Description

Root puncture-resistant water-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of waterproof coatings, and particularly relates to a root puncture-resistant water-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The planted roof is beneficial to relieving the heat island effect, improving the air quality, improving the urban environment, reducing the carbon emission and realizing the coordinated development, so that the planted roof is widely concerned by various social circles and is favored for urban buildings and is greatly popularized and constructed. The effective life of the planted roof mainly depends on the structure of the waterproof material and the selection of the root penetration resistant waterproof material, and along with the vigorous popularization of the single planted roof, the demand of the root penetration resistant waterproof material is also increased sharply.
The water-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating takes emulsified asphalt as a base material, is supplemented with various high-quality rubber emulsions, acrylic emulsion, fillers and functional additives to prepare a single-component waterproof coating, and can form a paint film with a waterproof effect after construction.
At present, the most widely used root penetration resistant waterproof material is a root penetration resistant SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, which mainly uses SBS polymer modified asphalt containing a root-resisting agent as an oil-soaking coating layer and polyester fiber non-woven fabrics as a base, and is subjected to anti-sticking isolation treatment by using a plastic film through the processes of material mixing, shearing, dipping, forming and the like. The product has good high and low temperature resistance, good elasticity, high strength and long service life, and can be widely applied to waterproof engineering of planted roofs of underground garages, roof gardens and the like. However, the product has the problems of more seams, troublesome node treatment, incapability of constructing on a wet base layer and the like in the using process.
The root puncture resistant waterproof coating is not common in the market, and only polyurethanes, non-curing and water-based non-curing spraying rapid-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coatings and the like have relevant literature data. The polyurethane product is reactive, contains solvent and can not be used with asphalt coiled material. The non-cured product can not be cured into a film, and the strength of the material is insufficient, so that the growth of the root system can not be effectively prevented in time. The sprayed rapid-hardening rubber asphalt waterproof coating is a two-component material. The material is a water-based product, and the root inhibitor is an oily material, so that the compatibility of the two materials is poor, the phenomenon of segregation can occur, and the root inhibiting effect is poor. The water-based non-curing is basically prepared by stir-frying in concept, is also two-component, and is a similar product by spraying and quick-setting.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention are clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a root puncture-resistant water-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating, which comprises the following components: 5-50 parts of asphalt, 0.2-5 parts of root-resisting agent, 0.4-3 parts of emulsifier, 20-50 parts of emulsion, 10-40 parts of filler, 2-15 parts of functional filler, 0.1-5 parts of functional assistant and 20-40 parts of water.
The asphalt is 70# or 90# heavy traffic asphalt.
The root-resisting agent is B2 root-resisting agent. Preferably, the root-stopping agent is German Langshan B2 root-stopping agent.
The emulsifier is one or more of sodium oleate, sodium abietate, sodium laurate and sodium naphthenate.
The emulsion is one or more of rubber emulsion, acrylic emulsion, VAE emulsion and neoprene latex. The acrylic emulsion has small particle size, good compatibility, outstanding water resistance and weather resistance and good bonding effect with various surfaces. The rubber emulsion can obviously improve the high and low temperature resistance of the product and has outstanding extensibility and ageing resistance. The waterproof coating has the advantages that the tensile strength and the elongation of the waterproof coating are reduced due to the addition of the root-resisting agent, so that a rubber modifier (neoprene latex) is introduced for reinforcement, and the tensile strength and the elongation of a product are improved.
The filler is composed of one or more of talcum powder, mica stone, wollastonite, calcium carbonate, bentonite and kaolin, wherein the particle size range of the filler is 400-1000 meshes.
The functional filler is hollow glass beads, and the particle size range is 100-500 meshes. The addition of the root-inhibiting agent to the waterproof coating can greatly improve the product performance of the coating, but can lead to longer drying time. Therefore, the hollow glass beads are added into the waterproof coating to form a wick effect, so that the volatilization of water in the components is accelerated, and the drying speed is increased.
The functional auxiliary agent is composed of a plurality of defoaming agents, pH regulators, thickening agents, dispersing agents and silane coupling agents; the defoaming agent is one or more of tributyl phosphate, polyether modified organic silicon emulsion and mineral oil defoaming agent; the pH regulator is one or more of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and ethanolamine; the thickening agent is one or more of cellulose ether, hydrophobic modified ethoxy polyurethane and alkali swelling acrylic emulsion; the dispersing agent is one or more of water glass, sodium tripolyphosphate, triethyl hexyl phosphoric acid, sodium dodecyl sulfate, methyl amyl alcohol and cellulose derivatives.
