Description

Waterproof coiled material capable of realizing two waterproof functions and construction process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, in particular to a two-pass waterproof coiled material and a construction process thereof.
Background
The problem of water resistance of underground engineering is always a technical difficulty of building engineering. In the past, an asphalt waterproof coiled material and a non-curing waterproof coating technology which are externally attached are generally adopted, but the construction technology has higher requirements on flatness, dryness and the like of a concrete cushion layer, the channeling resistance of the coiled material and a main structure waterproof layer is poorer, and the leakage of underground engineering is easy to cause. The pre-laid waterproof coiled material commonly used in China at present is a high polymer self-adhesive film pre-laid waterproof coiled material, and the pre-laid anti-adhesion technology is adopted to reduce engineering leakage. The pre-paved waterproof coiled material is widely applied in underground waterproof engineering by the characteristics of self-adhesion lap joint, convenient construction, good water channeling resistance, excellent mechanical property and the like. However, the traditional waterproof coiled material is an isolated waterproof system, namely the waterproof coiled material is mainly integrally formed, and the waterproof coiled material is completely sealed, but the integrally formed waterproof coiled material has higher requirements on equipment and materials.

The butyl adhesive used for the butyl adhesive layer of the second hot melt adhesive layer 23 comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 parts of polyisobutylene, 17 parts of butyl rubber, 26 parts of tackifying resin, 2 parts of antioxidant, 1 part of ultraviolet absorber and 25 parts of filler. The asphalt modified glue used for the asphalt modified glue layer of the second hot melt glue layer 23 comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of asphalt, 5 parts of styrene butadiene styrene copolymer, 1 part of antioxidant and 10 parts of tackifying resin.
The construction process of the two waterproof coiled materials comprises the following steps: the first waterproof layer 1 is paved on the bottom plate and fixed, and then the first hot melt adhesive layer 21 in the second waterproof layer 2 is bonded with the first waterproof layer 1, so that the construction of the waterproof coiled materials with two waterproof layers is completed.
The formulation of the raw materials used for the first hot melt adhesive layer 21 and the second hot melt adhesive layer 23 in combination with the formulation of each of the layers of examples 1 to 5 is specifically shown in table 1.
Table 1 the composition formulations of the first and second hot melt adhesive layers 21 and 23 of examples 1 to 5
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 differs from example 1 in that: the second waterproof layer 2 was not present in comparative example 1.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 is different from example 1 in that: the first hot melt adhesive layer 21 was not present in the second waterproof layer 2 of comparative example 2.
Performance testing
The coils of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were subjected to hardness, tensile strength test, water channeling resistance test and water resistance test, respectively, and specific data are shown in table 1.
As can be seen from Table 1, in comparative example 1, only one waterproof layer was used, the water channeling resistance and water resistance were significantly lower than those of examples 1 to 5, in comparative example 2, the second waterproof layer 22 was free of the second hot melt adhesive layer 23, and in comparative example 2, only the first hot melt adhesive layer 21 and the tie film layer 22 were used, and the water resistance was significantly lowered due to the absence of the second hot melt adhesive layer 23, the tackiness of the first hot melt adhesive layer 21 was lowered, and the sealability of the waterproof roll was also affected, so that the water channeling resistance was also lowered.
The waterproof rolls of embodiments 1 to 5 are provided with the connection film layer 22 and the second hot-melt adhesive layer 23 between the first hot-melt adhesive layer 21 and the first waterproof layer 1, so that the bonding performance is effectively improved, the second hot-melt adhesive layer 23 and the first waterproof layer 11 are self-bonded, the problems of arching, edge tilting and the like are avoided, and moreover, the small molecular materials in the first hot-melt adhesive layer 21 are not easy to volatilize or migrate at high temperature due to the sealing of the connection film layer 22 and the second hot-melt adhesive layer 23, the viscosity between the first waterproof layer 1 and the second waterproof layer 2 can be kept, the channeling resistance is improved, and the waterproof requirements of indoor and outdoor buildings can be effectively met.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, but any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art on the basis of the present invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention as claimed.
