It is generally considered that skin fungi symbiotic with human, such as pityriasis ovalis and the like, enter hair follicles if their growth becomes unbalanced, and anaerobic metabolism increases the rate of decomposition of epidermal cells, resulting in exfoliation and dandruff formation. The generation of dandruff creates conditions for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, and further stimulates the scalp to cause pruritus. According to an inmitre survey on 3000 internet users aged 18-49 years, 56% of the visitors suffer from dandruff, and 43% of the visitors have scalp itching, so that the problem of dandruff is a common problem in daily life of people.
The addition of a proper anti-dandruff agent with bactericidal and bacteriostatic abilities into shampoo is a main way for preventing and treating dandruff. The common anti-dandruff agents in the existing anti-dandruff shampoo mainly comprise: zinc Pyrithione (ZPT), piroctone olamine salt (OCT), climbazole, ketoconazole, salicylic acid, and the like. Wherein, zinc Pyrithione (ZPT), piroctone olamine salt (OCT), climbazole, ketoconazole and the like belong to powerful bactericides and have the defects of high irritation and environmental unfriendliness, and the European Union forbids Zinc Pyrithione (ZPT) formally at 3 months and 1 days in 2022.

Effect example 1 eye irritation test
The high-safety anti-dandruff compositions of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 13 and 0.1% piroctone Olamine (OCT) solution were subjected to eye irritation test according to SN/T2329-2009 "chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane test for cosmetic eye irritation corrosivity", respectively, and the results were evaluated by the irritation grading method, and the test results are shown in table 8.
The adopted chicken embryo is BWEL-SPF chicken of emerging Dahua agricultural egg Limited company, the chicken is 0 day old and qualified according to GB/T17999.1-2008.
Before the test, the high-safety anti-dandruff compositions of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 13 are respectively prepared into 3 percent aqueous solution for standby; OCT was formulated as 0.1% OCT solution with polysorbate-20 and 1, 3-butanediol for future use.

From the results of the eye irritation test of Table 8, it can be seen that the high-safety anti-dandruff compositions of examples 1 to 3 are non-irritating and less irritating than the high-safety anti-dandruff compositions of comparative examples 3, 6, 8 and 0.1% OCT solution. The traditional anti-dandruff agent OCT belongs to a strong irritant raw material and inevitably has an irritation effect on skin or scalp, while the high-safety anti-dandruff composition disclosed by the invention is low in irritation, and the safety of the high-safety anti-dandruff composition is greatly improved compared with that of the traditional anti-dandruff agent.
Effect example 2 synergistically reduced irritation test
The high-safety anti-dandruff compositions of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 13 were subjected to zein method for measuring irritability, and the zein value of each high-safety anti-dandruff composition was measured by this method, and the measurement results are shown in table 9. When the zein value is larger than N4 g/L, the surfactant is strong in irritation; a surfactant with a zein value of 2-4g/L is "low irritancy"; surfactants with zein values less than N2 g/L are "non-irritating". Assay methods references: dongyin Mao, sxiao Sai, penjin the irritability of surfactants was tested with zein [ J ]. Daily chemical industry, 2002,32 (5): 59-61.
The high-safety anti-dandruff compositions of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 13 were respectively prepared as 1.5% aqueous solutions before the test.

As can be seen from the results of the zein test of tables 9 and 10, the high-safety anti-dandruff compositions of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention were less irritating than the high-safety anti-dandruff compositions of comparative examples 1 to 13, and the irritativeness was significantly reduced by mixing with 0.3% SDS. It was thus judged that the highly safe anti-dandruff composition of the present invention can reduce the irritation of the whole formulation among hair care products. In addition, as can be seen from the test results, the high-safety anti-dandruff compositions 1 to 3 of the embodiments of the present invention can significantly reduce the SDS irritation, while the compositions 1 to 9 have a poor effect of reducing the SDS irritation, which indicates that in the present invention, there is a synergistic effect of the hydrolyzed chitin, the quaternary ammonium salt-73, the hydrolyzed corn starch and the zanthoxylum bungeanum fruit extract, and the irritation of SDS can be significantly reduced when the four are used together; it is understood from the results of comparative examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 10 to 13 that although the highly safe antidandruff composition using hydrolyzed chitin with a deacetylation degree of less than 40% or more than 90% and hydrolyzed wheat starch instead of hydrolyzed corn starch is non-irritating, the irritation thereof cannot be effectively reduced when it is compounded with a strongly irritating surfactant, and thus the irritation can be further reduced by using a composition compounded with hydrolyzed chitin, hydrolyzed corn starch, and quaternary ammonium salt-73 with a deacetylation degree of 40% to 90%, and thus the compounding effect of the hydrolyzed chitin, hydrolyzed corn starch, and quaternary ammonium salt-73 with a deacetylation degree of 40% to 90% is more preferable in the present invention.
Effect example 3 Malassezia inhibition test
Malassezia inhibition was measured using the high-safety anti-dandruff compositions of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 13, the hair care products of examples 1 to 3, zinc Pyrithione (ZPT) solution, and piroctone Olamine (OCT) solution according to QBT2738-2012 (7.3), evaluation method for antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects of daily chemical products, and the results of Malassezia inhibition test for the high-safety anti-dandruff compositions, ZPT, and OCT are shown in Table 11 and the results of hair care products are shown in Table 12, respectively.
Before the test, the high-safety anti-dandruff compositions of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 13 were respectively prepared as 1% aqueous solutions; ZPT is prepared into 0.5 percent aqueous dispersion; OCT is prepared by polysorbate-20 and 1, 3-butanediol to be 0.3% solution; examples 1-3 hair care products were each formulated as a 10% aqueous solution.

