Abstract
本发明提供一种利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,其中渗透剂包括重量比的下列组份:50%~70%的副酯和30%~50%的表面活性剂,副酯包括磷酸三异丁酯、磷酸二异丁酯和磷酸一异丁酯中的至少一种。本申请将副酯有机地融入渗透到类表面活性剂中,利用副酯与耐碱类表面活性剂来生产纺织、金属处理、生产农药等的渗透剂、清洗剂和乳化剂。本发明的有益效果是将工业副酯进行废物利用,变废为宝,既可以减轻环保压力,又可以增加企业效益,开创副酯利用的先河。

技术领域
本发明涉及副酯的再利用,特别涉及一种利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂。
背景技术
磷酸三丁酯和磷酸三异丁酯是非常常用的化学商品,是一种无色、有较大刺激气味的透明液体。可以用作纺织助剂、渗透剂、染料助剂等化工助剂的添加剂,也广泛应用于印染、油墨、建筑、油田采挖等领域。磷酸三丁酯和磷酸三异丁酯的生产工艺复杂、对生产环境要求和工艺要求都极高,操作须非常精细。最麻烦的是而且会产生大量的副酯产品,且副酯产品的成分复杂。副酯产品的缺点是气味大、酸度大,不能直接作为废物排放掉,需要处理为无毒无害产品后才能进行排放。现有技术中,处理副酯产品的成本一般会比较高,因而约束了企业的扩大再生产的可能性,更导致很多现有企业放弃该产品的生产与发展,使得该类产品的供给极不稳定,也极大地造成了企业废物处理的成本压力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,可有效解决现有技术中处理副酯产品成本较高的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:充分利用副酯的隐性渗透性,副酯可与很多类型的表面活性剂进行交叉组合:
一种利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,包括重量比的下列组份:50%~70%的副酯和30%~50%的表面活性剂,所述副酯包括磷酸三异丁酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸二丁酯、磷酸二异丁酯、磷酸一异丁酯、亚磷酸三异丁酯和磷酸丁酯中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
进一步的,所述的利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,包括重量比的70%的副酯、25%的醇醚磷酸酯和5%的辛醇磷酸酯。
进一步的,所述的利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,包括重量比的50%的副酯、25%的异构十碳醇醚和25%的异构十三醇醚。
进一步的,所述的利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,包括重量比的50%的副酯、20%的异构十碳醇醚和30%的渗透剂快T。
进一步的,所述的利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,包括重量比的50%的副酯和50%的异构醇醚。
一种利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,包括重量比的下列组份:10%的副酯、1.9%的片碱、42.1%~52.1%的水和36%~46%的表面活性剂。
进一步的,水的重量比为52.1%,表面活性剂的重量比为36%,表面活性剂包括:20%的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、10%的脂肪醇硫酸钠和6%的多醇醚聚氧乙烯醚。
进一步的,水的重量比为50.1%,表面活性剂的重量比为38%,表面活性剂包括:15%的仲烷基磺酸钠、15%的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和8%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠。
进一步的,水的重量比为42.1%,表面活性剂的重量比为46%,表面活性剂包括:20%的异构醇13碳聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、10%的异构10碳聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、8%的仲烷基磺酸钠和8%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯。
本发明的一种利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,利用了副酯具有一定的渗透性、耐碱协同性、消泡性和溶解性等特性,且与磷酸酯、硫酸酯和某些表面活性剂有极好的协同性,根据以上特性,本申请将副酯有机地融入渗透到多类表面活性剂中,走了一条前人从未尝试过的路径。通过复配,可以利用副酯与耐碱类表面活性剂来生产纺织、金属处理、生产农药等的渗透剂、清洗剂和乳化剂,既解决副酯处理成本高的难题,又使之成为一种化学助剂原料可以投入再利用。本发明的有益效果是将工业副酯进行废物利用,变废为宝,既可以减轻环保压力,又可以增加企业效益,开创副酯利用的先河。

