Abstract
公开了无菌液体包装容器(100)。液体包装容器由杯托纸板制成并且可以是配置为形成容器的层压结构(200b)。其可以是配置为形成层压结构(200b)的多个层,其中多个层的至少一层是杯托纸板层(204b)。
Description
技术领域
本公开一般涉及液体包装容器,并且更具体地,涉及由用于包装液体/流体、油类等的杯托纸板(cup stock paperboard)制成的无菌液体包装容器。
背景技术
用于包装、储存和运输液体产品的无菌液体包装容器在包装工业中广泛使用。通常,这种容器从由纸或纸板(204a)的芯层组成的层压板制成,以实现如图2A所示的形状和稳定性。纸或纸板的芯层两侧都应用有耐液涂层/层(liquid-resistant coating),以有效保护吸收液体纤维芯层不受水分渗透。这些耐液层通常由热塑性塑料,优选地聚乙烯组成,这也赋予包装材料优越的热密封特性。涂层可以具有合适的制剂,其赋予防潮和防气体的屏障,保护纸或纸板的芯层。
在各种现有技术中已经公开了以上描述的用于包装的类型的各种类型容器。例如,US6048295公开了由纸芯层压板形成包装容器的方法。US7288302公开了包括纸或纸板的芯层的包装层压板和由这种层压板制成的容器。此外,EP0461116A1公开了用于液体包装的屋顶型(gable top)长方形包装,其由可折叠包装基材,比如具有纸或纸板(204a)作为芯层的层压板制成。
这些类型的容器在许多方面都达到了它们预期的目的,但制造成本高。使用常规的称为液体包装板(LPB)的纸板作为芯材料,以提供所需的容器形状的强度,导致更高的成本。LPB是由有限的供应商制造的,因此获得性和稳定的定价是一个挑战。因此,期望有一个选项,可以显著降低包装的制造成本,确保容易获得性,并满足所有的技术和美学要求。
如以上提到的,为了满足需求,本发明提供了无菌液体包装容器,具有与现有包装类似的强度和其他特性,但具有显著低的层压成本,具有不同的用于芯的纸板材料,其还容易获得。
发明的目的
本发明的目的是提供由杯托纸板构成的无菌液体包装容器,其用于包装液体饮料,比如果汁、奶、油等产品。
本发明的目的是提供由具有杯托纸板和其他聚合层的层压板制成的无菌包装容器。
本发明的另一目的是提供低成本无菌液体包装容器,其容易获得以在标准货架期保存液体。
本公开的进一步目的是提供长方形包装,特别适用于液体物质,比如果汁、奶、酒、油等的无菌包装,在其上形成具有倒口装置的最佳尺寸和位置。倒口组件的尺寸是优选的具有最佳性能。容器任选地携带分配开孔(dispensing opening)。
本公开的概述
本发明涉及用于包装液体的无菌液体包装容器。容器包括由杯托纸板制成的层压结构,其被配置以形成容器的壁、底部表面和顶部表面以及分配装置。液体分配装置设置在容器的任何表面或壁上。液体分配装置选自管口(spout)或盖子或吸管孔或剪切口(scissor cut)。容器的形状可以选自长方体(cuboid)、圆柱体、棱柱体、棱锥体、圆锥体或用于容纳内容物的任何三维形状。
杯托纸板的层压结构包括第一低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)层、一层杯托纸板层、第二LDPE层、由铝箔或金属化铝构成的屏障保护层、作为粘合层(binding layer)的第三LDPE粘合剂聚合物层以及茂金属层。杯托纸板层在一侧或两侧上涂覆有粘土(CaCO3)。杯托纸板层在180到310GSM的范围内。杯托纸板层在由第一低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)层覆盖的一侧上具有印刷物(printing)。屏障保护层是由铝箔或金属化铝或真空铝构成的金属涂层或任何其他金属涂层。

杯托纸板很容易在市场上以比液体包装板低得多的价格获得,获得经济的包装而不折损质量。
为了实现以上目标,在本公开的方面中,提供了用于包装液体的无菌液体包装容器。包装容器由多层层压板形成,其包括至少一层杯托纸板层,所述杯托纸板层在其两侧配置有至少一层聚合层。
在一个方面中,本发明提供了用于包装液体的无菌液体包装容器(100)。容器(100)包括层压结构(200b)杯托纸板,其被配置以形成容器(100)的壁(102、102b、104a、104b)、底部表面(106)、表面(108)和分配装置(110)。
杯托纸板的层压结构(200b)包括第一低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)层(206b)、一层杯托纸板层(204b)、第二LDPE层(210b)、由铝箔或金属化铝构成的屏障保护层(202b)、作为粘合层的第三LDPE粘合剂聚合物层(208b)和茂金属层(212b)。
