The filler adopts heavy calcium carbonate with fineness of 800 meshes; the cross-linking agent is a hydrocarbon, and typical physical indexes are as follows: the density is 0.87-0.90 g/cm 3 The aniline point is 13-17 ℃, the surface tension is 28-40 mN/m at 25 ℃, the solubility parameter delta=6.0-9.0, and the distillation range is 150-215 ℃; the alkaline solution adopts KOH solution, and the mass concentration of the alkaline solution is 10-15%.
The preparation method of the single-component water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint comprises the following steps:
1) Sequentially adding an emulsifier, aromatic hydrocarbon oil, naphthenic oil, liquid rubber, liquid rosin resin, deionized water and the like into a batching kettle, stirring for 40min at a stirring speed of 120r/min, and then adding a defoaming agent and stirring for 5min at a stirring speed of 60r/min to prepare the pre-plasticizer composition emulsion for later use.
2) Adding deionized water into a batching kettle, sequentially adding a bactericide, a defoamer, a dispersing agent, an elastic emulsion, alkali liquor, a filler and the like under a stirring state, and stirring at a stirring speed of 120r/min for 30min at a high speed to prepare a prefabricated slurry;
3) Then adding the thickener and stirring for 10min at a stirring speed of 80 r/min;
4) Adding emulsified asphalt and stirring at a stirring speed of 80r/min for 5min under a continuous stirring state, adding plasticizer emulsion and stirring at a rotating speed for 15min, adding cross-linking agent and stirring for 5min, adding thickener and stirring at a stirring speed of 80r/min for 10min, discharging, filtering, metering and filling.
The thickener is diluted by 6 times of deionized water before being added, so that the thickener is favorable for fully dissolving, dispersing and uniformly mixing materials and prevents uneven dispersion from locally agglomerating.
The product performance test data are shown in Table 1.
Example 4:
the invention relates to a single-component water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 360 parts of emulsified asphalt, 285 parts of elastic emulsion, 70 parts of plasticizer emulsion, 5 parts of alkali liquor, 220 parts of filler, 50 parts of deionized water, 4 parts of defoamer, 2 parts of dispersing agent, 2 parts of bactericide, 4 parts of thickener and 1 part of cross-linking agent.

the invention relates to a single-component water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 350 parts of emulsified asphalt, 300 parts of elastic emulsion, 80 parts of plasticizer emulsion, 8 parts of alkali liquor, 250 parts of filler, 60 parts of deionized water, 5 parts of defoamer, 5 parts of dispersing agent, 3 parts of bactericide and 8 parts of thickener.

3) Then adding the thickener and stirring for 15min at the stirring speed of 100 r/min;
4) Adding emulsified asphalt, stirring at stirring speed of 80r/min for 10min, maintaining the rotation speed, adding plasticizer emulsion, stirring for 15min, adding thickener, stirring at stirring speed of 100 r/min for 20min, discharging, filtering, metering, and packaging.
Further described is the addition of the thickener after dilution with 10 times deionized water prior to addition.
The product performance test data are shown in Table 1.
As shown in the attached drawing, when in construction application, the single-component water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint is painted or sprayed on the surface of the structural concrete foundation layer 3, meanwhile, pit defects 4 and concrete cracks 5 on the concrete surface are filled by the single-component water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint, a waterproof sealing layer 1 of the single-component water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint is formed after curing and film forming, and a self-adhesive waterproof coiled material or a hot-melt waterproof coiled material main waterproof layer 2 is formed on the surface of the single-component water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint, so that a 'coil-painting' composite waterproof system is formed.
Example 6
The one-component aqueous non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint provided in this comparative example is different from example 4 in that the emulsified asphalt is an anionic emulsified asphalt with a solid content of 60%, the amount is 300 parts, and deionized water is adjusted to 110 parts. The dosage and the preparation method of other materials are kept unchanged.
The product performance test data are shown in Table 2.
Example 7
The single-component water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint provided in the comparative example is different from that in the example 6 in that the filler is adjusted to 200 parts, wherein 150 parts of heavy calcium carbonate and 50 parts of talcum powder are used, and the dosage and the preparation method of other materials are kept unchanged.
The product performance test data are shown in Table 2.
Example 8
The single-component water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint provided in the comparative example is different from that in the example 6 in that the emulsified asphalt is nonionic emulsified asphalt, and the dosage of other materials and the preparation method are kept unchanged.
The product performance test data are shown in Table 2.
Because the product has no corresponding national standard and industry standard, and the index control is carried out by referring to the internal control technical requirements formulated in JC/T2428-2017 non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint of related hot melt product industry standard, the relevant performance test data of examples 1-8 are shown in tables 1 and 2.