本发明的工业副酯的来源为:正丁醇、异丁醇、三氯氧磷在催化剂和温度作用下生成磷酸三丁酯或磷酸三异丁酯,以及生成亚磷酸三异丁酯、磷酸二异丁酯、磷酸二丁酯、磷酸丁酯和磷酸一异丁酯等诸多副酯产品,其化学反应过程如下:
C4H10O(异丁醇)、正丁醇(C4H10O)、POCl3(三氯氧磷)和催化剂在高温负压条件下进行化学反应,生成磷酸三异丁酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸二丁酯、磷酸二异丁酯、磷酸一异丁酯、亚磷酸三异丁酯和磷酸丁酯等副酯产品中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
实施例一
本实施例的一种利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,包括重量比的下列组份:70%的副酯和30%的表面活性剂,其中表面活性剂包括重量比为25%的醇醚磷酸酯和5%的辛醇磷酸酯。
本实施例的副酯、醇醚磷酸酯和辛醇磷酸酯这三者按照上述重量比的组合,生成渗透剂,是一款可以兼顾清水下与强碱下渗透的磷系耐碱渗透剂,可广泛用于纺织品的前处理和染色工艺,也可用于金属的酸性清洗、卫生间瓷砖的清洗,中和后可用于更多范围的渗透和清洗。
醇醚磷酸酯是磷酸酯型表面活性剂,具有优良的表面活性,醇醚磷酸酯型助剂因其较低的表面张力和较好的润湿性,大量用作去污剂,渗透剂和润湿剂。
辛醇磷酸酯是一种新型阴离子表面活性剂,因其有溶解度高、耐硬水、耐酸、耐高温、乳化分散性强、润湿性好、易生物降解等优点,主要用于制造渗透剂、润湿剂、对亚硫酸钠炼漂工艺等,可抑制其它表面活性剂凝聚,防止产生白斑。
本实施例的一种利用工业副酯生产渗透剂的制备方法包括:按质量份称取70份副酯、25份醇醚磷酸酯和5份辛醇磷酸酯混合搅拌而成。
实施例二
本实施例的一种利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,包括重量比的下列组份:50%的副酯和50%的表面活性剂,其中表面活性剂包括重量比为25%的异构十碳醇醚(10碳醇醚XP70)和25%的异构十三醇醚1380。
异构十碳醇醚也称异构C10醇聚氧乙烯醚,市面上常见的有XP系列,如XP-3、5、7、8、9等,在室温下为浑浊的液体。XP系列的异构十碳醇醚的应用主要基于其非离子表面活性剂的新能,如制作清洗剂、润湿剂、乳化剂等。可与阴离子、阳离子、非离子表面活性剂及其他辅料配合使用。
异构十三醇醚也称为异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,是一种表面活性剂,分子式为C13H27O(CH2CH2O)nH,n为环氧乙烷加成物质的量。具有易分散或溶于水,优良的润湿性、渗透性和乳化性的性质。在纺织工业和皮革加工业上,用作脱脂剂、净洗剂、乳化剂和精练剂的组分。对氨基硅油和二甲基硅油有特别的乳化效果,并能提高使用后的功效,比一般硅油乳化剂用量更少,乳液更稳定,且有极强的渗透力,可渗透到纤维的内部,从而获得更满意的柔软手感。作金属加工助剂,多功能洗涤剂、去污增溶剂、家居护理清洗剂、车辆、公共设施、超声波清洗剂。
本实施例的一种利用工业副酯生产渗透剂的制备方法包括:按质量份称取50份副酯、25份异构十碳醇醚和25份异构十三醇醚1380混合搅拌而成。
实施例三
本实施例的一种利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,包括重量比的下列组份:50%的副酯和50%的表面活性剂,其中表面活性剂包括重量比为20%的异构十碳醇醚(10碳醇醚XP70)和30%的渗透剂快T。
渗透剂快T属阴离子表面活性剂,溶于水,溶液呈乳白色,可显著降低表面张力。在印染工业中作织物快速渗透剂,既快速又均匀。亦用作乳化剂、洗涤剂、表面活性剂等。作为丝光渗透剂的制备原料,能使丝光作用迅速而均匀,可缩短工艺时间,特别对未经精练的织物的丝光,丝光渗透剂尤显重要。
本实施例的一种利用工业副酯生产渗透剂的制备方法包括:按质量份称取50份副酯、20份异构十碳醇醚和30份渗透剂快T混合搅拌而成。
实施例四
本实施例的一种利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,包括重量比的下列组份:50%的副酯和50%的表面活性剂,其中表面活性剂包括异构醇醚。
异构醇醚一般指异构醇聚氧乙烯醚。作为表面活性剂一种的化工类产品,主要分为异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚等几种。广泛应用于纺织业、皮革、日化洗涤等,是高效的分散剂、润湿剂和乳化剂。
本实施例的一种利用工业副酯生产渗透剂的制备方法包括:按质量份称取50份副酯和50份异构醇醚混合搅拌而成。
实践证明,副酯可与绝大多数表面活性剂复配使用,也可与它们的磷酸化产物混合使用,复配后的产物具有渗透快、耐碱性显著特性。
实施例五
大量实验发现,本发明的工业副酯与许多表面活性剂具有很好的协同效应,例如与异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化学物、烷基磺酸钠等阴离子、非离子表面活性剂复配能促进织物的润湿和沉降,例如以下组合:
异构醇聚氧乙烯醚20%,脂肪醇硫酸钠10%、多醇醚聚氧乙烯醚6%、副酯10%,片碱1.9%、水52.1%,以上化学物混合搅匀便是一款兼顾渗透和精炼功能的渗透精炼剂。
实施例六
仲烷基磺酸钠15%、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8%、副酯10%、片碱1.9%、水50.1%,以上化学物混合搅匀是一款很好的梭织针织共用渗透精炼剂。
实施例七
异构醇13碳聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠20%、异构10碳聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠10%、仲烷基磺酸钠8%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯8%、副酯10%、片碱1.9%,水42.1%,将这些化学物混合搅拌均匀便是一款极好的耐碱渗透型梭织织物前处理精炼剂。
下面利用两组数据验证本发明的渗透剂对标准帆布片的渗透情况,时间以秒(s)计数,渗透剂用量分别取5g/L和10g/L,环境分别为清水酸性和各种碱性环境。
首先取5g/L的本发明的渗透剂分别与酸性清水、中性清水和碱性溶液混合,测试混合溶液对标准帆布片的渗透时间如表1所示:

