Examples of the experiments
The finished self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material prepared in the examples 1 to 3 is subjected to performance test according to the GB23441-2009 quality standard index, and the test results are shown in the table 1:

Through detection, the finished self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material prepared in the embodiments 1-3 meets the quality standard indexes, and the coiled material has high adhesive strength, so that the coiled material is firmly adhered to a base layer; the self-adhesive asphalt coiled material has strong initial adhesion, can be firmly adhered at the temperature of more than 5 ℃ without heating equipment, and has safety, environmental protection and convenience; the self-adhesive asphalt coiled material has excellent self-healing property for micro cracks generated by external stress; the self-adhesive asphalt coiled material has lasting adhesiveness, does not fall off or seep water when being adhered with a base layer, and has the same service life as the coiled material when being adhered at a lap joint. The self-adhesive asphalt coiled material has high elongation and strong adaptability to shrinkage deformation and cracking of a base layer. The self-adhesive asphalt coiled material does not flow at high temperature, has no crack at low temperature and has wide application temperature range. The self-adhesive asphalt coiled material is soft and has super-strong adhesive property, can achieve perfect fit adhesion with a base layer, and is more suitable for construction of complex base surfaces; the self-adhesive asphalt coiled material has reasonable cost performance and wider application range.

Claims (8)
1. A self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is characterized in that: the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of petroleum asphalt, 6-15 parts of softening oil, 20-60 parts of modified rubber powder, 10-20 parts of petroleum resin and 5-10 parts of styrene-butadiene-styrene.
2. The self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane of claim 1, characterized in that: the petroleum asphalt is No. 100 petroleum asphalt.
3. The self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane of claim 1, characterized in that: the softening oil is at least one of naphthenic oil and paraffin oil.
4. The self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane of claim 1, characterized in that: the modified rubber powder is at least one of C1 vulcanized rubber powder and C2 vulcanized rubber powder.
5. The self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane of claim 4, characterized in that: the median particle size of the modified rubber powder is 60-120 meshes.

The self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane of claim 1, characterized in that: the petroleum resin is at least one of C5 petroleum resin, C5 hydrogenated petroleum resin, C9 hydrogenated petroleum resin, C9 hot polymerized petroleum resin and C9 cold polymerized petroleum resin.
7. The self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane of claim 1, characterized in that: the styrene-butadiene-styrene is at least one of linear styrene-butadiene-styrene and star styrene-butadiene-styrene.
8. A preparation method of a self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
accurately weighing petroleum asphalt, softening oil, modified rubber powder, petroleum resin and styrene-butadiene-styrene for later use;
step two, 50 percent of the petroleum asphalt and 20 percent of the softening oil weighed in the step one are put into a reaction kettle to be dehydrated for 20-40min at the temperature of 140-;
step three, adding the remaining 50 percent of petroleum asphalt into the reaction kettle in the step two, and dehydrating for 2 hours at the temperature of 140-;
step four, adding 60 percent of softening oil into the reaction kettle in the step three, heating to 195-minus 205 ℃, adding the weighed modified rubber powder in the step one, and reacting for 3 hours until the modified rubber powder is completely dissolved;
step five, cooling the reaction kettle in the step four to 190 ℃, and putting the weighed styrene-butadiene-styrene in the step one and petroleum resin for reaction for 2h to obtain a first sizing material;
step six, adding the rest 20 percent of softening oil into the reaction kettle in the step five, and carrying out constant temperature treatment at the temperature of 190-;
step seven, starting a high-viscosity pump to pump the uniformly dispersed rubber materials mixed and melted by the colloid mill into a metering kettle, sending the prepared polyester tire substrate to a spreading machine, adjusting a glue spreader to penetrate and compound a film, and adjusting the initial thickness;
step eight, starting up and recoating, strictly controlling the edge distance of the sheet edge baffle plate to prevent the glue material from exposing, controlling the recoating linear speed to be 3m, recoating after the recoating is carried out of the cooling section, detecting the thickness of the smear, and adjusting to the thickness and speed of the specification required to be set;
and step nine, the sheet coated with the glue film in the step eight is cooled, lifted, stored, placed, pulled and conveyed to be measured and rolled into a finished product of the self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.
