标识和对应的发送资源池信息。被调度用户设备检查变更后的新小区的小区标识是否在该小区列表中,如果不在,则确定移出该区域范围。
又如,以系统信息区域为粒度。具有相同小区配置信息的一个或多个小区组成一个系统信息区域。系统信息区域内的各个小区由于小区配置信息相同,所以接收到的系统信息相同,因此本实施例将具有相同小区配置信息的一个或多个小区所组成的区域称为系统信息区域。并为系统信息区域配置系统信息区域标识。调度用户设备保存有这些系统信息区域的系统信息区域标识列表信息。系统信息区域标识列表信息至少包括系统信息区域标识和对应的发送资源池信息。被调度用户设备检查变更后的新小区所对应的系统信息区域标识,是否在该系统信息区域标识列表信息中,如果不在,则确定移出该区域范围。
又如,以RAN区域为粒度。用户设备在非激活态下,当有上行数据到达时,可以转换进入连接态。在RAN区域内进行小区重选不需要通知基站小区重选的结果,因为当有下行数据到达时,基站可以在RAN区域内对用户设备进行寻呼。当用户设备离开RAN区域时,需要通知基站小区重选的结果,基站可以据此更新RAN区域。RAN区域内的基站能够进行资源协调,因此为用户设备分配的发送资源池的适用范围有可能是与RAN区域一致的。当被调度用户设备移出当前的RAN区域后,需要为被调度用户设备分配发送资源。因此,调度用户设备需要知道被调度用户设备移出后新的RAN区域的发送资源池信息。RAN区域一般由多个小区组成,RAN区域的发送资源池信息也是由多个小区的发送资源池信息组成。被调度用户设备检查变更后的新小区所对应的RAN区域标识,是否在该RAN区域标识列表信息中,如果不在,则确定移出该区域范围。
被调度用户设备保存的小区列表信息、系统信息区域标识列表信息和RAN区域标识列表信息可以预先由调度用户设备发送给被调度用户设备。调度用户设备保存的小区列表信息、系统信息区域标识列表信息和RAN区域标识列表信息可以预先由基站发送给调度用户设备,即由基站配置小区列表信息、系统信息区域标识列表信息和RAN区域标识列表信息。调度用户设备还可以通过被调度用户设备的上报来更新小区列表信息、系统信息区域标识列表信息和RAN区域标识列表信息。
在一个实施例中,所述区域范围为变更前的小区。
本实施例中也可以将小区作为预先配置的区域范围,那么在发生小区变更时,就移出了该区域范围。这样,可以不需要执行步骤A。检查过程也比较简单。
其中,可以由直连网系统为所有用户设备(包括调度用户设备和被调度用户设备)配置,区域范围为小区。被调度用户设备移出之前所在的小区,便可确定移出预先配置的区域范围。
在一个实施例中,所述通知消息包括用户设备间的无线资源控制(RRC)信令或用户设备间的媒体接入控制(MAC)信令。
本实施例中被调度用户设备与调度用户设备之间的通信可以有多种方式,如用户设备间的RRC信令或用户设备间的MAC信令等,均可以用于通知消息。方便被调度用户设备及时将 新小区的发送资源池信息发送给调度用户设备。
在一个实施例中,所述与变更后的小区的发送资源池信息有关的相关信息,至少包括下列之一:
变更后的小区的小区标识、变更后的小区的可用发送资源池信息、变更后的小区对应的系统信息区域标识信息、变更后的小区对应的无线接入网RAN区域标识信息和变更后的无网络覆盖信息。
被调度用户设备可以只向调度用户设备发送小区标识。被调度用户设备变更后的小区与调度用户设备所在的小区可能距离很近。调度用户设备在收到变更后的小区的小区标识时,便可接收变更后的小区内的系统信息,进而获得变更后的小区的可用发送资源池信息。
被调度用户设备可以向调度用户设备发送变更后的小区的小区标识和变更后的小区的可用发送资源池信息。这样,调度用户设备可以不需要接收变更后的小区内的系统信息,而通过通知消息直接获得变更后的小区的可用发送资源池信息。可用发送资源池信息包括基站为正常状态下的用户设备配置的发送资源池信息,以及基站为异常状态下的用户设备配置的发送资源池信息。被调度用户设备根据自身当前的状态发送相应的可用发送资源池信息。
被调度用户设备可以向调度用户设备发送变更后的小区对应的系统信息区域标识信息和变更后的小区的可用发送资源池信息。因为系统信息区域内的可用发送资源池信息相同,所以变更后的小区的可用发送资源池信息适用于变更后的小区对应的系统信息区域。
被调度用户设备可以向调度用户设备发送变更后的小区对应的无线接入网RAN区域标识信息和变更后的小区的可用发送资源池信息。变更后的小区的可用发送资源池信息可以适用于变更后的小区对应的无线接入网RAN区域。
被调度用户设备可以向调度用户设备发送变更后的无网络覆盖信息。可用发送资源池信息包括当用于用户设备间通信的频率上有基站服务时基站配置的可用发送资源池信息,还包括当用于用户设备间通信的频率上没有基站服务时直连网固定配置的可用发送资源池信息。调用用户设备预先知道直连网固定配置的可用发送资源池信息,并且该可用发送资源池信息适用于所有区域。因此,当被调度用户设备通知调度用户设备变更后的小区无网络覆盖时,调度用户设备便会自行采用直连网固定配置的可用发送资源池信息。
在一个实施例中,向组中的调度用户设备发送通知消息之前,所述方法还包括:步骤B。
在步骤B中,当用于用户设备间通信的频率上有基站服务时,接收基站发送的系统信息,所述系统信息包括:变更后的小区的小区标识和可用发送资源池信息。
本实施例中,被调度用户设备变更到新小区后,在新小区内当用于用户设备间通信的频率上有基站服务时,接收基站发送的系统信息,该系统信息可以包含在SIB1(系统信息块1)中。通过SIB1可以获知小区标识和可用发送资源池信息。
本实施例中,用户设备间通信的频率是指直连网中用户设备与用户设备之间通信所采用的频率,适用于调度用户设备与被调度用户设备之间的通信,也适用于被调度用户设备与被调度用户设备之间的通信,以及适用于调度用户设备与调度用户设备之间的通信。
在一个实施例中,所述系统信息还包括:系统信息区域标识信息和无线接入网RAN区域标识信息;
所述通知消息还包括:系统信息区域标识信息和无线接入网RAN区域标识信息。
本实施例中,被调度用户设备变更到新小区后,在新小区内通过SIB1还可以获知新小区对应的系统信息区域标识信息和无线接入网RAN区域标识信息。
调度用户设备可以根据收到的通知消息,更新本地存储的系统信息区域标识列表信息和无线接入网RAN区域标识列表信息。