再取10g/L的本发明的渗透剂分别与酸性清水、中性清水和碱性溶液混合,测试混合溶液对标准帆布片的渗透时间如表2所示:

从表1和表2可以看出,用10g/L的本发明的渗透剂,渗透时间更短。

1.一种利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,其特征在于,包括重量比的下列组份:50%~70%的副酯和30%~50%的表面活性剂,所述副酯由正丁醇、异丁醇、三氯氧磷和催化剂在高温负压条件下进行化学反应生成,包括磷酸三异丁酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸二丁酯、磷酸二异丁酯、磷酸一异丁酯、亚磷酸三异丁酯和磷酸丁酯中的一种或两种以上的混合物;
所述表面活性剂为以下组合中的其中一种:
组合一:醇醚磷酸酯和辛醇磷酸酯;
组合二:异构十碳醇醚和异构十三醇醚1380;
组合三:异构十碳醇醚和渗透剂快T;
组合四:异构醇醚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,其特征在于,包括重量比的70%的副酯、25%的醇醚磷酸酯和5%的辛醇磷酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,其特征在于,包括重量比的50%的副酯、25%的异构十碳醇醚和25%的异构十三醇醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,其特征在于,包括重量比的50%的副酯、20%的异构十碳醇醚和30%的渗透剂快T。
5.根据权利要求1所述的利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,其特征在于,包括重量比的50%的副酯和50%的异构醇醚。
6.一种利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,其特征在于,包括重量比的下列组份:10%的副酯、1.9%的片碱、42.1%~52.1%的水和36%~46%的表面活性剂;所述副酯由正丁醇、异丁醇、三氯氧磷和催化剂在高温负压条件下进行化学反应生成,包括磷酸三异丁酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸二丁酯、磷酸二异丁酯、磷酸一异丁酯、亚磷酸三异丁酯和磷酸丁酯中的一种或两种以上的混合物;
所述表面活性剂为以下组合中的一种:
组合一:异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇硫酸钠和多醇醚聚氧乙烯醚;
组合二:仲烷基磺酸钠、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠;
组合三:异构醇13碳聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、异构10碳聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、仲烷基磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯。
7.根据权利要求6所述的利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,其特征在于,水的重量比为52.1%,表面活性剂的重量比为36%,表面活性剂包括:20%的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、10%的脂肪醇硫酸钠和6%的多醇醚聚氧乙烯醚。

9.根据权利要求6所述的利用工业副酯生产的渗透剂,其特征在于,水的重量比为42.1%,表面活性剂的重量比为46%,表面活性剂包括:20%的异构醇13碳聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、10%的异构10碳聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、8%的仲烷基磺酸钠和8%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯。