TABLE 12 inhibition ratio of malassezia as hair care product of examples 1 to 3
Group of Rate of inhibition of bacteria
Example 1 99.5
Example 2 99.3
Example 3 99.5
According to the results of the bacteriostatic rate tests in table 11, the high-safety anti-dandruff compositions of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention have a good ability to inhibit malassezia bacteria, and the inhibitory effects are equivalent to those of the conventional anti-dandruff agents Zinc Pyrithione (ZPT) and piroctone Olamine (OCT), which indicate that both the high-safety anti-dandruff compositions of the present invention and the conventional anti-dandruff agents can achieve the anti-dandruff effect by inhibiting malassezia bacteria. The high-safety anti-dandruff compositions of examples 1 to 3 have stronger ability to inhibit malassezia than the high-safety anti-dandruff compositions of comparative examples 1 to 9, which shows that the hydrolyzed chitin, the quaternary ammonium salt-73, the hydrolyzed corn starch and the zanthoxylum fruit extract directly have synergistic effect, and the four have the strongest ability to inhibit the malassezia when used together. Comparing the results of the high-safety anti-dandruff compositions of examples 1 to 3 and the high-safety anti-dandruff compositions of comparative examples 10 to 13, it can be seen that the effect of inhibiting malassezia by using the composition compounded by the hydrolyzed chitin, the hydrolyzed corn starch and the quaternary ammonium salt-73, the deacetylation degree of which is 40 to 90 percent, is better. As can be seen from the test results in table 12, the hair care product using the high-safety anti-dandruff composition of the present invention as an anti-dandruff agent has a superior inhibitory effect on malassezia.
Effect example 4 dandruff removal efficacy test
The using method of the hair care product comprises the following steps: a 2-week washout period was set before testing to avoid the effects of the original product deposition on the hair, scalp. Based on the consistency of the eluted products, the experiment adopts a no/very weak conditioning and strong baby washing two-in-one as an eluent, and the eluent is used once every 2 days or 3 days. After the 2 weeks of the wash-off period, the volunteer used the hair care product or contrast care product by oneself, and at least one unitary coin size of amount of use at every turn can be used by oneself according to hair amount and length, uses 1 time every 2 days. Visits were made, filling out questionnaires and testing the head area, both at the beginning of use and after 4 weeks of use. Each group of volunteers had 20 persons.
The volunteers were 19-50 years old, had oily scalp with much dandruff and were not stained 3 months before the test.
And (3) determining the anti-dandruff efficacy: photographs of the positions of the tops of the volunteers' heads were taken using a PhotoMax aurora lens, and it was observed whether or not the dandruff condition of the volunteers was improved using the hair care products of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 15, and the results are shown in table 13.
Dandruff evaluation method: selecting 4 most severe regions from 12 regions according to the schematic diagram of the assessment region, and assessing the dandruff index of each region by 2-3 times, and taking the average value, wherein the score standard of the dandruff index is shown in figure 1, and the schematic diagram of the assessment region is shown in figure 2. The anti-dandruff effect is represented by a dandruff index improvement value, wherein the improvement value = (post-use dandruff index score-pre-use dandruff index score)/pre-use dandruff index score x 100%, and the higher the improvement value is, the more remarkable the anti-dandruff effect of the hair care product is.