As shown in the data of tables 1, 2 and 3, the internal control technical requirements of the product of the invention are compared with that of a hot-melt non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint execution standard JC/T2428-2017 non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint: the heat resistance is improved by 25 ℃, namely, the heat resistance is required to be improved by 38.5 percent. The stress relaxation is reduced by 5%, namely the requirement is improved by 28.6%, the engineering application performance index indexes such as the breaking elongation, the peeling strength with the self-adhesive coiled material, the water channeling resistance, the water resistance and the like are increased, the advancement of the self-adhesive coiled material is reflected, and the quality requirement of a product is improved.
From the above data, it can be seen that the examples designed by the applicant and the comparative examples have excellent physical properties, and besides being limited by the characteristics of the products and having slightly lower solid content, the other low performance completely meets or is obviously higher than the performance requirements of the related hot melt product industry standard JC/T2428-2017 non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint.
The above description is only a few preferred embodiments of the present invention, and any person skilled in the art may make modifications to the above described embodiments or make modifications to the same. Accordingly, the corresponding simple modifications or equivalent changes according to the technical scheme of the present invention fall within the scope of the claimed invention.

Claims (5)

1. A single-component water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint is characterized in that: the material consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 350-450 parts of emulsified asphalt, 200-300 parts of elastic emulsion, 40-80 parts of plasticizer emulsion, 5-8 parts of alkali liquor, 200-300 parts of filler, 30-60 parts of deionized water, 2-5 parts of defoamer, 1-5 parts of dispersing agent, 1-3 parts of bactericide, 4-8 parts of thickener and 0-3 parts of cross-linking agent;
wherein, the emulsified asphalt adopts anionic emulsified asphalt or nonionic emulsified asphalt with the solid content of 50-60 percent, and the elastic emulsion is anionic styrene-acrylic elastic emulsion with the solid content of more than or equal to 50 percent; the dispersing agent is a sodium salt dispersing agent of low molecular weight polyacrylic acid, the defoaming agent is a nonionic metal soap defoaming agent, the bactericide is Defros CP19, the filling material can be but is not limited to heavy calcium carbonate, and the crosslinking agent is a hydrocarbon;
the plasticizer emulsion adopts nonionic plasticizer composition emulsion with the solid content of 80-85 percent;
the nonionic plasticizer composition emulsion comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of aromatic oil, 30-45 parts of naphthenic oil, 5-8 parts of liquid rosin resin, 0-5 parts of polyisobutene liquid rubber, 4-6 parts of emulsifier and 15-20 parts of deionized water.
2. The one-component aqueous non-curable rubber asphalt waterproof paint according to claim 1, characterized in that: the thickener is thixotropic thickener, and specifically, the non-associative alkali swelling thickener and the associative hydrophobic alkali swelling thickener are used together according to the mass ratio of 1:1-1:2.
3. The method for preparing the one-component water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint according to any one of claims 1 to 2, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) Sequentially adding an emulsifier, aromatic oil, naphthenic oil, liquid rubber, liquid rosin resin and deionized water into a batching kettle, stirring for 30-45 min at a stirring speed of 120r/min, and then adding a defoaming agent and stirring for 5-10 min at a stirring speed of 40-60 r/min to prepare a pre-made plasticizer composition emulsion for later use;
2) Adding deionized water into a batching kettle, then sequentially adding a bactericide, a defoamer, a dispersing agent, an elastic emulsion, alkali liquor and a filling material in a stirring state, and stirring at a stirring speed of 120r/min for 30-40 min to prepare a prefabricated slurry;
3) Then adding a thickening agent and stirring for 5-15 min at a stirring speed of 80-100 r/min;
4) Adding emulsified asphalt and stirring at a stirring speed of 80r/min for 5-10 min under a continuous stirring state, adding plasticizer emulsion and stirring at a rotating speed for 10-20 min, adding cross-linking agent and stirring for 5-10 min, adding thickener and stirring at a stirring speed of 80-100 r/min for 10-20 min, discharging, filtering, metering and filling.
4. The method for preparing the one-component water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint according to claim 3, which is characterized in that:
the elastic emulsion, the filling material, the emulsified asphalt and the plasticizer composition emulsion are slowly added in a stirring state, and the thickening agent is diluted by 5-10 times of deionized water and then added, so that the materials are fully dissolved, dispersed and uniformly mixed, and uneven dispersion local agglomeration is prevented.
5. Use of a one-component aqueous non-curable rubberized asphalt waterproofing paint according to any one of claims 1 to 2, characterized by comprising the following process:
when the waterproof coating is applied in construction, the single-component water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating is painted or sprayed on the surface of a structural concrete foundation layer (3), meanwhile, pit defects (4) and concrete cracks (5) on the concrete surface are filled with the single-component water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating, a waterproof sealing layer (1) of the single-component water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating is formed after curing and film forming, and a self-adhesive waterproof coiled material or a main waterproof layer (2) of the hot-melt waterproof coiled material is formed on the surface of the waterproof coating to form a 'coil-painted' composite waterproof system.
