Example 8
The difference between the single-component aqueous non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating provided in this comparative example and example 6 is that the emulsified asphalt is nonionic emulsified asphalt, and the amounts of other materials and the preparation method are all kept unchanged.
The product performance test data is shown in table 2.
Because the product has no corresponding national standard and industrial standard, the index control is carried out by referring to the internal control technical requirements formulated by related hot-melt product industrial standard JC/T2428-2017 non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating, and the related performance test data of the examples 1-8 are shown in tables 1 and 2.

As shown in the data in tables 1, 2 and 3, the internal control technical requirement of the product of the present invention is compared with the execution standard JC/T2428-2017 non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating of the hot-melt non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating: the heat resistance is improved by 25 ℃, namely, the requirement is improved by 38.5 percent. The stress relaxation is reduced by 5 percent, namely the requirement is improved by 28.6 percent, the indexes of engineering application performance indexes such as breaking elongation, peeling strength with self-adhesive coiled materials, water channeling resistance, water resistance and the like are increased, the advancement is reflected, and the quality requirement of products is improved.
From the data, the examples designed by the applicant and the comparative examples have excellent physical properties, and except that the solid content is slightly low due to the restriction of product characteristics, other low properties completely meet or are obviously higher than the performance requirements of related hot melt type product industry standard JC/T2428-2017 non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating.

wherein the emulsified asphalt adopts anionic emulsified asphalt or nonionic emulsified asphalt with the solid content of 50-60%, and the elastic emulsion is anionic styrene-acrylic elastic emulsion with the solid content of more than or equal to 50%; the dispersing agent is a sodium salt dispersing agent of low-molecular-weight polyacrylic acid, the defoaming agent is a nonionic metal soap defoaming agent, the bactericide is Defross CP19, the filling material can adopt but is not limited to heavy calcium carbonate, and the crosslinking agent is a hydrocarbon according to the mass percentage.