The root puncture resistant water-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating has the same construction mode as the common water-based asphalt waterproof coating; in the drying film-forming process, the modified emulsified asphalt and the rubber emulsion are demulsified along with the continuous evaporation of water, and the modified emulsified asphalt, the rubber emulsion and the filler are fully mixed to form a uniform paint film.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the root puncture-resistant water-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating, which comprises the following steps:
heating the matrix asphalt to a first set temperature, adding a root inhibitor and a silane coupling agent, and stirring and dispersing to obtain modified asphalt; preferably, the first set temperature is 160 ℃; the concrete setting of stirring is that the stirring time is 30min and the stirring speed is 400 RPM;
heating water to a second set temperature, adding an emulsifier and a dispersant (functional assistant) into the water, stirring until the emulsifier and the dispersant are fully dissolved, and preparing a soap solution; preferably, the second set temperature is 60 ℃;
dispersing the modified asphalt and the soap solution by a colloid mill according to the weight ratio to form modified emulsified asphalt; the modified asphalt and the soap solution are added in equal proportion by weight in the dispersing process. Wherein, under the action of the emulsifier and the dispersant, the modified asphalt containing the root-resisting agent forms a plurality of asphalt microdroplet surfaces coated with the emulsifier and the dispersant; the molecular weight of the emulsifier is small, the emulsifier can be quickly adsorbed to the surface of an asphalt microdroplet in the emulsification process to form an oil-in-water structure, the dispersant is long-chain alkyl hydrophobic modified natural macromolecules, one hydrophobic modified natural macromolecule is provided with a plurality of long-chain alkyls which can be grafted, the long-chain alkyl structure can penetrate through the gaps of the emulsifier molecules to be inserted into asphalt, meanwhile, the hydrophilic group on the matrix of the hydrophobic modified natural macromolecule and the hydrophilic part of the emulsifier have extremely strong interaction force, so that the hydrophobic modified natural macromolecules can be tightly combined with the emulsifier, and the combination of the hydrophobic modified natural macromolecule and the emulsifier forms a molecular rivet to ensure that the whole microdroplet structure is extremely stable;
adding the emulsion and the modified emulsified asphalt into a proportioning cylinder, stirring for 30min according to a first stirring rotating speed, adding a defoaming agent, a pH regulator and a thickening agent (functional auxiliary agent) into the proportioning cylinder, stirring for 30min according to a second stirring rotating speed, adding a filler and a functional filler into the proportioning cylinder, and stirring for 60min according to a third stirring rotating speed to obtain the root puncture resistant water-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating. Wherein the first stirring rotating speed is less than the second stirring rotating speed and less than the third stirring rotating speed; preferably, the first stirring rotation speed is 400 RPM; the second stirring speed is 500 RPM; the third stirring speed was 600 RPM. By gradually increasing the stirring speed, the prepared waterproof coating can be dispersed more uniformly.
5-50 parts of asphalt, 0.2-5 parts of root-resisting agent, 0.4-3 parts of emulsifier, 20-50 parts of emulsion, 10-40 parts of filler, 2-15 parts of functional filler, 0.1-5 parts of functional auxiliary agent and 20-40 parts of water in the root puncture-resistant water-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating.
The preparation method of the root penetration resistant water-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating provided by the invention optimizes and improves the prior art from the process aspect. The prior art is that the base asphalt is emulsified firstly and then modified, namely, the oily root-resisting agent is added into the water-based emulsified asphalt for modification, but the problem of compatibility of the oily root-resisting agent and the water-based emulsified asphalt paint exists, and the root-resisting agent in the paint gradually runs off in the using process and finally loses the function. The oily root-resisting agent is firstly dispersed uniformly in the matrix asphalt to form a stable and uniform whole, and then emulsification is carried out.

TABLE 2 test data
Figure BDA0003590608840000091
Note: the stability of the root-blocking system is determined by the retention rate of the root-blocking agent after a film-forming aging test.
The comparative example 1 is a water-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating formula system, and all the performances can meet the standard requirements. However, the water-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating does not contain a root-blocking agent and has no root-blocking function, so that subsequent adjustment is performed on how to increase the root-blocking function of the material. In example 1, the root-inhibiting agent is added while the system in comparative example 1 is maintained, but the root-inhibiting agent is an oily material, and the addition of the root-inhibiting agent destroys the original balance of the system, so that the performances such as drying time, bonding strength, elongation and the like are obviously reduced. To solve the problem of drying time, a functional filler is introduced in example 2: the hollow glass beads accelerate the volatilization of water by utilizing the wick effect of the hollow glass beads, and through experimental tests, 8 parts of the hollow glass beads are added, so that the performance improvement effect is better, and the manufacturing cost of the product is increased within an acceptable range (relatively speaking, the cost performance is relatively proper). In order to solve the problems of bonding strength and elongation, neoprene latex is introduced to increase the elasticity and strength of the material. The experimental data show that with 6 parts neoprene latex, the material properties of example 3 are close to those of comparative example 1. In example 4, a new additive, namely a silane coupling agent, is introduced to solve the stability of the root-blocking performance of the system. Examples 5 and 6 have searched for the addition ratio of the functional additive, and the material performance is more reflected in the stability of the material, and the influence on the conventional physical properties is less. However, the performance is not optimal when the proportion of the functional additives is too high or too low, and example 4 is selected in consideration of the cost and the actual stability requirements of the system.
According to the test data, the root puncture resistant water-based rubber asphalt waterproof coating prepared by the method has the advantages of short drying time, high bonding strength, high elongation at break and the like.