本发明的示例性实施方式使用多层层压结构的包装基材,其主要包括在外侧或两侧用粘土(CaCO3)涂覆的杯托纸板,与未涂覆的杯托纸板相比,其给予良好的印刷效果。此外,这种层压板通常在杯纸纸板的一侧上具有印刷物,并且在印刷物上有一层LDPE(低密度聚乙烯)。在纸板的另一侧上,应用另一层LDPE,其使用粘合层与铝箔或真空金属化铝或任何其他金属膜或涂层的屏障保护层层压。铝的另一表面进一步与一层LDPE粘合剂聚合物和茂金属层层压,使其成为六层结构。杯托纸板的GSM在180至310的范围,这取决于容器的尺寸和强度要求。由这种层压板形成的无菌液体包装容器包括两对相对的侧壁、底部表面和顶部表面;以及任选地包括设置在顶部表面上的液体分配装置,比如管口、盖子和吸管孔。
在示例性实施方式中,本发明提供了多层层压结构的包装基材,其主要包括六层的具有用粘土(CaCO3)涂覆的杯托纸板的层压结构。由这种层压板形成的无菌液体包装容器包括,两对相对的侧壁、底部表面和顶部表面,以及任选地包括设置在任何表面或壁上的液体分配装置,比如管口、盖子、吸管孔或剪切口。
现参考图1无菌液体包装容器(100)(下文称为“容器(100)”),并且根据本公开的示例性实施例说明了图2B,其示出了由杯托纸板制成的用于制造这种容器(100)的层压结构(200b)。如图1中显示的,容器(100)由杯托纸板层制成,并且可以根据生产商的需要由具有多层的层压结构形成,所述层压结构包括至少一层杯托纸板层,所述杯托纸板层在其两侧配置至少一层聚合层。层压结构由多个层组成,其包括用作防水且使内容物抗菌的第一低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)层(206b)、提高耐用性的杯托纸板层(204b)、LDPE层压板(210b)、产生抗氧渗透性的屏障保护层(202b)(即铝箔或金属化铝)、作为粘合层的LDPE粘合剂聚合物层(208b),以及密封液体内容物的另一PE层即茂金属层(212b),如图2B中显示的。

按照本发明的实施方式,由这种杯托纸形成的无菌液体包装容器(100)包括:两对相对的侧壁(102a)、(102b)和(104a)、(104b),底部表面(106)和顶部表面(108);以及任选地设置在顶部表面(108)上的分配装置(110),当分配装置(110)打开时容器(100)的内容物可以从其倒出。在一些实施方式中,分配装置(110)可以位于容器(100)上的任何地方,这取决于要求或设计。还应理解,分配装置(110)可以是管口或盖子或吸管孔或任何其他分配装置。在没有盖子和封口器的情况下,分配装置(110)通常是剪切口。分配装置(110)在容器(100)的侧壁(102a)、(102b)和(104a)、(104b)、底部表面(106)和顶部表面(108)的至少一个上。包装的形状不限于长方体、圆柱体、棱柱体、棱锥体、圆锥体,并且其可以是容纳内容物的任何三维形状。
层压结构中使用的杯托纸板在市场上以经济的价格很容易获得,并且具有回收特性,从而降低了制造包装的总成本。在用粘土(CaCO3)涂覆的杯托纸板层上印刷是容易的。此外,本公开的容器(100)在功能上和美学上类似于市场上的包装。此外,容器(100)能够以方便的方式包装、储存、处理和携带所有种类的液体比如果汁、奶、酒精饮料、水、油、奶油等。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于包装液体的无菌液体包装容器(100),其中所述容器包括:
具有杯托纸板的层压结构(200b),其被配置以形成容器(100)的壁(102a、102b、104a、104b)、底部表面(106)和顶部表面(108),
其中所述杯托纸板在一侧或两侧用粘土(CaCO3)涂覆。
2.权利要求1所述的无菌液体包装容器(100),其中所述层压结构(200b)包括:
i.第一低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)层(206b);
ii.一层杯托纸板层(204b);
iii.第二LDPE层(210b);
iv.屏障保护层(202b);
v.作为粘合层的第三LDPE粘合剂聚合物层(208b);以及
vi.茂金属层(212b);
3.权利要求2所述的无菌液体包装容器(100),其中所述杯托纸板层(204b)的克/平方米(GSM)是在180至310GSM的范围内。
4.权利要求2所述的无菌液体包装容器(100),其中所述杯托纸板层(204b)在由第一低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)层(206b)覆盖的一侧上具有印刷物。
5.权利要求2所述的无菌液体包装容器(100),其中所述屏障保护层(202b)是由铝箔或真空金属化铝制成的金属涂层或任何其他金属膜或涂层。
6.权利要求1所述的无菌液体包装容器(100),其中所述容器(100)任选地包括分散装置(110)。
7.权利要求7所述的无菌液体包装容器(100),其中液体分散装置(110)被设置在容器(100)的顶部表面(108)或底部表面(106)或壁(102、102b、104a、104b)的任何一个上。
8.权利要求7所述的无菌液体包装容器(100),其中液体分散装置(110)选自管口或盖子或吸管口或剪切口。