    在进行小区变更时,检查是否移出预先配置的区域范围;
    在移出所述预先配置的区域范围时,向组中的调度用户设备发送通知消息,所述通知消息包括与变更后的小区的发送资源池信息有关的相关信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在检查是否移出预先配置的区域范围之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收组中的调度用户设备发送的区域范围信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述区域范围信息包括下列之一:小区列表信息、系统信息区域标识列表信息和无线接入网RAN区域标识列表信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述区域范围为变更前的小区。

  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述系统信息还包括:系统信息区域标识信息和无线接入网RAN区域标识信息;
    所述通知消息还包括:系统信息区域标识信息和无线接入网RAN区域标识信息。
  9. 一种传输配置信息的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    从基站处获取区域范围信息;
    向组中的被调度用户设备发送所述区域范围信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收组中的被调度用户设备发送的与所述区域范围以外的小区的发送资源池信息有关的相关信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与所述区域范围以外的小区的发送 资源池信息有关的相关信息,至少包括下列之一:
    小区的小区标识、小区的可用发送资源池信息、小区对应的系统信息区域标识信息、小区对应的无线接入网RAN区域标识信息和无网络覆盖信息。
  12. 一种传输配置信息的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    检查模块,用于在进行小区变更时,检查是否移出预先配置的区域范围;
    发送模块,用于在移出所述预先配置的区域范围时,向组中的调度用户设备发送通知消息,所述通知消息包括与变更后的小区的发送资源池信息有关的相关信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收组中的调度用户设备发送的区域范围信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述区域范围信息包括下列之一:小区列表信息、系统信息区域标识列表信息和无线接入网RAN区域标识列表信息。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述区域范围为变更前的小区。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通知消息包括用户设备间的无线资源控制RRC信令或用户设备间的媒体接入控制MAC信令。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述与变更后的小区的发送资源池信息有关的相关信息,至少包括下列之一:
    变更后的小区的小区标识、变更后的小区的可用发送资源池信息、变更后的小区对应的系统信息区域标识信息、变更后的小区对应的无线接入网RAN区域标识信息和变更后的无网络覆盖信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第二接收模块,用于当用于用户设备间通信的频率上有基站服务时,接收基站发送的系统信息,所述系统信息包括:变更后的小区的小区标识和可用发送资源池信息。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述系统信息还包括:系统信息区域标识信息和无线接入网RAN区域标识信息;
    所述通知消息还包括:系统信息区域标识信息和无线接入网RAN区域标识信息。
  20. 一种传输配置信息的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于从基站处获取区域范围信息;
    发送模块,用于向组中的被调度用户设备发送所述区域范围信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收组中的被调度用户设备发送的与所述区域范围以外的小区的发送资源池信息有关的相关信息。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述与所述区域范围以外的小区的发送资源池信息有关的相关信息,至少包括下列之一:
    小区的小区标识、小区的可用发送资源池信息、小区对应的系统信息区域标识信息、小区对应的无线接入网RAN区域标识信息和无网络覆盖信息。
  23. 一种传输配置信息的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    在进行小区变更时,检查是否移出预先配置的区域范围;
    在移出所述预先配置的区域范围时,向组中的调度用户设备发送通知消息,所述通知消息包括与变更后的小区的发送资源池信息有关的相关信息。
  24. 一种传输配置信息的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    从基站处获取区域范围信息;
    向组中的被调度用户设备发送所述区域范围信息。
  25. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机指令,其特征在于,该指令被处理器执行时实现上述权利要求1至8的方法。
  26. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机指令,其特征在于,该指令被处理器执行时实现上述权利要求9至11的方法。
